Ca 'Dolce begrüßt Sie etwa zehn Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt in einem Viertel, das noch immer vom venezianischen Leben geprägt ist und über viele Geschäfte verfügt. Es wurde im Jahr 2017 komplett renoviert und besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Wohnzimmer, einem kleinen Badezimmer und 2 Doppelzimmern, eines im Erdgeschoss (2 Einzelbetten oder 1 Doppelbett) mit blick auf den kanal und den anderen im ersten stock mit blick auf den garten und auf unseren privaten innenhof, der sich direkt am kanal befindet. Ca 'Dolce liegt ideal in Bezug auf den Flughafen Marco Polo (in 15 Minuten mit dem Wassertaxi oder dem Alilaguna-Boot zur Fdte Nove, dann 2 Minuten zu Fuß) und den Bahnhof Santa Lucia (in 15 Minuten mit der Vaporetto-Linie 1) ). Das La Ca 'Dolce verfügt über WLAN, Klimaanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) und eine Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden selbstverständlich gestellt. Komm und lebe das venezianische Leben dort!

A great place away from all the crowds

Our stay here was great. The apartment was the perfect size. The courtyard was great to sit out and talk with a bottle of wine. It was close to everything but far enough away to not be in the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions.

The house is small but very well equipped and comfortable. The location is great - quiet with a neighbourhood feel but close to everything. Extensive information from the host including restaurant recommendations which we followed and had an excellent experience. We hope to return.

Wonderful Location

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. Being able to splurge on a water taxi to and from our own terrace made our first trip to Venice especially memorable. The apartment is comfortable - master bedroom on the upstairs and second bedroom and bathroom below. Washing machine worked great and there is a drying rack (no dryer as is typical in Europe). The local property manager and the suggestions provided by the owner were especially helpful and really made our trip. The list of suggested restaurants, local grocery solutions, etc. were all helpful. We ate in a few times and the kitchen was comfortable. When we had any problems or questions the local property manager responded immediately and the communication was excellent. Thank you for sharing your home!!

The apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. First time in Italy and had no issues finding the location or finding good food close by. Neighborhood is quiet at night and close enough to the tourist spots.

Contemporary canal view in Venice

This property was fantastic. Very clean and secure. Beautiful canal views and we were able to take a water taxi straight from the train station to the property. Wonderfully equipted and the host was very responsive to questions. Close to many restaurants, groceries and sites. We had a wonderful time.

Lovely house at a canal

We had a very nice stay. The house is in a nice and quiet area. Although not big you have all you need and quality was good, not Ikea-only. Sitting outside in the early morning is great ( in the evening a lot of mosquitos outside). The bed was are a bit hard for me but that is a personal thing. I totally recommand this place.

The property is exactly as described. Very comfy and very convenient. Seb and Rosanna were excellent to work with. Cannaregio is enough away from the touristy areas to be quiet and relaxing but still close enough that you can do everything you come to Venice to do!

It is a very friendly place in a residential area that offers very good connections into the center as well as to the lagune. The appartment ist well equipped and very clean.The welcome was very warm and we were given very good recommendations for tours and restaurants. We loved our stay in this Venetian apartment. The space is located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from water bus, restaurants and coop. Only 15 minutes to Grand Canal, too! Apartment was just as promised. Very clean. Hosts are gracious and responsive.

Quiet town house, well appointed

We had a delightful stay. Preparation was excellent with lots of useful information. The location was terrific. Not so far from S. Marco yet away from the maddening crowds. The beautifully upgraded space allowed us to make a couple meals to eat in the private canal side terrace which doubled for morning espresso and yogurt. We used the mini coop around the corner for supplies and left more than we used — felt like home.

Venice adventure

Great location close to all amenities within a 10-15 minute walk. Took a water taxi right to the apartment from the train station and then to the airport. Host provided great recommendations for dinner shopping the bonus wa the local wine shop where you can get litre jugs of local wine for 3-4 euros.

What a perfect location...

My family and I stayed at the Venice Ca' Dolce property for four nights in June and had a fantastic experience venturing out from the house all over the Cannaregio area and surrounding regions. The property was just about right for four people - two adults & two teenagers. The water taxi back to the airport came to meet us right outside the courtyard on the canal, it couldn't have been easier!
