Perfect place to stay

We liked so much to stay in Sabinas flat. The place is situated perfect not too far away from the railway station in the middle of San Polo a good place to start to all the museums etc. The apartment is big, very clean and you will surely find everything you need. We felt like home in the lovely kitchen. The contact with Sabina was easy and professional. We had a very warmly welcome, she explained about the neighbourhood, the restaurants and the Vaporettos.

Zu Hause in Venedig

Die Wohnung liegt relativ ruhig, ist blitzsauber und die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit Möbeln vom Artdeco bis 60er Jahre und die Bilder unterscheiden sich wohltuend vom Dekokitsch vieler Fewos. Sabrina, die Vermieterin, kümmert sich um jede Einzelheit, ist sehr herzlich und gibt einem das Gefühl ihr persönlicher Gast zu sein.

In jeder Hinsicht großartig

Alles an der Ferienwohnung von Marilina und Sabina war perfekt. Die Wegbeschreibung zu der Wohnung, der überaus freundliche Empfang und die Einweisung in die Wohnung, alles war super. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Die Lage großartig, wenn man etwas abseits vom Trubel Venedig entdecken möchte. Gleichzeitig jedoch so zentral gelegen, dass man zu Fuß und mit dem öffentlichen Linienboot alles einfach und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Auch das Auschecken war super unkompliziert und die sehr nette Verabschiedung haben uns auch gut gefallen. Zudem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen so, dass man ausgesprochen gut schlafen kann. Auf jeden Fall ist die Wohnung unsere erste Wahl , wenn wir wieder nach Venedig kommen. Danke an unsere Gastgeber.

A perfect stay!

We had such a good time in Sabina's apartment. Everything was well organized – our arrival, Sabina has been waiting for us at the train station – the apartment, well equipped and clean, even cookies and cool water were there, Sabina even provided a travel bed for our 1,5 year old kid – our stay, a quiet neighbourhood, supermarket around the corner, and AC in every room! You really feel at home right away at this lovely place. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

We had a lovely stay at Sabina’s home! Sabina is an exceptional host. She was helpful and communicative leading up to and during our trip, and she and her husband Paolo met us at the bus station to escort us back to the apartment (which really is perfectly centrally located). Maybe best of all, they’ve put together a guidebook with all the information you could need about the best places to eat and shop, and how to navigate the city and the apartment. I would recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone staying in Venice and I hope we can visit again!

Stay in Venice, San Polo

We could not have asked for a better location or host for our stay. Sabina met us at the Piazzale Roma and helped us navigate the twists and turns to the apartment. We were tired and hungry from over night travel, and she got us a reservation for a lovely dinner. We brought our teen son for his first time, and the location was perfect for wandering, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment was clean, had AC for the hot days, and a nice living room for what little time we spent there (awake). I truly hope to come back and stay for longer - like weeks, or maybe months!

The perfect Venice apartment/host

Do yourself a favor and book this apartment! Communication with Sabina was exceptional and her warm welcome at the train station made our arrival easy and worry-free. The location is a comfortable walk to all of the popular Venice attractions, and a 5 minute walk to a Vaparetto stop, but is in a quieter neighborhood away from the crowds. The space is homey and warm, with plenty of room for our family. Laundry is an added bonus!

Wonderful stay in Venice!

Sabina and Marilina were wonderful hosts! Sabina met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment, while giving us lots of helpful tips about navigating Venice. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and cozy with many wonderful amenities like a full kitchen, dishwasher, and a washing machine. Smaller details like ice cube trays and wash clothes, which you don’t always find in Europe, made our visit even more pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay here in Venice and would recommend it to others!

A Lovely Stay!

Sabina's home is in a perfect location. It is within walking distance to the train station and an easy walk to the taxis that can drive you to the airport. We were able to walk everywhere! The home is bright, spacious, and perfectly appointed with everything you could need. We especially appreciated the washing machine as we stayed in Venice at the tail end of our trip and needed to clean our clothes. Sabina and her husband where attentive to our every need! We had friends stop by who where flying out of Venice and when they saw our place they were so impressed. The noise of the street can be a bit loud if you have your windows open, but things quiet down in the evening. The area is clean, felt safe, and the convenience of a local grocery store was wonderful. They had everything you could need! Nice restaurants and good food close by. Thank you Sabina, we had a wonderful stay!

Great Place, Perfect Venice Location

This was the perfect apartment for our Venice adventure. Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina were excellent hosts. Paolo’s in-person pick-up at Piazzale Roma made our arrival easy and gave us peace of mind. He took the time to thoroughly and patiently introduce us to the apartment as well as the environs. The location was ideal being less than a 5-minute walk to Venice Italian School and an easy passeggiata to practically all the major attractions. We could easily access a neighborhood grocery store, shops, and restaurants. My husband and I fully appreciated the cleanliness, security, and comfort of this Venetian home. You can tell a lot of thought went into all the little details to make it as welcoming as possible. Grazie mille Paolo, Sabina, and Marilina.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sabina. Elle a pris le temps de venir nous chercher à la gare de bus, de nous montrer le quartier et de nous expliquer les bases de la géographie et des déplacements à Venise dans un français et un anglais irréprochables. Elle a également répondu sur WhatsApp à toutes les questions que nous avons pu avoir avant ou pendant notre séjour L'appartement est charmant, calme, très propre, central, meublé et décoré avec soin. Nous nous sommes sentis chez nous tout de suite. Nous n'avons qu'une idée en tête maintenant : revenir passer plus de temps ici quand notre fille sera plus grande. Perfect location and accommodations for 3

Sabina is a wonderful host. She met us at the bus on the way to the apartment she gave us an introduction to the area and suggestions on what to see. The apartment was a great size for me and my 2 daughters. Sabina walked us through everything from the Moka pot to the A/C and garbage pick up/ drop off. Loved it!!!

It was, without a doubt, the best vacation rental experience we have ever had!!!! From the moment we arrived, our hosts hospitality was unparalleled. She met us at the train station (after 9 pm as our train had been delayed) and personally escorted us to the property which was incredible. Along the way she was super friendly and chatty, and even made us a dinner reservation!!! She provided us with a detailed walkthrough of her home ensured that we were comfortable and familiar with everything, which made a significant difference in our overall experience. The home itself was immaculate and incredibly spacious. The neighborhood was fantastic—quiet, yet close to all the amenities and attractions we wanted to visit. Her availability through WhatsApp for any questions, restaurant recommendations, and even cooking class suggestions was immensely helpful and greatly appreciated. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries made us feel well cared for throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better host or a more perfect rental experience.
