Beautiful fully air-conditioned apartment in a typical building in the historic city center of Nîmes. This apartment has been completely renovated to welcome you in the best conditions.

The apartment is located less than 100 meters or 109 yards from the Arènes (amphitheater) and less than a 5-minute walk from the Maison Carrée (a Roman temple listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site), right next to the town hall.

The SNCF train station is about 500 meters or 547 yards on foot, around 10 minutes.

You have access to the Arènes parking for one car (maximum height: 1.90 m or 6'3"). The parking lot is a 5-minute walk-away from the apartment (about 200 meters or 219 yards).

The accommodation has two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage.

You can relax in the living room, which is also air-conditioned.

The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional with an induction cooktop, convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, and many other items to make you feel at home.

The accommodation is on the third floor without a lift.
It is on 2 levels, a staircase gives access to the second bedroom.

You are located in the middle of the pedestrian street with all the advantages such as the many very good restaurants in Nîmes, museums, monuments and disadvantages such as noise as in all city centers.

You also have access to a locked room on the ground floor to store bicycles (max 3).

For your arrival (check-in), the apartment is available from 3:00 p.m. and the parking from 2:00 p.m.

For your departure (check-out), you must leave the apartment no later than 12:00 a.m. and the parking lot at 1:45 p.m.

For parking, we first meet at the entrance to the parking lot (maximum height 1.90 meters or 6'3"). This is the Arènes parking lot.

You can enter and exit as many times as you want thanks to the access card. Parking is free in the parking lot.
