Unser 2-Schlafzimmer, 2-Badezimmer-Einheit 7 Blue Surf Townhome in Destin, Florida wurde komplett umgestaltet: Neue Küche mit Granit, Birkenholz, Edelstahlgeräten und Essmöbeln; Neue Flachbildfernseher in Küche, beide Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer, Fliesen- und Granitbadewannen - eines mit begehbarer Dusche, das andere mit Doppelwaschtisch - neue Einrichtung und Dekor.

Bei Blue Surf mit nur 26 Einheiten genießen Sie ein weitläufiges Grundstück, nahe Zugang zum Strand, üppige tropische Landschaft, einen saisonal beheizten Pool, einen Shuffleboard-Platz und bequemen Zugang zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Golfplätzen und anderen Aktivitäten. Nur wenige Schritte trennen Sie vom berühmten Fischrestaurant Pompano Joe, direkt am Strand.

Von Mitte März bis zum 31. Oktober profitieren Sie täglich von einem kostenlosen Strandservice mit zwei Stühlen und einem Sonnenschirm. Privater Highspeed-Internetzugang wird unseren Gästen ebenfalls kostenlos angeboten. Sie können WLAN verwenden, um Ihre Lieblingsprogramme über einen Roku-Stick zu streamen. Comfy townhome near the beach

Blue Surf #7 provided a comfortable and quiet stay with all the amenities my family needed. The proximity to the beach was great, and only required a 5 minute walk. This is a great stay for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Good place to stay

Loved staying there. Unit comfortable, pool nice, location great, beach service umbrella and chairs great touch, could have my dog on my vacation, which was priceless for me. Also, the walking path, about 6 feet wide going on for miles of in either direction right in front of the development was my idea of a good time. Also loved that the road across the street from the beach was two-lane.

End of snowbird visit to Florida

We visited this property on our way "north" after 5 weeks in warmer parts of Florida and the area did not disappoint! The townhouse was exactly as advertised: clean, well stocked, close to restaurants, good communication with host, etc. But the BEST feature is the location - directly across the street from the beautiful public beach. The crosswalk is directly in front of the property which makes accessing the beach easy and safe. We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Great experience

The host was really helpful. The unit was extremely clean and very spacious. We loved being able to walk to beach and Pompano Joe’s. Our only disappointment was that the pool was not heated and actually colder than the ocean. Overall we recommend the property.

Delightful Destin

The trip went very smoothly from the booking to the arrival. The condo was clean and well laid out. Our visitors had their own accommodations which was very comfortable for all of us. The dishwasher needs updating. We enjoyed the weather and the space in the condo. We used the convenient grill several times for dinner.

Fabulous Family Vacation

The location of this property is perfect! It’s right across the street from the beach and close to delicious restaurants! This property was perfect for my husband and me, and my daughter and her family. The 2 king bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and mostly importantly, provided privacy for both families because one bedroom is upstairs and one downstairs. The common areas were also spacious and comfortable. Everything was modern and updated, and it was supplied with everything a family could need! We loved the upstairs balcony and the view! We would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, Michelle was very helpful answering any questions or concerns that we had. The property was very conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I do feel like the pictures of the view of the ocean were a little misleading. It just wasn't the view we had hoped for.

Easy access to beach, very busy location

Pros: The condo location made getting to the beach and dinner easy. Condo was equipped with everything you need. Cons: The tile floor had pet stains left behind that were not cleaned up. The location was busy and kind of loud. The pool was super cloudy Sunday and Monday but I saw people working on it Tuesday. The condo layout made keeping up with a young child challenging which made it difficult to unwind as a parent when in the condo. Neither locks on the doors worked which made us uneasy - if you forgot to use a stick to lock the sliders then someone could easy walk into the condo or a child escaping to the balcony unsafe.

Jenny....we are sorry you experienced some things that didn't satisfy you and your families visit to Blue Surf. Blue Surf is indeed in a location that is within walking distance to a lot of the restaurants in the area. It is such a nice and safe area so people are out and about walking pretty much anytime of the day or night. In regard to the issues you had with the sliding doors on each level, we had our maintenance tech come over and take a look at each. There was a broken bracket inside the locking mechanism on the upstairs door that he replaced. He also checked the downstairs sliding door and there was not any type of issue with that door. I also checked with the guest after your stay and she said they did not experience any issue with locking the downstairs door during their stay. Unfortunately the pool is out of any owners control but I am glad to hear it was attended to and cleared up for you guys. All of the 2 bdrm units at Blue Surf are townhome style, which is indicated in the listings on VRBO. I'm sorry that you didn't find the lay out relaxing. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to hearing from you again in the future.

Wonderful weekend!

We chose Blue Surf because of its easy access to the beach. Just cross old Hwy 98 and you are on the beach! We had two chairs and an umbrella which came with the rental-a nice perk and three beautiful days on the beach! Michelle was easy to communicate with and we had no problems whatsoever! Blue Surf #7 is updated and comfortably furnished with a well stocked kitchen. We would stay again anytime!

Hurricane Sally was on her way when we were suppose to be starting our vacation. I contacted Michelle, the owner and she was absolutely awesome allowing us to make some changes due to the storm. The location was great, condo is very nice and well decorated. Our only thing was the floors were not very clean. But the complex was well maintained and quiet. Will definitely consider returning to unit 7.

Wonderful experience in unit #7 Blue Surf in Destin Florida

The unit was fully equipped with everything you would need. Beds were very comfortable and the lines were exquisite. We absolutely loved the convenience of the ocean with a none obstructed view from the upper balcony. It also was a walkway for walking our dog twice a day, which he enjoyed meeting other doggies along the way. Pompano Jo restaurant is right across the street and has wonderful food and spirits if you like. Other restaurant’s were also within walking distance. Enjoyed the outlets there not far from the unit. It was very quiet and peaceful with no noise from the surrounding units. Michelle was so nice to give us info on area restaurants and even checked in on us to make sure we had arrived and had found everything ok. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to that area.

Comfortable and great location.

This property is perfect for two couples with both bedrooms having king size beds that were comfortable. It has been updated and the kitchen was well equipped. We loved having our own parking spot just outside our door and it is a short walk down to the beach.

Sliding glass door upstairs

We’ve had a wonderful time here at Blue Surf 7. I just want it noted that the upstairs balcony sliding glass door was not able to be locked when we first arrived this week and still does not lock. Other than that minor detail, everything else was PERFECT!

We are excited to have purchased 4 units in Blue Surf: Units 6, 7, 16A and 16B. We have traveled to Miramar Beach for several years with our children and love the family atmosphere of the area. Blue Surf is the perfect location for fantastic views of the beach and for walking to many area restaurants. We own a property management company in Louisville, KY and are happy to say that we have now expanded to the Destin area.
