Phoenix Orange Beach 2006 ist ein 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Bäder Ostecke im neuesten Komplex in Orange Beach. Der Phoenix Orange Beach liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Dieses Gerät befindet sich in der 20. Etage. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, Zugang zum Balkon und ein Master-Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch, Whirlpool und separater Dusche. Schlafzimmer 2 und 3 verfügen über 2 Queensize-Betten und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. Das 3. Schlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über 2 Queensize-Betten und ein angrenzendes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Das große Wohnzimmer verfügt über deckenhohe Fenster mit herrlichem Südblick. Die Küche ist komplett mit Granit und Edelstahlgeräten ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in voller Größe. Dieses Gerät ist rauchfrei und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Die komplexen Annehmlichkeiten umfassen: überdachte Parkplätze, einen Außenpool, ein beheiztes Hallenbad, Whirlpools, einen Strömungskanal mit Wasserrutsche, ein Fitnesscenter, einen Tennisplatz und einen Grillplatz. Das Rauchen ist in den Wohneinheiten oder auf den Balkonen nicht gestattet. Gäste dürfen nur auf dem Parkdeck und in den Fahrbereichen rauchen.

Parkausweise werden jetzt in der Lobby aller Phoenix-Eigentumswohnungen erworben. Es gibt maximal 2 Parkausweise pro Einheit und Sie müssen beim Kauf Ihre Reservierungsbestätigung von Liquid Life Vacation Rentals vorlegen. The view was gorgeous and access to the beach was amazing! The beach was clean and inviting! If it was warmer, we would’ve enjoyed using the outdoor lazy river and slide. Thankfully, there was an indoor pool and teo hot tubs that we enjoyed. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything was great overall. The views were as good as we’ve had ( this is our 7th year coming to orange beach). Place was very clean. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. I would like to mention that there is a tack on the back of one of the living room chairs that sticks out and is very sharp. I tried pushing it back but it did not stay in. Also the kitchen sink faucet might be on its last leg, squeaks quite a bit and is a little difficult to shut off. But those were not complaints just giving a heads up. Great place!!

We loved the place and the view was fantastic. Just a few issues:The kitchen was dirty, we moved the coffee machine and it was filthy under it and with coffee all over the counter.The sink by the faucet had mold all over it and so we cleaned everything before we would use it. The kitchen faucet was extremely loose and you really had to work with it to get the water to turn off.The diningroom chairs arm was extremely loose and a screw actually fell out.The living room chair had a nail coming out of the back and it cut a family member and also ripped a piece of clothing.The first bedroom had sand all over the floorLastly the jack and jill bathroom had an approx. 8x8" hole above the toilet and signs of mold. I have photos of all the issues.

Great family rental

Really nice place to stay. Lazy river and slide were a big hit with the children and adults. Really short walk to beach was nice with little one. Would definitely recommend this property.

The property was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and the most Ans I g views from every room. The amenities were perfect with the indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Incredible Stay

My wife and I stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and it was by far the nicest place I've stayed in my 5+ years with VRBO. View from the 20th floor is amazing from the balcony, MBR and 2 of the other bedrooms. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

Great condo for a big family!

The property manager was very responsive throughout the process! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had ages 2-70 with us and everyone loved it! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!
