Ideale Freunde oder Familie: Vergnügen einer 3P-Kreuzung in RDJ, Zugang zum Pool, Blick auf das Meer und die Lérins-Inseln, in einem gepflegten, sicheren Wohnsitz mit privatem Parkplatz. Sehr helle Wohnung, große geschützte Terrasse zum Bummeln im Wohnbereich, Essbereich, Grill, privater Garten und direkter Zugang zum Schwimmbad. Platz für bis zu 6 Erwachsene und Kinder sind willkommen. Voll ausgestattete amerikanische Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer (1 Bett 160x200 + 2 Betten 80x200, die auf Anfrage zu einem Bett 160x200 umfunktioniert werden können) und ein großes Schlafsofa - Chaiselongue (160x200), 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Raffinierte und moderne Dekoration, entspannendes Raumgefühl und Wohlbefinden. Flachbildfernseher, verbunden, große Auswahl an internationalen Sendern, unbegrenztes WiFi-Internet. Rollläden mit individueller und zentraler automatischer Steuerung.
Das Hotel liegt 950 m von den Stränden und der Innenstadt von Juan-Les-Pins, Restaurants, Nachtclubs und einem Casino entfernt. Supermarkt und alle Annehmlichkeiten beim Verlassen der Residenz. Zentrale Lage für Ausflüge an der Riviera von Saint-Tropez nach Sanremo (ca. 1 Autostunde), einschließlich Monaco, Cannes, Nizza, Antibes und seiner Altstadt sowie im Hinterland mit Valbonne und Mougins und ihrem Land Golf, Vallauris und seine Töpfereien, Biot und seine Glashütte.
Außer in besonderen Fällen, die mit uns zu vereinbaren sind, erfolgt die Reservierung während der Sommerperiode für 1 Woche von Samstag bis Samstag, und für den Rest des Jahres beträgt die Mindestreservierung 3 Nächte. Anreise am Samstag, sofern nichts anderes vereinbart ist.

Hugh, et sa famille a communiqué facilement et de façon précise tout au long du process. Nous sommes heureux qu'ils aient apprécié notre appartement, qu'ils ont laissé propre et en bonne condition. Juste, pendant le check-in, ils avaient tellement hâte de prendre possession de l'appartement qu'il a été plutôt difficile de leur donner toutes les informations de check-in pour faciliter leur séjour. Brian's family has been appreciated, and remained very discreet all along their stay. Their communication before arrival was minimalist in terms of content & timeframe, but, at the end, was right spotted and fine. Cleaning was a bit too much approximative regarding the cutlery, plates and glasses, despite everything was left in good order. We're happy that they've appreciated the swimming pool. Lovely clean property with all of the equipment that you might need in a holiday property. Good communication from the owners with easy check in and departure processes. The swimming pool was the highlight of the stay, excellent size and very well maintained. The steps from the garden to the swimming pool were difficult to negotiate and would not be recommended for young children or people with mobility issues. We would not hesitate to book another holiday here.

Such a beautiful apartment!

This property was modern and clean and the perfect base for our week stay in Antibes. The hosts were lovely and very kind. They both worked hard to sort out one problem we had. There was a supermarket within walking distance and a fantastic swimming pool on site. Everyone nearby were lovely and friendly. All in all a fantastic holiday.

Convenient apartment to explore Antibes and surrounding areas

Mathieu is a very accommodating host! We were driving in from Italy and got delayed from traffic and Mathieu was very flexible with our check in time. The apartment is in a convient location - close to Antibes old town and easy to get on the highway to explore other nearby villages. There is a pool right outside the flat where you can cool off from the summer heat! Thank you Mathieu!

Beautiful, Spacious Apartment

Sylvie & Mathieu have a beautifully appointed apartment in a lovely complex, just steps from the pool and water view. Spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated, this 2 bedroom home is a wonderful way to enjoy the area. Sylvie & Mathieu are gracious hosts, and take pride in welcoming guests to their home. Good apartment with nice pool

The apartment is nice and kept to a good standard. Mathieu was easy and nice to deal with for check in and check out and comms were straight forward. The huge benefit of the property is the little garden access direct to the outdoor pool. Bathroom could do with a small update soon. Thank you!

Apartment in Antibes

Thank you very much for letting us stay at your property. We had a lovely stay and it was a great base to explore the local areas - we wanted to show our children where we used to come so it was an ideal location for this. It was great to have the parking as well as the outside areas for the children to get some outdoor space. The apartment suited our needs very well. Thank you for being really great hosts and for being so punctual on our arrival and departure times.

A comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Matthieu and Sylvie were charming and helpful hosts. The apartment was just as described and was well-equipped, bright, very clean and comfortable. The surroundings were very peaceful during our February stay. The small garden was delightful giving direct access to the large pool. The location was good for visiting Cannes, Nice and of course the centre of Antibes. Locally, a supermarket and pizza restaurant were within walking distance. Parking was available next to the apartment for our hire car. We aim to stay again in the future.

Perfect place to stay !

We felt at home from the moment we entered the flat. We found nice rooms and furnitures in a modern style and all was very clean. There is a beautiful terrace and a small garden from where we had direct access to the impressive swimming pool. It was perfect as we were always close by to have a good look on our kids. The location is perfect to start your trips to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St. Tropez (only to name some), but it was also only a short drive for us to reach the beaches of Antibes & Juan Les Pins. Mathieu was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning, accepting an early check-in, surprising us with a welcome pack (with water, wine, coffee, chips, etc.) and giving us some valuable information for our planned trips. We can really recommend this object and would definitely book it again.

Matthias and his family (4 people total), have been highly responsible travellers, from start to end. We've been able to nicely communicate with them throughout the whole process. They've left our place in perfect order and perfectly cleaned up all from top to bottom. Very impressive travellers, very polite, of a natural kindness, and they left us some additional few things such as beach chair, beach umbrellas and beach towel. Very spacious, modern, and high-quality furnished apartment with two bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent communication. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Parking right in front of the house, albeit a bit narrow. Great, spacious pool (25 m). Supermarket (with gas station) within walking distance. Thomas et ses 2 ados ont été des voyageurs très appréciés par les résidents et par nous même. Très communicants, ponctuels, respectueux. Nous sommes heureux qu'ils aient pu profiter pleinement de leur séjour, en visitant les alentours de St Tropez à Monaco. Ils ont laissé l'appartement en parfaite condition après un séjour de 2 semaines. Nous les recommandons les yeux fermés et les accuillerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir sans hésiter. Eine nette Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Antibes verbracht. Mathieu und Sylvie sind sehr gute Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war stets schnell und sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und das Swimmingpool ist riesig und sehr sauber. Der Strand liegt ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in Umgebung.

Sehr guter Aufenthalt

Wir wir im Oktober für eine Woche in diesem schönen Appartment. Die Vermieter waren immer zu erreichen und sehr nett. Das Apparment war sehr sauber und es gab wirklich alles was für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Beschreibung vom Objekt stimmt vollkommen überein. Monika's family has been respectful to residents. Her communication was limited to the necessary and appropriate to everything that was necessary. Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung mit kleinem Garten!

Der Vermieter, Mathieu, war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden mit Getränken und einer Tüte Chips für die Kinder sehr nett empfangen. Man hat sich auf Anhieb mit ihm Verstanden. Meistens sprachen wir einen Mix aus Englisch und Französisch. Es war sehr witzig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Den hauseigenen Gemeinschaftspool haben unsere Kinder täglich genutzt. Antibes ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Von der Wohnung aus konnten wir bequem die Städte Nice, Monaco und St. Tropez erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Claudia, Sven and their two sons were fantastic travelers, that we did appreciate to host. Their communication was outstanding, they took great car of our apartment, which they left cristal cleaned. A beautiful place in the heart of Antibes - perfect for rest and relaxation!

The bright and clean apartment has in addition to the beautiful interior conveniently a direct pool access. Beach, as well as the city center are within walking distance. The contact with Mathieu was already very relaxed and friendly. From the beginning we were provided with all sorts of interesting information (for example: restaurants nearby). There were four of us in this apartment and we could use the time and the area perfect for relaxing. Perfect to forget the stress of everyday life. We can only thank Mathieu for everything! 10/10 recommendation!

André and his friends have been sympathic young guests. We've been able to communicate smoothly with them. We're happy that they've enjoyed our apartment as a top one, benefit from the pool and went to the nearby beaches, as well as to Monaco and Cannes. Matthieu und Sylvie sind supernette Gastgeber. Ihn Ihrem Appartement fühlt man sich sofort zuhause, die traumhafte Lage und der schönste Urlaubsort tun ihr übriges. Wir kommen seit Jahren nach Antibes in den Urlaub und werden ganz sicher im nächsten Jahr auch wieder in diesem Appartement wohnen. Danke für eine schöne Zeit. Matthieu et Sylvie sont de très bons hôtes. Vous vous sentez immédiatement chez vous dans votre appartement, l'emplacement fantastique et la plus belle station de vacances font le reste. Nous sommes venus à Antibes pendant des années en vacances et nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine dans cet appartement. Merci pour ce bon moment.

Sabrina et son fils ont été des voyageurs très appréciés, qui ont fait l'unanimité autour d'eux, en montrant un profond respect des règles de la résidence et des résidents. Ils ont pu profiter de la piscine, et pour rayonner aux alentours. Concernant l'appartement, le plus grand soin a été pris, et il a été laissé dans un état impeccable. Nous avons été accueilli par Mathieu, une personne très sympathique, dans un très beau logement, très agréable. Nous en avons profité pour visiter les alentours d’Antibes. Une magnifique piscine est également disponible avec un accès direct depuis l’appartement. Un grand merci encore à Mathieu et à son épouse pour cette belle semaine.

Deux semaines magnifiques !

Excellent accueil reçu de Mathieu, tant à l’arrivée qu’à la sortie, extrême gentillesse, contact très facile durant le séjour et beaucoup de bienveillance. L’endroit est 100% conforme aux photos, très bien entretenu, petit + encore à tous les meubles « placards » qui facilitent le rangement! Excellente qualité du Wifi grâce à la fibre (devant travailler quelques heures chaque jour, c’était impeccable), et puis alors cette magnifique piscine de quelques 30 ou 35m sur 15m environ toujours entre 28 et 30°, au pied du petit jardin, très calme, propre… le paradis! Très bonne literie et matériel en parfait état. Bref, deux semaines de rêve après avoir traversé 9 mois de pluie belge… Nous envisageons sérieusement d’y revenir au plus vite !

Tout le confort pour un très bon séjour

Appartement conforme aux photos et descriptif, il ne manque qu’une machine à laver. Résidence très calme, à 10 minutes en voiture du centre de Juan les Pins. Très bon accueil de Mathieu.
