In unserer Eigentumswohnung am Meer in Koastal View haben wir dieses 2-Schlafzimmer-Apartment mit 2 Bädern persönlich renoviert und ausgestattet, um zu einem Urlaubsort zu werden, an dem Sie Ihren nächsten Besuch buchen möchten, bevor Sie abreisen.

Koastal View ist ein Oceanfront-Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern im fünften Stock des Pelican Watch, Carolina Beach. Es hat alles, was Sie für einen herrlichen Strandurlaub brauchen! Pelican Watch verfügt über einen gesicherten Zugang nach Mitternacht, 2 Aufzüge, einen beheizten Innenpool und einen Whirlpool, einen saisonalen Außenpool, einen Picknickbereich am Meer mit Holzkohlegrills, eine eigene Sonnenterrasse, einen eigenen Strandübergang, eine Außendusche und Fahrradständer. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite stehen zwei Parkausweise zur Verfügung. Gäste können neben der Haustür ausladen und die Gepäckwagen um die Ecke von der Haustür aus benutzen.
Rauchen und Haustiere sind in dieser Unterkunft NICHT gestattet. Freibäder sind normalerweise Memorial Day bis Labor Day geöffnet (bei schönem Wetter). Die Haustüren sind nach Mitternacht gesperrt. Sie müssen vor Mitternacht am Gerät eintreffen, um Zugang zu erhalten.

Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett und einen Flachbild-HD-TV sowie ein gemeinsames Bad mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche. Das Wohnzimmer am Meer verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa und einen 50-Zoll-Flachbild-TV.
Die Küche verfügt über brandneue Edelstahlgeräte (Kühlschrank, Elektroherd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) und ist auch mit Kochutensilien gut ausgestattet. Die Nassbar ist ideal für die Zubereitung Ihrer Lieblingscocktails. Eine neue Frontlader-Waschmaschine und -Trockner in voller Größe sowie ein Mixer, ein Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine (Keurig & Drip), ein Bügeleisen, ein Bügelbrett, Gepäckträger und Haartrockner stehen zu Ihrer Verfügung. Another Excellent Stay

Third year staying at Dann and Nancy's condo. Accommodations were excellent as always. You cannot beat the location. And we had the added entertainment of watching the pelicans dive bomb for fish on multiple days. Enjoyed it thoroughly as always.

Beautiful beach condo

This property is decorated beautifully. It was clean and had all the conveniences. We absolutely loved our stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was amazing!

Everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. View is amazing, beds were comfortable, kitchen was easy to cook in, location was great, and so much more. Our kids are asking if we will stay here every year from now on. Thanks for a great stay!!

Great place for our Girls Weekend Getaway!

We had a group of 4 for a girls trip - it was a perfect spot! There was plenty of space and the view from the balcony was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach and exploring the area. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for the great place to stay!

Doesn’t Disappoint

This place is worth repeat vacation visits to! This is our second stay. The space is lovely, very easy to settle into and just start enjoying.

We have dreamed of owning beachfront property for years. We fell in love with the location and the friendly people in both the complex and in Carolina Beach. The unit is spacious and the views are amazing.

Its a feeling you get everytime you come back to Carolina Beach. The local people are very nice, the restaurants are fun, and everything you need is so close.

We wanted to make this unit very comfortable and not have the traditional wicker/steel furniture you see in most condos. We wanted to provide nicer bedding and mattresses along with new clean appliances. We tried to 'think of everything' so you don't have to think about anything, but what you are going to do on next on your vacation.
