Seien Sie einer der Ersten, die diese wunderschön renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Phoenix VII genießen. Phoenix VII ist eine der besten Eigentumswohnungen am Golf! Vom Balkon des Wohnzimmers oder des Hauptschlafzimmers genießen Sie einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf. Mit über 1.000 m² ist das Gerät sehr geräumig.



Die Aussicht ist unvergleichlich von dieser Wohnung im 14. Stock, ob Sie auf der Couch faulenzen oder Ihr Lieblingsgetränk auf dem Balkon genießen. Es gibt auch ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, 2 Queensize-Betten im Gästezimmer und ein Schlafsofa für bis zu 8 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Es gibt einen 55-Zoll-HDTV im Wohnzimmer, einen 42-Zoll-HDTV im Hauptschlafzimmer und einen 42-Zoll-HDTV im Gästezimmer. Wir haben alle neuen Betten, Wohnzimmermöbel, neue Arbeitsplatten und maßgefertigte Schränke eingebaut !!!!



Es gibt einen großen Außenpool mit Kinderbecken, einen beheizten Innenpool, zwei Whirlpools, Saunen, ein Fitnesscenter und beleuchtete Tennisplätze.

Great stay in Orange Beach

Perfect location for our Alabama vacation. Great condo with fully stocked kitchen and view of the ocean. Extremely comfortable beds. Close to Pensacola (where we flew into), Gulf Shores for mini-golf and the State Park, Mobile for Gulfquest and the USS Alabama, as well as Summerville for Alligator Alley. We loved the beach and pool. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful Place of Peace

I had a fantastic stay! The condo was spotless, which made it feel really welcoming and comfortable from the moment I arrived. You can tell the host takes great care in maintaining the space. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, which made morning strolls and sunset views super easy. Fyi, the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils &pots, etc. if you choose to cook. We had a short stay, so we ate out at nearby restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Get-A-Way

We had a wonderful time this week in Orange Beach. Staying at the Phoenix VII was a delight. This condo was perfect! I loved being on the 14th floor with the gorgeous ocean views. This property offered a lot of amenities. We liked that the bedrooms were separated from each other and the large kitchen. We had no issues with the free Wi-Fi or TV's. I hope to come back next year and want to book this same condo again.

Very nice and a great location

Was a great stay. My only complaint was we came back I n evening and someone had been in our room, our door was open and the latch in the door was on the outside of door. I went down stairs to office and they said for me to call you all and did, but never heard back. I think it was a maintenice or someone and decised they didnt need that room and left unlocked. But did scare us and knew we had closed and locked the door. Changed the code and no more issues. Nothimg was missing or out of place.

Only complaint is we were not allowed to put up a canopy in front of the rental chairs on the beach so i had to go buy three umbrellas. This seems kind of unfair to guests that already have their own beach equipment.

Could use some serious deep cleaning and updates

Needs some serious deep cleaning particularly the floor tile grout. Sliding screen doors need to be replaced. They don’t slide and are ready to fall apart. Could use a coat rack in the hallway where you enter to hang jackets. No where to hang anything other than in the bedroom closets. Overall rating on a scale from 1 to 10; 6.

Phoenix VII - July 20-27 2019

The beach did not disappoint! Although The condo and some management practices were lacking. First, the unit 1413 was represented as updated. No way hose on that. The water faucets and appliances were very old or else very cheap. The coffee maker was the cheapest sunbeam out there and old and dirty when we arrived. It’s the kind with white paper filters and there were none provided and not even a starter of coffee for those that drove 11 hours. Boo. The kitchen nor the bathrooms had fresh countertops or sinks. We were given TWO, yes 2, rolls of toilet paper and one paper towel roll for an entire week with 4 guests. Not the norm from years of experience. There were holes in the patio screen and one didn’t shut all the way. While pictures portray a fresher place, deep down it was pretty stripped. Check in and check out was easy with the code on the door, but getting an elevator a little tricky. Management should consider a staggered check in/out system. Lastly, this unit is not managed on-site, so getting help did not occur when guests were partying loudly on the floor under ours - more than once. There are a lot of bullying signs about do this/don’t do that which I’ve personally never seen regarding housekeeping, etc. I liked the people on the beach and it was very safe for young teens, but that particular unit could use some real updates.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix VII, Unit 1413. The appliances, A/C, and heat all worked well. Sheets, dishes and pots and pans were clean and adequate. The only issue we had was with the television. There are no TV operating instructions and we could not get it to tune in regular TV channels. We worked at it for quite awhile, but later decided we didn't come to Orange Beach to watch TV. When we arrived, the floor did not appear to be clean. The bottom of white socks and bedroom slippers quickly turned black. We would also have liked to have a double sink in the master bath.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Beach was beautiful. But despite the pool being cleaned every morning by noon there was a white film of scum on the pool. Hot tubs as well. The pools are supposed to open at 7am but that’s when they clean the pool so they really don’t open until closer to 9am. The property lets every yahoo with a wireless speaker blast their music at the pool. It felt more like spring break than a nice clean quality family vacation spot. Also someone came banging on our door one day to change the air filters. No warning from the facility that this was occurring. Condo was fine. Basic amenities for the vacation. Disappointing experience overall.
