The property was spotless! Tisha met us there at the house, walked us through asked us if he had any questions and said don’t hesitate to call her if we needed anything. Made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The house is beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice very very comfortable for large family. We were there for our son‘s wedding and have great memories of time in the house. Great location to walk into town for dinner or breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about this Vrbo!

Ca’n Ballester is a stunning property just 5 mins from the centre of Soller. It is light, spacious, well-appointed, tastefully decorated and was wonderfully clean on arrival. Our host - Tisha - was extremely helpful, pleasant & efficient, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The configuration of bedrooms makes the property ideal for a family group - we were there for our son’s wedding - or for a group of friends. The outside pool area is beautiful, with expert lighting to maximise the impact. I can’t recommend the villa highly enough and hope we will return!

Super holiday with a first class villa, well equipped kitchen, many areas for groups to lounge separately. The host was on hand to fix the small issues. The villa was a 5 min walk to the bustling centre and the historic tram start. There was a 5 min bus or a 1.5 h walk to the beach and port de soller. A great holiday property which I can’t recommend enough

Great family holiday

We wanted a house that would cope with three generations and this was perfect with great bars and restaurants close by, the lovely wooden train to take the children to the beach and a house that had everything we needed including a lovely swimming pool. It was everything we had hoped for.

The BEST Location

Not only was this house luxurious, well-stocked, perfect for families and get togethers, but it's location is awesome. So close to downtown and all it has to offer, but there's even a playground across the street. Great for kids. Really couldn't have asked for a better stay. Thanks Tisha.

Thank you for your reveiw. As I explained before you arrived - I am so sorry that the mention of a gym was still buried in the VRBO information - it has now been deleted as it has not been there for a number of years. My apologies for that. Sadly there is nothing I can do about the introduction of the ZBE (Low Emission Zone) in to the centre of Soller, it makes getting around Soller hard for everyone - which s why my recommedation to all guests is to either hire an electric car, or park at the villa and walk the short distances to the centre of Soller. Fantastic Family Villa

We had an amazing 2 week holiday in this brilliant family villa. The rooms all very spacious and luxurious, there is a great outside area for eating and relaxing and the swimming pool is amazing - even heated. It is also very easy to walk down to the town square and local shops. Tisha is very organised and enthusiastic and looked after us incredibly well. We hope to return in the future.

Can Ballester

Excellent property, beautifully maintained, close to main square in Soller and bus service so we didnt need a car while there. As a family group of 10 it suited everybody.

Amazing stay

The house is beautiful and in a prime location. The view is lovely out of all the windows. The kitchen is perfect for a larger group and plenty of space to cook. There are two master suites located on the 3rd floors that are large and welcoming. The den area on the second floor was perfect for the 5 kids we had with us. Tisha was also very helpful before and during our stay. The pool and back patio is beautiful and you may not want to leave it.

Beautiful and well located

I'll echo others in saying this one of the nicest short term rentals I've ever stayed in. What really sets it apart is how well equipped it is. It has every kitchen item you need, including spices and oil. There are plenty of towels and paper products. The water was strong a hot! We enjoyed that everyone had their own space. Best of all were the idillic views from the 3rd floor and the sunrises from the little roof terrace. Don't hesitate to book the perfect property.

Magnificent wedding week in Soller

Our family of 8 stayed over a week at this beautifully restored and decorated villa. The home is as beautiful, romantic and historic as the photos and description of the rental. We could not be happier staying at Tisha Dawson’s home. Every detail from a fully appointed kitchen, bathrooms and pool side dining was perfect. I highly recommend this villa and it’s very convenient location to city center, just blocks away. Tisha Dawson was fantastic to work with every step of our trip to booking to recommendations for everything. This is not always the case with VRBOs. Our stay was perfect! Be confident renting this villa with Tisha.

Amazing Villa with great location

The villa was absolutely lovely. It was even better than pictures depicted. We had a brilliant time there. There were 12 adults and one baby in our party and we had tons of room. We cooked most nights at villa and found it to be extremely well equipped with many pots, pans, serving dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. We could walk to center of Soller in 5 minutes and also walk up into mountains in just minutes too. We loved the location. The property manager/owner, Tisha, was brilliant. If we had any issues they were dealt with immediately. We could not recommend this villa more highly.

A perfect vacation!

We were three families, six adults and six children (age 3 months – 6 years), who spent a fantastic week in Soller and in this beautiful house. The house location is perfect because we could enjoy Sollers village with shopping and restaurants as well as easily and quickly get to the beach and harbor. The house is absolutely magical, the decor is tasteful and stylish and the rooms are generous and large with private bathrooms to each room, which was very practical and lovely. The house's kitchen and living room was large and invited to socializing and cooking, the kitchen was especially well equipped. The garden and the heated pool made life wonderful for both adults and children. The service from the owners before and during our stay was wonderful - We really recommend this lovely house!

Best villa we've ever stayed in

We had an absolutely amazing week at can ballester. The villa is outstanding, even better than the pictures. Tisha could not have been more helpful. Soller and the port are beautiful. The only minor issue we had (with the area not the villa) is the severe lack of taxis at the moment. We didn't rent cars so we relied on taxis to get home from the port at night which was a bit of a nightmare. However if you take the gorgeous little train into the port and manage to make the last train back to soller which is around 9pm I believe, you won't have a problem. Highly highly recommend this and we will be back!

Incredible Villa

Can Ballester was perfect for our group of 9-adults. The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked, and large so it’s comfortable for cooking with a group. We enjoyed home cooked meals on the patio for a couple of lunches and dinners and it was just lovely. The location could not be better. It’s within walking distance to everything; the plaza with restaurants, boutiques for shopping, grocery stores, and hiking trails. Although it’s close to everything it’s very quiet and peaceful. Tisha is welcoming and helpful with lots of good local information. She’s responsive and on top of everything. Note that there are no bedrooms or full bathrooms on the main floor. So everyone needs to be comfortable climbing the beautiful stairwell. For us this was not a problem but I can see where it could be for some. Honestly it surpassed our expectations and we can’t wait to return.

The best house in Soller! Look no further

The history of the house, known as Can Ballester is a great start, most of the original features have been kept and the house has the best of both worlds...authenticity and local flavor and modern day comfort with phenomenal good taste. You will not want to go home, that's the only problem! Making G&Ts with the fragrant lemons from the garden a lovely touch. The house is spotless, huge, perfect to share with friends and family. The garden and views are incredible, the bbq lends itself to a trip to the fish market for a late night outdoor cooking session perfectly! It is run so well, that any questions you have on the area will be happily answered. We totally recommended. For local tips, breakfast at Frau near the picturesque square is a must, casual dinner with tapas at Cal Pintxo is great, or for a special romantic night drive to Cas PatromMarch in Cala Deia. There is nothing in this house that we would change, it made our stay in Soller a week to remember!
