Das Anwesen wurde 2006 vollständig renoviert und bietet alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten unter Beibehaltung des alten Charmes. Das Anwesen ist komplett mit sicheren elektronischen Toren und einer eindrucksvollen Vorfahrt bis zum Haupthaus ausgestattet. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück, aber für diejenigen, die nicht mit dem PKW in die malerische Stadt Sóller fahren möchten, sind die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Von der Plaza im Zentrum von Sóller können die Gäste auch die antike Straßenbahn zum Hafen von Sóller und zum Strand nehmen oder unternehmen Sie die spektakuläre Bahnfahrt durch die Berge nach Palma. Die perfekte Unterkunft für diejenigen, die einen schnellen Zugang zur Altstadt von Sóller und Port de Sóller schätzen und eine luxuriöse Unterkunft bewohnen möchten.

One of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation

As a regular visitor to this house, I can confidently say that it is one of the best accommodations you can wish for a summer vacation in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains in Mallorca. For cycling enthusiasts like me and my friends, this accommodation is a true paradise. From here, we embark on fantastic cycling tours across the entire island every year. But the location is also perfect for hiking enthusiasts. Time spent in the house is also fantastic. Relaxing on the poolside loungers, socializing in the pool house, or even enjoying cozy moments in the large living room on the first floor during bad weather – here, there's something for every taste and weather condition to enjoy. The spacious rooms and cozy atmosphere make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. What truly sets this accommodation apart is its location, almost in the center of Soller. Within just 5 minutes, we reach the charming marketplace surrounded by lovely cafes, top-notch restaurants and inviting shops. With its 5 bedrooms, the house is the perfect size for our group. The pool, terrace, and cooking and dining area offer plenty of space for group activities and cozy get-togethers.The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, making cooking for several people effortless. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. Its a perfect place for an unforgettable summer vacation. We look forward to returning every year!

Simply 6 out of 5 stars!

Embedded in the nothern foothills of the tramontana, a few hundred meters from the center of beatiful Soller, the house sourrounded by it's generous garden is a true oasis of calmness and serenity. Everytime I stayed at this house I almost felt how my body reloads its batteries. I am already looking forward to the next time I have the chance to stay at this wonderful place! Arriving at the house's address, the first thing you see is the gate that seems to lead into an enchanted garden. And it does. As soon as you enter, your gaze will be attracted by the amazingly cultivated flowers, plants and trees that sweeten the way to the house. Be sure that by now you already forgot about the outside world and slide into a realm of pure relaxiation and recreation. Be it chilling at the pool or, having barbecue at the terrace or just watching the sunset from a little secret place behind the pool house, you will find plenty of places to enjoy your day with a glass of wine and your friends and family. Enough said about the outside. The house itself is just a firework of good taste and comfort. The kitchen is the single best fitted that I ever saw in a house to rent. This kitchen will inspire you to experiment with all the fine goods from the reagion you can buy down in the village and the large dining room table is easily enough for 10 people to have a great time. The bed rooms are all fitted with comfy box spring beds and the bath rooms are just beatiful to the last detail. If it turns out that you have business to do while your stay, you will find the perfect place to retreat and get things done in the fine little office room and the internet connection will not fail you while you know that in the next hour you will be back at the pool with a bunch of the best people in the world. Simply 6 out of 5 points!

Just wow.

What to say or rather where to start. It is a stunning house with all amenities that has been the perfect companion to our holiday (2 weeks end of may/beg of June). Lemons and Oranges were in full season that meant fresh juice everyday. I actually didnt know how sweet and "orange" actual oranged could be. Just wow. The house itself has everything. Ample of room for everybody, even if the weather does not allow outdoor activities or if you want to find quiet spaces for yourself to chill. Beds are comfortable too. Every room with AirCon if you want to use it, but we didnt. Now, this cannot be overstated (by me at least). The internetspeed is wicked fast and coverage is excellent. By the pool, in the poolhouse, in every bedroom, in the kitchen...everywhere. if you are just browsing, streaming videos or working, connection is always stable and fast and reliable. We had friends working during the day, by the pool and in the comfy office downstairs and there was never a problem. Also for the kids endless netflix sessions, no complaints of dropped of speed or so. the kitchen is spacious and even better then you would expect. It was planned to rent a cook now and then but we settled of cooking almost every meal ourselves with everybody chipping in and having the tools and space to do so. We also used some of the fresh herbs in the garden (s) and used the webber genesis bbq gas grill quiet a lot. There is a nespreso machine which we used mostly, but there are also Mokamakers (or bialettis). Locationwise, it is close to the heart of soller but still pretty secluded (if that makes any sense) and quiet, no throughtraffic, i.e. in the back streets up the hill a mere 5 minutes walk to the towns center. Now, we had roadbikes with us, and ventured out almost everyday which of course Soller is the best place to do so. We put them downstairs in the "laundrette" basement and they were easily out of sight. As a small tipp and maybe a little bit of a downside. On the way to the house, there is a very tight corner which you have to drive through. I therefore wouldnt recommend to rent a big bus (although i have seen people doing it). We had a relatively big Hyundai suv rental and although a pretty tight squeeze managed to drive to it. Juan and his wife were able to help us out on the few occasions where we had any issues.

Great location, close to plaza but quiet and green

We are returning guests (small family) and really love this villa. It is located in the surrounding gardens of Sóller with all its orange and lemon trees but it is also very close (5 minutes walk/350 m) to the main plaza of Sóller with all its restaurants and shops. It is also a perfect "base camp" for hiking in the surrounding beautiful Tramuntana mountains. Or you can just sit on the terrace with a coffee and a stunning view on the surrounding montains. The service proviced by the housekeeper Andrea and her husband as well as the owner himself was georgous as always. All questions around house and garden were answered very quickly and the housekeeper is only a few streets away in case of any problems or questions. We will return again soon for sure!

Blown away

I was simply blown away by this place. It really had everything - and more - that one could wish for on a holiday. Simply gorgeous interior with luxurious rooms, comfortable beds, air conditioning and adjacent bathrooms. Obviously spotlessly clean. Huge, fully equipped and sociable kitchen with perfect indoor and outdoor seating options. Luxurious pool and pool space surrounded by gardens with fresh figs, lemons, oranges, persimmons, rosemary, lavender...growing on the trees, ready for you to add to your salad or drink. The location couldn’t be better: Although secluded enough to offer peace and quiet, and offering a nice view of the surrounding mountains, it’s only a few minutes walking distance along charming old streets to get downtown Soller village to buy ice cream, fresh fruit from the market, shop at local clothing stores, have a restaurant dinner, or catch the famous train to the Soller port. On top of all this, a great landlord. In all, an unforgettable experience that comes with my warmest recommendations.

Holiday de luxe at Mallorca

We spent one week in beginning of September 2018 in this beautiful mansion with its wonderful garden and pool. It is located just a 5 minutes walk from the city centre of Soller what makes a stay there even more relaxing as we often just went for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to one of the nice bars/cafés of Soller. Luxuriöse, geschmackvolle Villa mit viel Platz!

Ich war mit einer Gruppe von 4 Freunden im El Camino del Rio. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen (5 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Badezimmer). Es hat eine eigene, grosse Toreinfahrt mit Platz für mehrere Fahrzeuge. Die Zimmer in den drei Etagen sind sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und in hervorragendem Zustand. Alles ist sehr sauber und nobel, ohne steril zu wirken. Die Küche (mit Kamin) ist sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet (z.B. 3 Waschbecken, hochwertige Saftpresse, jede Menge Küchen-Messer etc.) Direkt vor der Küche befindet sich eine geräumige Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zum Grillen (grosser Weber-Grill) und gemütlichen Zusammensitzen an lauen Abenden. Ein weiterer Weber-Grill steht im Poolhaus zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist sehr schön angelegt mit edlen Liegestühlen und Holztischen und umrahmt von einem schönen Garten mit Orangen-, Mandarinen- und Zitronenbäumen. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich in Küche, Terrasse und Pool/Poolhaus aufgehalten, da das Wetter im April schon recht schön war. Zentrum für kühlere Abende dürfte das mondäne Wohnzimmer im ersten Stock sein, sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet mit riesigem Flachbild-TV/Spiele-Konsole. Moderne, grosse Fernseher gibt es mehr als genug im ganzen Haus (wer Fernsehen mag...). Die Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet, und alles funktioniert tadellos. Die Anlage liegt sehr zentral aber ruhig in der Altstadt von Sóller, 5 Gehminuten vom Marktplatz entfernt, mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Berge. Die schmale Strasse (grosse Autos sind kaum zu empfehlen) führt an einem kleinen Flüsschen vorbei. Von hier kann man zu mehreren Wanderungen direkt aufbrechen. Kurz gesagt: besser kann man es nicht treffen! Ich komme gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Herrenhaus in Sóller / Erholung pus

Das liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt im Herzen von Sóller mit wundervoller Aussicht auf die Berge. Das Haus ist modern und bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Hier hat jeder mehr als genügend Platz. Für Hobbyköche bietet die großzügige Küche fast alles an Küchengeräten und Utensilien was der Markt hergibt. Es hat viel Freude bereitet dort zu kochen und das Essen zu zubereiten. Der Pool, Poolbereich, das Poolhaus und die Gartenanlage sind ebenso gepflegt, wie der Rest. Auch hier gibt es unglaublich viel Platz. Für die Fitness wird gesorgt. Wer nicht mit Schwimmen ausgelastet ist, der kann Basketball oder Tischtennis spielen, Fahrrad fahren oder geht Zitronen und/oder Orangen im Garten sammeln. Der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr nett und kompetent. Ich komme sehr gern wieder und freue mich schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub dort. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche.

Platz und Komfort ohne Ende

Mit einer kleinen Gruppe von 4 Personen nutzten wir die Villa für eine Woche Urlaub auf Mallorca. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer gewachsenen Wohngegend, nahe der Plaza von Sóller. Sehr schmale Straßen führen zur Villa. Die Zufahrt ist nur mit Klein- und Kompaktwagen möglich. Das Haus, Terrasse, Garten, Poolbereich sind außerordentlich großzügig und sehr gepflegt. Auch eine Gruppe von 10 Personen wird kaum Platzmangel und unangenehme Enge verspüren. Für uns wurde der zusammenhängende Bereich von Esszimmer - Küche - Terrasse zum Mittelpunkt. Wir bereiteten gemeinsam Salate und Grillgut vor und genossen die Abende auf der Terrasse. Am nächsten Morgen trafen wir uns dort wieder zum Frühstück. Ebenfalls sehr großzügig ist der Poolbereich gestaltet. Man könnte einen ganzen Tag dort verbringen, Baden, Grillen, Essen. Zur Zeit unserer Reise war es allerdings noch zu kalt. So blieb es bei kurzen Bädern und Sonnenbädern. Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenutensilien und -geräte sind massenhaft vorhanden. Internet funktioniert bestens, Fernseher überall, einige hundert Programme zur Auswahl.

Sehr schönes großes Haus mitten in der Stadt Soller

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral in Soller, zum Zentrum sind es ca. 5min Fußweg. Trotzdem ist das Grundstück sehr großzügig mit komfortabler Poolarea und großem Garten mit Orangenbäumen. Von der Terasse hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Tal und die Berge. Das Haus selbst ist in sehr gutem Zustand, alle technischen Anlagen funktionierten ohne Beanstandung. Sehr gut ist auch die Betreuung vor Ort, kompetent und mit kurzen Reaktionszeiten. Wir mieten schon seit vielen Jahren auf Mallorca, aber so eine professionelle und freundliche Betreuung hatten wir noch nie. Alles in allem eine tolle Erfahrung und sehr zu empfehlen!

Beautiful holiday residence

This stunning house in the center of Sóller was and is our home away on our favorite balearic island. Living in this domicile is very private, yet close to the animated centre of Sóller with its nice restaurants, cafes and bars. We have stayed for one week during one week respectively in march, april and may and our next visit is already booked. We enjoyed the extensive pool area and the outside kitchen as well as the large terrasse with its picturesque view of the mountains and the village. The kitchen is very well equipped and comes with you could possibly need on a vacation. As we like going on hikes, this place was a perfect base to go on short walks or long distance tours. The house is ideal for family vacation or holidays with a group of friends. The elegantly furnished house provides enough private space for 10 people, with enough modern bathrooms. We absolutely recommend this place to spend a relaxing holiday.

Luxury villa with stunning scenario

We have stayed in many villas over the last years and we are all agreed that this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the standard of decor, cleanliness and the size of this villa. The main kitchen is very well equipped indeed with everything you could possibly need (and I am a keen cook), also a big gas-fired BBQ. The main kitchen opens onto a lovely terrace with the backdrop of the mountains. There is also a large gas fired barbecue grill on the kitchen terrace. The summer loggia (separate pool house) also has a separate kitchen, another gas grill, a separate seating area and separate shower room & loo. There is a lovely pool area with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The house and the pool area is surrounded by a large, well maintained garden with orange and lemon trees. All five bedrooms are nice, which is unusual for rented properties and all the bathrooms are modern, clean, well equipped and they all worked! Beach, bath room and pool towels are all provided as are toiletries, washing detergent and dishwasher tablets. it is only a 5 minute walk to the main square, tram stop to Port de Soller and the train stop to Palma. The main square has many cafes, restaurants and tourist shops and is really a charming town that it family friendly and has none of the noisy night life of the main Spanish tourist resorts. Wonderful helpful hard-working housekeeper! Really cannot recommend it highly enough! We loved this villa so much that we have already booked for 2017.

Property exceeded our expectations- absolutely stunning. So beautifully designed and kitted out with everything we needed. Position was perfect too easy to walk to all the nearby restaurants and bars. LOVED it!

We stayed in this beautiful property with family for our daughter’s wedding. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby. conveniently situated walking distance to the center of town. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor/pool area was a perfect place to relax. Andrea was great! We had everything we needed for baby but needed a baby bathtub, she had one at the house when we arrived. If you drive, rent a small car, as roads are narrow to arrive to the house. Amazing stay! Would highly recommend!

Beautiful peaceful location. It was a great location for a mini- family reunion. The pool is great. Sóller is quaint.

Lovely stay and location. Only challenge is narrow driving route particularly with road closures. But that is the nature of Soller and we were given good advice

Wonderful family holiday

Amazing place to stay in a fabulous location. Family holiday with enough space & activities to be able to have time together or apart. Facilities at the villa were perfect and nothing was missing. A perfect place to unwind & relax.

Soller excellence

This property is amazing. Beautiful architectural details, finishes, landscaping throughout. The pool and surrounding deck is perfection. Very close to the town center as well, which is shocking considering the size of this space.
