PALAIS NICOLE is an apartment with two balconies, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfectly located seconds from the Promenade des Anglais, the sea and shops.
Decorated in a pleasant and comfortable way, it is the ideal apartment to leave with friends or family.
The apartment is very well equipped and has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic.
You will be located in the city center, in the rue de France which is the street parallel to the famous Promenade des Anglais.
In just a few seconds walk you will be on the beaches, and the pedestrian street with its many shops and restaurants.
You will then reach the place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops, as well as the Old Nice where you will be able to discover all the local specialties.
You will find at the foot of your building all the local shops such as supermarket, baker, butcher, cheesemonger ....

The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a storage cabinet, a safe and a desk area.
BEDROOM 2:
The 2nd bedroom is equipped with two nice single beds, a storage cabinet, a desk area.
It opens to a balcony.
BATHROOM 1:
Bathroom with shower, bidet, hair dryer and WC.
BATHROOM 2:
Bathroom with bathtub / hob (with shower head), bidet and WC.
Heating : Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
You will also be next to the bus stops, which will allow you to move easily in Nice and its surroundings.
The city of Nice offers many blue bike points, a station is located less than 3 minutes from the apartment.
The SNCF train station is 15 minutes walk, the SNCF network is very convenient to visit the nearby cities or to go to Italy for the day
Nice airport is located 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
