Fantastic Unit

Second Stay

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit. It’s clean and has everything you need for a great vacation! The Island Club is our favorite and the only place we stay while visiting HHI.

Beautiful and CLEAN

Our stay was amazing, the condo is impeccably clean and had everything you could need in a rental. The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the beach, pools, and tennis courts. The owners are amazing and have such great attention to detail. Thanks so much!

Great place to stay.

We loved this condo. The furnishings were nice. Plenty of space. We loved feeding the turtles, fish , and ducks in the lagoon right off the porch. We only had two complaints. The bed had a very firm mattress. For some that may be fine, but not for us. It made my back hurt. Also the condo above us made to much noise at night. Friday night they were making noise until 2 a.m. We would definitely love to stay here again. It’s a nice resort.

Love this Condo

The condo is located in a perfect place in the Island Club. Private and very roomy for a one bedroom. We have stayed in this unit before. So many new additions and updates. New living room furniture, new big screen TV in the living room, ceilings were sound proofed, new refrigerator with filtered water and new items to take to the beach, including a cooler. This unit is always exceptionally clean. It is easy to see the owners takes great pride in ownership as well as hosting this property.

Second time back this year!

We have stayed in this unit multiple times and we just keep coming back. We were here this summer and came back again over the holidays. Beautifully updated, impeccably maintained and so clean you feel comfortable the second you walk in the door! Steven is wonderful to work with and is so diligent to be sure you have everything you need! Looking forward to coming back again!

Perfect Oasis!

Beautifully decorated, clean, beautiful views, close to beach! Everything you could want in a vacation spot which is why we keep renting the same unit! Owners take great care of their condo and were very responsive and friendly! I would highly recommend!

BEWARE!!! RESORT NOT SAFE!!!

My friend, sister and cousin and I stayed at this resort. The unit itself is beautiful. The resort another story. In short, I was alone one of the nights I was there. Got locked out of my unit. Could not reach anyone. No return calls. The surrounding units called security on me after I was pleading for someone to hear me. I was able to climb the balcony and gain access from a sliding glass door we left open. After I got in I went to bed. Shortly there after, the security personnel banged on the door. I opened the door and we exchanged words about how I was locked out and how I gained access and how no one called me back from the number I reported the lock out to an hour prior. I shut the door and went back to sleep. Then 10 mins later I receive a voicemail from this security guard that was creepy and asking if he got mixed signals and wanted me to come in and asked me to call him back. It was from a NO CALLER ID number. I reported to the property manager and the booking management company and BOTH state they feel this is NOT their employee and I was a victim of a prank call. Well folks PLEASE ANSWER THIS ONE QUESTION (that I cannot get past) HOW IN THE HELL DID THIS PRANK CALLER KNOW THIS SECURITY GUYS NAME AND HE JUST LEFT MY UNIT 10 mins prior!???? Until then……it is NOT SAFE and they have an employee stalking and preying in women who are alone in their property!!!! BEWARE!!!!!

Home away from Home

My husband and I have stayed in this condo since 2015. We love it. Larger one bedroom end unit, always quiet. The bed is aTempur-Pedic. So comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is always everything you need to take to the beach. Comfortable size dining room and living room. Bathrooms have been beautifully updated. Large wrap around deck with a beautiful view of the lagoon.

Beyond expectations

An amazing experience overall. Excllent location, prompt service and really clean unit with almost new appliances and kitchenware. We had a nice private corner of the building. My only concern was upstairs neighbors who arrived on our last night and we could hear the footsteps, thumps and floor creaks early morning. I guess we got lucky for the previous 7 nights without upstairs neigbors. However., we still hope to be back in the area if not the same unit or location. Beach access, playground and outdoor grill were all great. First time using vacasa and this has been a great experience. My only advice is to provide a little extra details on unit items available and services. I eventually found these out but had to take some trouble.

Contemporary, clean, modern.

Fully renovated larger 1st floor one bedroom apartment with a pond water view and a large deck. Contemporary finishes, totally modern, clean and renovated. The only modest downside is the building is made of wood so you hear upstairs tenants on some creaky floors but this was by no means a deal breaker. I would return.

Excellent break from Covid.

My wife, two boys, and I were very happy to get away for a couple of days to escape the boredom of not being able to do anything during the pandemic. The unit was very clean and you could tell that it had been recently renovated. We felt that we were right in the middle of Hilton Head, and did not have to travel far to enjoy the local sights. We would definitely stay here again.

Sleepless in Hilton Head

Pros: Clean, updated unit with close beach access. Big back patio overlooking lagoon and a well-stocked kitchen. Cons: Sleeper sofa is completely unusable with a “mattress” that has springs just below a thin covering - zero padding between the springs and your back. My two small children would not even sleep on it, and they sleep comfortably in sleeping bags in the floor. You can hear every movement from the neighbors above. Every footstep, music, phone conversations, EVERYTHING. Don’t stay here unless you want your upstairs neighbors to dictate your sleeping and waking times. We were kept up until 2 am by the neighbors walking around the room above our bedroom - the floor creaks and squeaks with every footstep. Just awful.

Best Vacation

Clean and perfectly placed. Walking distance to the beach. Just the perfect place to stay if you want to escape to Paradise for a little bit. Try a bit of One Hot Mamas for happy hour and a good time. Just saying this place is amazing for any couple,any age it's just perfect.
