Yacht Club Get away

Fantastic location - close to beaches, mall, grocery stores, restaurants and major highways. Yet, the environment was quiet with serene surroundings. Good exercise facility and great walking path across the street. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Wonderful condo

I enjoyed a great stay at the owner's beautiful condo. Love the modern decor and the views from all the windows are fabulous!! Beautiful yachts and scenery. Nice sized balcony. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bed very comfortable and the owner was easy to deal with. I will definitely book this condo again!

Amazing experience from start to finish!

First off, I want to thank Alejandro for taking care of everything we needed. It was a last minute booking and he made it possible! The condo was amazing and the we all loved everything about it. The pool area and hot tub were great and the location was perfect for us. We definitely want o come back again!

Great Property and View

We had a wonderful time at this Yacht Club condo. The complex is beautiful and well kept. The swimming pool was heated to just the right temperature, with surrounding amenities like comfortable deck furniture and a grilling area. The condo was very clean and orderly. We spent many evenings out on the balcony to enjoy the fantastic view of the intercoastal, Yachts, and cityscape. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great condo

Stay was great overall. Security guard at check in was a complete idiot, but all the other security personnel the rest of the week were great. The property was quiet and the pool and hot tub were in great shape and clean. The view from the condo was exactly as pictured. Everything worked in the condo and it was comfortable.

The only thing we didn´t found in this condo has been egg-cups!!! But the club and the condo were exquisit. We had very good holidays. We felt like at home.

We wanted to be near our family here and this location was perfect. Near the mall. Beautiful pool area and the deck faced the water, not the parking lot. The condo was quiet and bed was comfortable

Lovely view, great location

My husband, our son and I stayed at this condo for 12 days over New Year's Eve. The condo has a very nice layout, was impeccably clean and well stocked. WIFI worked well. Good quality couch (sofa bed) and mattress. Plenty of sheets and towels. All windows face the intracoastal waterway. The view is truly beautiful. The grounds and the pool area are very well kept and surrounded by lush vegetation. There is plenty of parking in front of the building. A car is a must. Communication with the owner, even though I speak native-level Spanish, was scarce. We had a problem opening the front door of the apartment. I think someone should have informed us that you need to push very hard to open it. As there is no place to get something to eat on the premises or anywhere nearby, it would have been nice, if the owner had left a couple of suggestions. I forgot to pack some brandnew clothes I had bought during our stay. They stayed behind in a drawer. When I called Millie, the on-site contact, she said that she thought they were old clothes so she threw them out. I would have greatly appreciated if she had checked with me first. All in all, I recommend this comfortable apartment for its stunning view and location, as long as you're not expecting too much communication from the owner.

Very pleasant experience

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated with modern furniture. We particularly enjoyed the balcony with views of the boats on the canal. The grounds and the pool are lovely. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful waterfront balcony

Nice location and area. 5 minuts from the Beach by car. Perfect flat for 2. The balcony has nice furniture which enables you to have breakfast or dinner outside while enjoying the beautiful view. The flat is functional, light Scandinavian furniture. The bed is very comfortable. Very nice pool area and a walking/running track just outside the door surrounding the golf course. Walking distance from the Aventura Mall budt you ned a car. Very kind owner.

Great Vacation

We are a senior couple from Canada, and visit Miami every year, during winter We enjoyed a lot staying at yacht club, Amenities are wonderful, Swimming pool, tube, Gym Unit is very nice, and clean. Have a nice view to the water, and was redecorated vey recently we recomend it. The owner was very kind and help us to solve any need will come back next year surely

Great location

We stayed for two weeks during september. Apartment is very nice and clean, all furniture and aplliances are new. Have a gorgeous view to the Marina. Its in a very convenient location, a couple If minutes from sunny isle beach and Aventura Mall. we plan to be back next year

Lovely Condo.

I just stayed for a week and was very happy in the condo. It was very clean, thanks to Millie. The bed is extremely comfortable, towels and sheets of high quality. The view from the balcony, overlooking the intercostal and the yachts, is magnificent. I would awaken at 6:30 in the morning to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Location is very convenient. The owner, Alejandro was very pleasant and accommodating. I look forward to coming back many times for a longer stay.

5 Star Vacation

This is the 4th year we've been renting this unit for 2 months. We were gladly surprised to find the apartment completely renovated. The apartment is super comfortable, the sofa bed in the living room converts into a REAL queen size bed, not some sort of rollaway type where you get your back killed. The apartment is fully furnished, with a nice Ikea modern look. Spectacular view of the marina and its multimillion dollars yachts. The Aventura Yacht Club is conveniently located minutes from the Aventura Mall. It's a very safe and well mantained gated community. Common areas include a great pool, Jacuzzi, and nice BBQ area. We already booked our 2015 trip!

Great Location Wonderful view

is our five year staying at Yacht Club, and we love this condo. The apartment is very clean and confortable. Have a Wonderful view to the Water Marina. All furniture was newly renovated this year, and have a very modern design. Millie and Alejandro were very kind and solve any minor problems we had very quickly
