Unit is located in building number 3. This building is located conveniently near the pool area, no need to walk far to get to the pool area. In addition the unit is 1,200sqft with a balcony facing the marina. Unit comes beautifully furnished and well maintained.

Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster,microwave, refrigerator with a freezer that has ice dispenser and cold water, dishwasher, fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

Unit also has a working Washer and working Dryer.

IMPORTANT THINGS KNOW:

This condo is NON SMOKING and NO PETS allowed under any circumstances inside the apartment. This violation is subject to $1,000 fine.

Overnight parking of commercial vehicles or any
kind of Cargo Van, even if not used for commercial purposes, is prohibited.

NO PARTIES can be hosted at the condo.

***Upon end of your stay ALL Used towels must be place in a bathroom tub***

***Bedroom closest to the kitchen has an OWNERS CLOSET that is locked with a metal combination lock and is only to be used by the owner. DO NOT try to attempt to open the closet. Opening this closet is a violation and subject to a $1000 FINE!***

***ALL guest garbage must be thrown away out of the apartment daily. Any food and or garbage left inside the refrigerator or in the apartment at the end of guest stay will incur a $200 penalty. Pls understand that I'm trying to make sure there is no infestation of bugs!***

The check in time is 4PM and the check out time is 11AM.

Yacht club requires to sign and agree to some friendly condo rules and you will be asked to provide some personal information as well as a copy of picture ID or a passport.

***DAMAGES DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY A GUEST WILL RESULT IN THE COST OF REPAIRS AND REPLACEMENTS TO BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD***

***Once you have booked this beautiful condo on VRBO, you will receive an email with 3 forms of policy condo rules for you to fill out. These forms must be filled out and signed/initialed accordingly. It must be emailed back 2 days after booking has been made and if it’s a SAME DAY booking and check in then it must be emailed back in 1 hour prior to receiving check in instructions with copy of a valid identification. Without completion of these forms and copy of identification access will not be granted to the yacht club and the apartment.***
