Willkommen in den 5540 Turtle Cove Villas. Neu in unserem Vermietprogramm, ist diese Ferienwohnung im zweiten Stock auf Kiawah Island renoviert und perfekt für jede kleine Reisegruppe.

Diese Villa befindet sich in zentraler Lage auf der Insel Kiawah und ist der perfekte Ort, um einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand, in der Nähe des Heiligtums und des Nachtreiherparks und nur eine kurze Fahrt von einigen hervorragenden Restaurants und anderen Annehmlichkeiten der Umgebung entfernt zu genießen anbieten!

Beim Betreten der Villa werden Sie mit Küstenfarben und einem offenen Grundriss begrüßt. Das Wohnzimmer ist schlicht und modern eingerichtet und lädt nach einem langen Strandtag zum Entspannen ein. Die abgeschirmte Veranda befindet sich direkt neben dem Wohnzimmer durch die Schiebetüren und bietet dem Gast die Möglichkeit, die wunderschönen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geräusche der Insel zu genießen. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und genießen Sie den Blick auf die Lagune. Sie werden sicher ein oder zwei Alligatoren entdecken.

Der Essbereich, in dem bequem vier Personen Platz finden, ist nur wenige Schritte vom offenen Küchenbereich entfernt. Mit Granit-Arbeitsplatten und modernisierten Geräten eignet sich diese Küche hervorragend, um eine köstliche Mahlzeit zu zaubern.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV, einen privaten Zugang zur abgeschirmten Veranda und ein eigenes Bad. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten mit einem Flachbild-TV und ein halbprivates Badezimmer, das auch Zugang zum Flur bietet.

Great stay in Kiawah!

The property was located in a great location on Kiawah, directly across the street from Turtle Point golf course. It was very quiet and a short ride to the beach and resort restaurants. And the condo was nice and clean. We loved the screened in porch.

Spacious condo in good location

We stayed here on Kiawah for golf and restaurants. The central location in the island was convenient to everything. Comfortable space, more roomy than we expected.

Really nice place

Condo was very nice. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The view of the lagoon was beautiful. The king bedroom was nice, but We were not keen on the bath being open to the bedroom.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoy our stay. The condo was very clean. There were ample bath towels and of nice quality. The condo was very clean. It has a nice layout. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch looking over a pond. The property manager was very responsive when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again & we could definitely recommend this condo.

Near East Beach and Kiawah venues

We took advantage of walking to and on beautiful East beach. Very quiet property with convenient driving access to Ocean Course, the Sanctuary, Freshfields Village, and Seabrook Island restaurants and shops. Property was very clean and comfortable. Had to get water, beach towels, and coffee (one pot was complimentary). Great sightings of turtles, alligators at safe distance, and herons.

Great Vacation Rental

We loved our first visit to Kiawah. The rental was wonderful for our family. The size was perfect for us, the space worked very well and it was very comfortable. The location was absolutely wonderful. Super easy and enjoyable walk or ride to the beach. Very happy with our overall experience.

Perfect villa

Great property

This is a great property with a great location. The only issue we had was that we found a few cockroaches in the bedrooms and on the porch. Someone was sent to spray but unfortunately I wasn’t notified when someone was coming so my daughter wouldn’t let them in because I wasn’t there.Also we did find old water bottles under the beds. Other than those things it was great.

We usually stay in West beach and close to the beach but we loved our condo and loved the walk to and from the beach. We will revisit this condo again- we loved everything about it. Also thank you to all at Sweetgrass who accommodated us in every way and we're so kind and courteous about all our needs. Thank you so much! My husband was stricken with lung cancer in November of 2019 and between his illness and Covid 19 this was our first trip and it was beautiful in every way. Kiawah Island is our favorite place to be.

Great location and exceptionally well-maintained

We were in town for the PGA Championship and wanted a place that was convenient to the Ocean Course as well as large enough for 3 adults. This unit was perfect for us and made our experience that much more enjoyable. Spacious bedrooms, a living room large enough for all of us to hangout in, and a great screened-in porch overlooking a pond. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a place that feels more like a home than a hotel would.

Virtually perfect

I've found a lot of VRBO properties use artful photo editing in their listings. It's something that I've sadly come to expect. For our most recent trip, I decided to take a chance and pay a little more because this property looked so nice. Now that our trip is over I can say with confidence I have absolutely no regrets. The VBRO pictures were a completely truthful representation of the property. It truly was as nice as it looked. This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. Everything was as pictured. The furniture was in good condition and nothing was worn out. Nothing smelled. The view was amazing. Getting into the rental was easy ~ no complicated check-in procedures. I've been coming to Kiawah Island since the '80's and I have seen many changes over the years. I have to say that traffic has now gotten so bad on John's Island that it often takes an hour or more just to get to Charleston depending on the time of day. It was just mind-boggling to see the line of vehicles stacked up trying to get onto the island every morning. The area has sadly become so overcrowded/overdeveloped that I don't know when we'll come back. If we do, however, I will without a doubt try to rent this property again.

Sweetgrass Positives! Your staff were always prompt to respond, helpful, accommodating and very nice. A+ there What Sweetgrass should do 1. Provide a map of Kiawah in the welcome packet, like the realtors have 2. You provide 2 sets of towels but only 1 bath mat? need second bath mat 3. Have a standard list of things each property you manage should have (including those listed below that were missing for the owners) 4. Have housekeeping clean the coffee pot between renters (and I don't mean just wash - it needs vinegar run through it periodically or the water line gets clogged which happened to ours) What homeowner needs/should do 1. more kitchen tools - there is no vegetable peeler, steak knives, salad spinner, no full set of measuring spoons, no knife sharpener - total mishmash/leftover/yard sale accumulation of cooking utensils, etc 2. windows in second bedroom don't open and screens not fitting properly 3. draperies are awful but at least should be hemmed so not piling on the floor 4. there were no coasters to protect the tables or adult scissors! Sweetgrass brought them over promptly 5. dryer doesn't work well - takes 2-3 full cycles to dry. have the dryer vents ever been cleaned?? is the dryer even vented outside?
