Lovely new villa in Cala Blanca within 300mt from the beach. It's really quiet but within a walking distance to all sort of amenities and leisure.
Cala Blanca is a tourist resort that offers a good choice of supermarkets, shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants with sea view, medical services and children's clubs. You can also walk to Cala Santandria (1km)
Both beaches are partially equipped with sunbeds and parasol and well served by restaurants, bars and shops.
The house has 3 confortable double bedrooms, 2 showerooms and now air conditionning in the whole house. Everything is new and of good quality. The kitcken is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso etc. The terrace is equipped with , table, chairs and sun beds and with a nice building barbecue. There is room inside the house for parking one car but no problem of parking right in front of the house anyway. Very quiet, surrounded by other houses and green spaces.

Good location but not as well equipped as advertised

The villa was very clean and in a great location. The air con was only in the living room which made sleeping at night quite uncomfortable. It’s advertised as air condition throughout which is not the case. We had to ask for fans for the bedrooms and were given two, one of which fell apart when we tried to use it. There was no kettle, the coffee maker would be a nice touch if there were any pods available to make use of it. We had to request the pool lights to be turned on and the light above the pool still didn’t work. We were charged for the pool net which we had apparently broken whilst cleaning the pool, this seemed unfair as it was certainly not newly purchased. The owners were very understanding about the fact that we had misplaced one set of keys which we were also charged for. We were also charged for a days wage of a painter because of footmarks on an outside wall. It’s a shame as we didn’t think to begin our holiday with taking photographs of any utilities we would be using. More towels were provided upon request which was very handy.

Super !

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison avec la piscine est super, l’accueil de Francisca était très chaleureux et elle a été très à l’écoute durant tout le séjour. Un arrête de bus est situé à quelques mètres de la maison et la calanque est tout près à pied et magnifique avec restaurant et bar à proximité ! C’était un super séjour merci encore.

Superbe villa

Superbe villa bien située. Très bon accueil de Francisca qui a su nous communiquer toutes les informations nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour. Seul bémols indépendant de la volonté du loueur, des travaux juste a cote de la villa pendant notre séjour alors qu habituellement les travaux sont effectues l hiver. Mais bon Francisca s est tout de suite renseigne auprès de la municipalite. Merci pour tout Francisca, votre reactivite et votre gentillesse😁

Todo tal como lo indicado. Estuvimos muy a gusto en la casa, bien equipada , muy bien atendidos, sin ninguna incidencia. Zona tranquila y cerca de Ciutadella. Opción perfecta para una familia. A repetir sin duda!

Lovely Villa in a great location

We recently had a weeks stay at Villa. Nikamar. The location of the villa is ideal and only a short walk to the beach and car/bus journey into Ciutadella. The villa is ideal for families and photographs on the website do not do it justice. The villa is very clean and has all the facilities you need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is also a good length and we have many hours of fun playing/swimming in it. Communication with Francisca, her Husband and son Alex are lovely and communication is very good. We will definitely be returning and I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Excellent séjour !

Très bon souvenir de cette maison et de son emplacement. La maison est très fonctionnelle, propre et bien équipée pour maxi 6 personnes. La piscine a été très appréciée en raison de la forte chaleur. Elle possède une superficie suffisante. Aucun entretien à faire car une personne s'en chargeait régulièrement. Le seul point d'amélioration porterait sur le besoin d'une climatisation ou à défaut de ventilateurs dans les chambres en cas de très fortes chaleurs la nuit.

Peaceful, private villa in a great location

My partner and I just returned from a very peaceful and relaxing holiday in villa Nikamar. The photos of this villa do not do it justice. It is clean, modern and has all the necessities required. The bathrooms and kitchen in particular are finished to a high standard. The pool area is private and sunny all day. Highly recommended. Can't wait to return!

Bellissima Casa

Abbiamo trascorso le nostre vacanze in Villa Nikamar, l’ultima settimana di Agosto e prima settimana di Settembre 2015. La casa era molto confortevole ed ogni dettaglio è stato curato per trascorrere le vacanze estive senza pensieri. Eravamo in 4 adulti e 2 bambini e i più piccoli (eh non solo) hanno apprezzato allegramente la piscina esterna, perfetta per questa casa e per i momenti di attesa del pranzo/cena! Francisca è stata disponibile e cortese ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consiglio vivamente questa casa, spero proprio di ritrovare occasione per tornare in questa meravigliosa isola e soprattutto in Villa Nikamar.

UNE TRES BELLE VILLA POUR UN FORMIDABLE SEJOUR!!!

La VillaNikamar est une magnifique location récente où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Bien agencée, bien équipée, très propre.Très confortable pour une famille ou un groupe d'amis. Située dans un environnement vraiment calme aussi bien le soir que le matin. A l'extérieur, un coin repas agrémenté d'un barbecue et d'une cuisine extérieure près de la piscine nous a permis de passer de très bons moments. Pendant notre séjour de 15 jours, nos draps et notre linge de maison ont été changé à mi-séjour. La piscine a été entretenue régulièrement. Proche de toutes les commodités : restaurants, supermarchés/boulangerie, bar, pharmacie, location de voitures et de scooter, le tout accessible à pied. A 300 m de la plage de Cala Blanca. A 50 m d'un arrêt de bus qui nous a conduit au choix à la très belle ville de Ciutadella en 15/20 mn ou vers quelques belles plages de Minorque. Nous avons adoré séjourner à Cala Blanca à la VillaNikamar. Merci à Francisca pour son amabilité et sa gentillesse. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et nous y reviendrons avec un grand plaisir.

Un amore di casa in un isola meravigliosa

La casa é meravigliosa, nuova, semplice e pulita non manca nulla. Vicino ad un supermecato, bar, ristoranti ed una bellissima spiaggia (Cala Blanca). In 10 minuti di macchina si arriva a Ciutadella. I proprietari sono stupendamente simpatici. Grazie di cuore Francisca e a suo marito.

Great location. Very sunny villa.

The villa is in the perfect location. So close to the beach and shops and restaurants yet still a lovely quiet road. It's very clean and well equipped. Outside space is fantastic and the pool is always in the sun so it was always warm and we spent hours in it. Only slight downside is no air conditioning or ceiling fans so the villa was quiet hot. Owners were great and communication from them was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this for a family holiday.

Una bellissima vacanza!!

Abbiamo trascorso due bellissime settimane a luglio in Villa Nikamar (consigliata da un amico) e siamo stati benissimo. Eravamo in 4 + 2 bambini, la casa era perfetta, tutto nuovo, di buon gusto e pulito. La cucina meravigliosa, con tutti gli elettrodomestici, luminosa, le camere spaziose. Minorca é molto piu’ bella di quanto ci aspettavamo. Un’infinitá di cale, calette con un mare davvero paragonabile ai Caraibi. La casa si trova in una strada molto tranquilla, di fronte c’é uno spazio verde. La spiaggia é proprio a 5 minuti a piedi, cosí come tutti i negozi, supermercati e ristoranti. Raccomando comunque noleggiare un’auto se si vuole veramente girare in lungo e in largo l’isola. Abbiamo nostalgia della “nostra” casina e ricordiamo spesso quando rientrando dopo una giornata al mare ci rilassavamo in piscina mentre i piú volonterosi preparavano la cena al barbecue. Un caro saluto a Francisca e a Pedro e speriamo di rivederci presto!!
