Stylish villa with pool near several beaches, Cala Blanca, Menorca

Modern and elegant villa with a large pool, a mere ten-minute walk from both Cala Blanca and Cala Santandria beaches which are small coves, with tranquil white sand and perfect for family enjoyment. Both beaches have dive and water sports centres and multiple places to eat and enjoy the views.
Cala Blanca resort itself is a peaceful resort and benefits from several lovely restaurants and bars (and a well-stocked local supermarket with bakery) – all within 5 mins walking from the villa.

The property is located within a short ten minute drive to the beautiful old-town of Ciutadella with its fabulous port, stunning architecture, and traditional squares. It is also within easy reach from Menorca's most famous beaches, Cala Turqueta, Macarella, and Son Saura. Ciutadella boasts a host of wonderful eating and dining options as well – both budget friendly and high-end dining. Make sure you sample the local gin and the Menorcan wines and cheeses!

The villa is distributed over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. From the living room, you can access the beautiful terrace with a large pool, outdoor dining area under a pergola, sun loungers and barbecue area. The well-maintained, fully enclosed gardens surround the villa and pool area.

On the first floor, there is the master super king bedroom and two other bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a king size bed. All bedrooms have access to a terrace and air conditioning.

On the top floor, there is the spacious and bright fourth double bedroom, with king size bed, and with access to the huge terrace with wonderful sea views. This bedroom is a mezzanine room. The roof terrace is furnished with outside lounge sofas and table and sun loungers with large parasol. The sun sets from the villa roof terrace are also simply stunning!

The villa is simply ideal for a relaxing, laid-back and exclusive vacation with all the family on the beautiful and welcoming island of Menorca.

The house is a 45-minute drive or transfer from Mahon International Airport. There are plenty of options for car hire, although car hire is optional, as the villa is located in a quiet residential area of the resort centre of Cala Blanca, so it is a mere five minute walk to local beaches, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and supermarket. This also makes the villa an ideal getaway for families with both children and teenagers together, as there is plenty to do nearby for everyone.

The historic old-town of Ciutadella is stunning and is less than a ten minute drive from the villa and has an abundance of great restaurants and bars together with market days, fish market and a vibrant port. It is simply an extraordinarily beautiful town to visit and to spend time in.
