Maui Parkshore liegt im Herzen von South Kihei, nur wenige Schritte von einigen der besten Strände entfernt, die Maui zu bieten hat. Die günstige Lage ist auch zu Fuß zu vielen Restaurants, Cafés, touristischen Geschenkartikelläden und einem Bioladen! Der Komplex bietet einen schönen 40 x 20 Pool, Grillplätze und einen Shuffleboard-Platz.
DIE GESAMTE EINHEIT WURDE VOLLSTÄNDIG VON OBEN NACH UNTEN UMGESTALTET: Verputzte Decken und Wände, geflieste Veranda, neuer Boden in der gesamten Einheit, geflieste begehbare Duschen, Küchenschränke aus Bambus, Küchenarbeitsplatte aus Granit, neue Geräte aus rostfreiem Stahl und Insel / Strand Stil Möblierung. Beide Schlafzimmer haben tragbare Klimaanlagen und Deckenventilatoren, neue King- und Queen-Matratzen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss, Internet / WiFi und Radio, Deckenventilator, aber keine Klimaanlage. Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den Pool mit Meerblick.

This was a great condo! We really enjoyed how close to the beach and good restaurants it is. We also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen (not food but all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed to cook our own food) and the beach chairs that were available for us to use. The beds were comfortable, the interior of the unit was nice, and the condo complex was quiet and well maintained. If it is available, I will definitely stay here again.

We were in Maui for a family wedding and this cozy condo was perfectly located on the beach with a pool. The age range of our family is 7.5 to 78 so it was perfect and accessible for everyone. We are a pretty “clean-living” family and aim to stay as toxin-free as possible, so booking vacation homes can sometimes feel like a gamble. This condo was exactly what we were hoping for. No strong chemical smells, very clean, and thoughtfully maintained. We did end up grabbing a few of our own supplies (like laundry detergent), but overall it felt like a safe and comfortable space for our family.The home itself is incredibly well set up—plenty of bedding and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything felt intentional and easy to use. The beds were comfortable, and the entire space just made it easy to relax.What really stood out, though, was the ownership. We arrived right at the tail end of one of the worst storms Maui has seen in decades, and despite everything happening on the island, they were so attentive and caring. They checked in, made sure we had what we needed, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.And the location… I can’t say enough. As first-time visitors to Maui, we couldn’t have picked a better spot. You can walk to just about anything you need. The beach right across from the condo is stunning—beautiful lava rock pools, sea turtles in the water—it honestly felt like something out of a dream.Between the incredible views, the wide-open glass wall, easy pool access, sand wash stations, grill, and overall comfort of the space, this place exceeded our expectations.We would absolutely stay here agai…book it. Great Stay in Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay at Katarina’s condo in Kihei. Fantastic location with an ocean view and a short walk to Kam III and the little shops. The unit was as described - very clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We particularly appreciated all the beach gear! The complex itself was also well taken care of and the pool was another great option. Katarina was responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!
