Diese Unterkunft befindet sich in der 6. Etage und bietet Blick auf den Außenpool und den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko. Vermeiden Sie alle Aufzüge, wenn Sie ankommen, und parken Sie direkt in der 6. Etage. Außerdem haben wir ein schlüsselloses Türschloss, damit Sie und Ihre Familie / Freunde während Ihres Aufenthalts nicht mit einem Schlüssel Schritt halten müssen !!



Phoenix X ist einer der beliebtesten Komplexe an der Golfküste. Es gibt einen Grund, warum mehr Urlauber in dieser Wohnung bleiben als in Orange Beach.



Es gibt keinen besseren Ort für Sie und Ihre Familie als Phoenix X. Es gibt zahlreiche Aktivitäten, darunter ein Kraftraum, ein Racquetballplatz, eine Sauna, ein Innenpool, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze und ein Außenpool. Es gibt sogar einen hübschen Pavillon, in dem Sie sich beim Grillen entspannen können.



Entspannen Sie sich auf dem geräumigen Balkon im 6. Stock mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf oder schlafen Sie auf dem großen Kingsize-Bett. Dieses Gerät wurde um neue Schränke in der Küche erweitert. Wir haben auch ein extra halbes Bad in der Wohnung! Wir sind günstig in der Nähe von Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften und nicht weit von den Outlet-Malls entfernt. Vergiss nicht, dass wir direkt neben der Flora-Bama sind!

The condo could use a GOOD cleaning & update. You can tell there was some sort of water damage, paint stains in bathroom, one of the doors to the balcony would not open. There were only 2 chairs and one was broken on the balcony.

The unit is a bit outdated but was clean and fine for just the two of us for a short getaway. One of the outdoor balcony chairs had a piece of metal broken but was still sittable, could have called but just didn't want the disturbance. Wall attached hair dryer threw sparks and smoke so I unplugged it and found a spare hand held in the spare bathroom so again, just let it be. The bed was comfy and slept great and had soft linens and good pillows with many extra pillows in the closet. Appliances all worked properly and great sixth floor view of beach and the pool down below. Would rent again as we had a very relaxing time and were able to walk over to Flora Bama and across to the Waffle House for breakfast one morning. Phoenix X facilities were all clean and adequate !! Bought a few items from the pantry and they were very reasonable priced.

I love staying at Phoenix properties but was a little disappointed with this condo, especially for the price. Linens and towels were poor quality and the place needs a new coat of paint. Other than that, great views as advertised and good beach location.

Bathroom door was falling off. Toilet seat was broken. Floor was sticky. Pots were dirty. Smelled musty.Plus side, excellent view. Cute shower curtain.??? Why 14 extra pillows in the closet but no throw or light bkanket?Would not stay at this unit again. 1 of 3 hot tubs worked. Pools were clean & nice!

Location was perfect, but could use updating. There were rust stains, faucet leaks, and worn furniture. The shower curtain had mildew and the patio furniture was extremely worn. I will say that the property was very clean and everyone was friendly.

Perfect view

Great property. View is perfect. This unit is a bit beat up and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Plus bring your own Toilet Paper. They had a quarter of a roll in one bathroom and none in the other. Otherwise manager was easy to reach and great location.

Overall it was wonderful

We had a wonderful time for our long weekend trip. Charlie was AMAZING and great to work with - not a bad thing to say. The location was everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the couch was very uncomfortable/worn down and the bed had a slope on the side by the window. I would wake up feeling like I was falling off. It was an awesome time and we are very grateful that we stayed there!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was dirty, furniture was old, dirty and not comfortable! The bedroom smelled musty and the carpet was awful. The bathtub was stained. Could not use the closet because there was so much stuff piled on the floor and it smelled horrible. Had to keep our clothes in the suitcase. Paint was peeling off most of the doors. This place needs a total renovation and needs to be cleaned. Do not go by the pictures on the site. The condo is nothing like it.I do not recommend this place!! Very dissatisfied!

This unit does have a great view of the beach. The indoor pool and hot tubs where nice. It was to cold to go to the beach and use the outdoor pool. However, the unit is in desperate need of updating. The living and kitchen area are not bad, the couch could use updating, but the bedroom carpet needs changed and the unit had a very strong musty/mildew smell. I almost checked out and looked for a different condo but my husband did not want to waste the money we paid as it was nonrefundable. If these issues were addressed this would be a fabulous unit, especially for the views. I did not reach out the contact as I really think a renovation would be the only way to help the odor. I have stayed at other condos on the beach and this is my first experience with one having a mildew smell. Not pleasant. We did decide to leave a day sooner.

Some cleaning and replacements

Great location. Could have been a little cleaner. The dishwasher Needs replaced as it did not clean properly. After washing dishes are still dirty. There is a smell in the main bathroom. Location and Phoenix X property are great. Pool is awesome and not a very far walk to the beach.

Adequate condo

The condo was ok for our purposes. There were some things that need to be fixed, i.e., a missing shelf bracket in a kitchen cabinet, dishwasher did not clean dishes, toilet paper holder loose in the bathroom, missing towel bar, couch in poor condition. Fortunately, these were minor inconveniences.

Aside from the sofa sleeper we intended to utilize. We had to sleep 3 in the bed. The mattress desperately needs to be changed and/or replace the sofa. Also, We were not able to turn on the tv in the living room too many remotes for one tv. which we really didn’t watch.
