Außergewöhnliche smaragdblaue Golfblicke von jedem Zimmer in dieser wunderschön renovierten Silver Beach Towers East Wohnung. Diese schicke Wohnung am Strand wurde gerade renoviert und komplett renoviert. Für eine gute Nachtruhe können Sie in den beiden Hauptschlafzimmern mit Golffront in die Pause der Wellenbrecher einschlafen. Beide verfügen über Kingsize-Betten mit Premium-Matratzen. Darüber hinaus verfügt der Wohnbereich über zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten, ein Queen und ein Twin, die sich in einem stilvollen und äußerst bequemen Ausziehsofa und einem übergroßen passenden Stuhl befinden. Der Wohnbereich wurde entworfen, um zu unterhalten! Es hat einen riesigen Couchtisch, ideal für Karten- und Brettspiele. Es gibt Platz für einen Abend am Strand, was könnte besser sein? Der schöne Essbereich bietet Platz für 4 Personen am Tisch und weitere 3 an der Bar. Auf dem Balkon befindet sich ein Essbereich mit Platz für 4 Personen. Die zwei Balkon-Chaiselongues sorgen für stundenlangen Blick auf die Delphine, das Zuschauen von Leuten oder das Lesen am Strand, so gut es geht! Das Resort verfügt über einen eigenen Strand. Wir bieten Ihnen ein komplettes Strand-Setup. Dazu gehören zwei Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm, so nah am Wasser wie Sie möchten. Die prächtigen, supergroßen Doppelpools und der Whirlpool befinden sich am Strand.


Bitte beachten Sie, dass zusätzlich zum Übernachtungspreis eine Endreinigungsgebühr in Höhe von 185 USD, eine Entschädigungsgebühr in Höhe von 65 USD und eine Reservierungsgebühr in Höhe von 45 USD erhoben werden.

One thing we loved about this place was having assigned, covered parking with easy access to the elevator. The room is directly next to the elevator. The place is really convenient to everything you might need and pretty walkable as well. We will definitely be back!

Excellent condo! Super clean, modern, great layout & finishes, and incredible view. Our family had an absolute blast here and would definitely rebook. My only gripe was the check-in process, as getting reservations for beach chairs and figuring out access prior to our arrival was pretty cumbersome. And, we never received our parking pass, but luckily didn’t need it. However, the management was extremely responsive and in the end we got everything figured out. Had an awesome trip!

It was a vey nice condo. It was very nicely appointed and decorated well. The only suggestion I have is that there be an adequate amount of flatware - there were only 2 teaspoons. Very unusual. The eating utensils were below the bare minimum. But a very lovely place to stay. I would stay there again.

This condo is very nicely decorated and the location and view are great! That said, for a high-end rental there are some points that need addressed. Here are some that stood out… 1. Key fob - entry was a stresser since the key fob was not sent soon enough; it should've arrived a week in advance but arrived after we’d left. It wasn't a big deal to coordinate entry but something that didn’t need to happen if it had been managed properly. An extra trip to the post office to mail the fob back too. 2. Door - the door and door jamb are out of alignment. The door does not open or shut without considerable force and noise. This needs repaired. Also, this is tough on older and younger visitors. 3. WiFi - the WiFi is unsecured and so essentially unavailable unless you want to risk your privacy, financial info., etc. P.S.: Don't use unsecured WiFi!4. Hot water - not sure how big the hot water tank is but whoever is the 2nd person to get ready for dinner, gets a cold shower5. Kitchen - the pans and some utensils are old and poor quality. We’ve had this at other rentals too… "second home" pans instead of a full set of qulity cookware and utensils. Again, for a high end rental, you should expect quality.6. Beach chairs were not included. Of our four stays at this location, this was the first time the beach chair service was not included and we had to pay for beach chairs. There were some chairs available in the condo though.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the key fob. We did expedited shipping and even contacted the post office, which guaranteed it would arrive before your travel dates. Unfortunately, that did not happen as expected, as shipping had been slowed down due to Spring Break. That said, we were happy we could meet you promptly upon arrival with a new key fob so you could access the unit without further delay. Regarding the WiFi, it is provided and managed by the building, as required by the HOA, so we cannot change that setup. We understand your concerns and appreciate the feedback. We truly wish you had let us know during your stay about the hot water and the pots and pans. We would have gladly come by to address the hot water situation and replace or upgrade any kitchen items right away to make your stay more comfortable. For the beach chairs, we do disclose in our listing that there is a fee for the service, though it is highly discounted for our guests. We also try to provide additional chairs in the unit when possible for added convenience.

Summer Family Vacation

Condo was clean and just as pictured. Location was perfect! Only concern we had was the fact none of the exterior doors to the balcony or the lobby locked- with small children this could be concerning however, the balcony doors are extremely heavy and the kids could not open on their own. Overall the condo was perfect and we plan to return in the future!
