Alle 3 Schlafzimmer unserer atemberaubenden Penthouse-Wohnung liegen am Golf und bieten von jedem Zimmer aus Blick auf den Pool und den Golf! Southern Heirs wurde im Januar 2019 vollständig renoviert und bietet erstklassige Upgrades. Genießen Sie schöne Betten, eine komplette Renovierung der Küche (neue Schränke, neue Fußböden, neue Leuchten, neue Küchengeräte, buchstäblich alles ist NEU) Edelstahlgeräte, exquisite Strandmöbel, Fliesenböden, frische Farbe und warten Sie, bis Sie die Badezimmer sehen. ....OH MEIN GOTT!

Genießen Sie den Komfort ohne Treppen und einen Gesamtplan auf einer Ebene, den unser geräumiges Penthouse bietet. Vom Boden bis zur Decke reichende Fenster und Glasschiebetüren bilden eine ganze Wand im Wohnbereich und öffnen sich direkt zu einer der großen, möblierten Terrassen. Die umzäunten Terrassen bieten einen direkten Zugang zu den Pools am Golf und 600 m langen Privatstrand. Bei Southern Heirs sind Sie buchstäblich nur wenige Schritte von den berühmten weißen Sandstränden von Destin entfernt!

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem verstellbaren Lattenrost (ja, ernsthaft), bequeme Betten, einen großen Flachbild-TV, einen direkten Zugang zum Strand / Pool und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Master-Badezimmer befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Flurs und verfügt über seine und ihre Waschbecken mit Granitoberflächen, eine geräumige begehbare Dusche mit übergroßen Duschköpfen und eine freistehende Badewanne, die durch eine atemberaubende arktisweiße Steinmauer ergänzt wird. Sie werden dieses Badezimmer absolut lieben!

Das 2. Gästezimmer ist ein paar Schritte den Flur entlang und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit einem verstellbaren Bettfuß (ja, ernsthaft wieder), einen großen Flachbildfernseher, einen privaten Ausgang zum Strand / Pool und einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf. Das angrenzende Badezimmer verfügt über einen Waschtisch aus Granit und eine neue begehbare Dusche mit übergro����en Duschköpfen.

Unser 3. Gästezimmer verfügt über ein individuell gestaltetes Zweibettzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, eine Leseecke, einen Waschtisch / Schreibtisch und einen Flachbild-TV! Und natürlich .... eine Glasschiebetür mit einem weiteren Zugang zum Strand / Pool. Auf der anderen Seite des Flurs befindet sich das komplett aktualisierte Vollbad.

Der Essbereich wird durch einen schönen Esstisch mit Platz für 6 Personen ergänzt. Die Küche verfügt über Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, einen wunderschönen Fliesenspritzer (wir wünschen uns wirklich, dass es sich bei uns zu Hause befand) und wird mit allem Kochgeschirr und Geschirr geliefert, das Sie zur Zubereitung Ihrer Lieblingsfamiliengerichte benötigen. Das Wohnzimmer ist hübsch in sanften und beruhigenden Farben gestaltet und mit allen neuen Möbeln einschließlich einer Schlafsofa ausgestattet. Sie werden es lieben, sich nach einem Tag am Strand in diesem Wohnzimmer zu entspannen und jede Minute davon zu lieben! Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner von Samsung befinden sich in einer benutzerdefinierten Waschküche. Kein Detail wurde in dieser atemberaubenden Wohnung verschont!

Zu den Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts zählen 600 Meter (zuckerweißer) Sand und smaragdfarbenes Wasser, zwei Pools am Golf, Whirlpools, Tennisplätze, Grillmöglichkeiten und zugewiesene überdachte Parkplätze. Südliche Erben sind der ultimative Traumurlaub, auf den Sie gewartet haben!

Absolutely perfect place for families to spend time away together! This condo is absolutely stunning. Being able to walkout directly onto the pool deck was perfect for our family having little ones to carry! The location in Destin is perfect! We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights. Overall the condo was great. We had to text the property manager for a couple of minor things, they were excellent in responding quickly. The owners do need to change out one mattress because it has no support left but other than that all was great. This is a first floor unit with direct access to the pool, so you don’t have a view of the ocean but otherwise it’s a great condo unit and building.

We were scheduled to stay for 2 weeks. Day 3 I contacted VRBO. The beds in this unit are horrible, definitely at the end of their usable life. The host provided a mattress topper to "fix" the problem. You can’t fix a dead mattress with a foam topper. VRBO staff came and saw how bad the mattresses were, they thought the sheets were bunched up under the quilt. Nope, that’s lumps and sags and bumps inside the mattress. They couldn’t contact the owner, and then lied and told us the mattresses were fine. On day 7 we had to scramble to find new lodging, had to double pay for one night bc VRBO delayed us in confirming the amount of refund they were offering bc it was the weekend and they didn’t have access to the right systems. What? That’s crazy! She said she was grocery shopping and would let me know the amount of the return when she got home then never did. I won’t even mention that the dishes, utensils, glassware etc were filthy. Dried on food and beverage particles. Highly recommend working with Compass Vacations who have an office at the property. They were kind, professional, and got us into a different unit for less than VRBO was charging. Save your backs and your money. Don’t book unless you have 100% proof that the mattresses are new and the cleaning crew replaced. If I could attach photos here, you’d be shocked! Travelers beware!

We understand how important a good night’s sleep and a clean, comfortable environment are, and I regret that we fell short in these areas. While mattress comfort can be subjective and we have only received one other similar concern, we take feedback like yours seriously. We are currently reviewing the condition of the mattresses with the owner. As management, we are not authorized to approve an expense of that size without owner approval, which is why there was a delay while we worked to reach them. I also sincerely apologize for the lack of timely follow-up regarding your refund. As it was the weekend, I did not have access to the necessary systems to provide you with accurate information, and I did not want to risk sharing incorrect details. However, I understand how frustrating that delay must have been, especially given your situation. Additionally, I am very sorry to hear about the cleanliness concerns you experienced. This is not in line with our standards, and we will be addressing this directly with our cleaning team. We truly appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us improve. I am very sorry again for your experience and the inconvenience caused.

The best vacation rental ever!

We had the best stay at Southern Heirs. The location is amazing, being on the bottom level is perfect for small kiddos. The beach access was perfect and this condo is so spacious. There is plenty of room and it comes with all of the amenities! You won’t regret staying here.

Wonderful Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. It was very relaxing. We loved having outdoor access right from the condo vs. having to weave through hallways and elevators. We would love to go back!

Perfect for two families

This property is great for families with kids. We loved being on the ground floor right by the pool. Made it easy when the kids needed something to run to the room

BEAUTIFUL

This condo was absolutely the best, and it was SOOOO convenient to stay on the bottom floor with a walkout straight to the pools, hot tubs and beach. The unit was very clean and very well appointed. The beds were VERY comfortable. We look forward to going back often!!!

Excellent vacation

Southern Heirs was a beautiful condo. It was very clean and well maintained and had all the amenities of home. Within walking distance to several local attractions. Being on the ground level and close to the pool with small children was great!! We could not have asked for a better place to stay. Will definitely come back!

Spending time with family

I ran into this property looking for place enough for 9 people and I am glad. It is spacious enough and not feeling crowded. The place is clean. We had to do little bit shopping since there were no salt/pepper/cooking oil/dish soap in the property. Overall, we had great time. The property is on the beach and the mother nature gave us nice weather to spend on the beach.

Overall great

Overall the place was great. The beach and pool were fantastic. Loved being able to just step out on pool deck from our apartment. Everything worked great. WiFi was not good at all. Personally think there should be more than 2 fobs for a three bedroom place. It was hard going to beach with only 2 fobs. Would definitely stay there again.

Daughters birthday getaway

Property was great, clean and great views. Had issues with accessing the building because the main doors lock and the gate wasn’t working the first night. Called help desk who finally explained condo was on lower level and could only be accessed using elevator from a different building. Took about 40 minutes but finally figured it all out.
