Balcony access from both bedrooms and living make this a great vacation choice for 2 couples to share. Lofty 10' ceilings and lots of natural sunlight add to the open feeling of this 1362 sq ft unit which also features solid surface flooring throughout and classic coastal furnishings. The property is fabulous the layout is great. Beautiful view ! However, the showers were not clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a blind missing in the bedroom and one of the patio chairs was broke. It has some small things that is needed which would be inexpensive. Extra towels and wash clothes, oven mitt, can opener and dish drainer. The check in information was very lacking. Knowing the name of the building and umbrella and chair rental information would have been helpful. Love how easy it is to get to the beach and to the car. We also had to purchase a bed topper for one of the beds mattress was very hard. It could be an excellent place to stay with some attention in the area's mentioned.

Beach, pool, room, repeat!

Destin is a wonderful location but this property was so enticing that we basically went from the condo to the beach (where we had a reserved umbrella and chairs) to the pool to the condo for lunch. Then the afternoon and evening were just as wonderful. It was a great vacation close to necessities and eating out when we needed it. A GREAT VACATION!

Awesome property!

The property has an amazing view overlooking the Gulf. The decor is nice and rooms are spacious. Kitchen had everything needed to support our stay. Lounge chairs on the patio would be a nice addition. The two free beach chairs and and umbrella was great every day. We look forward to coming back next year!

FABULOUS CONDO

The view from the patio was awesome. The condo was in great condition requiring some minor updates. Everything was in good working order. The property was very clean and friendly. I would rent this unit again I gave this a five star rating.

I love this condo. The view is spectacular. In fact, a photo on the listing I have as my office computer screensaver. Decor is nice and not cheap looking like many other condos. Beds are very comfortable. I have already booked my trip for next year. Will be my 3rd year in a row!!

Wonderful get a way

Perfect 2 bedroom unit that was clean and tidy. 2nd bedroom bed was very comfortable and was told that the main bed was as well. And what a beautiful way to wake up ever morning! The sea and sounds were amazing as was all of the sea life that we were able to observe from the balcony. This was our first time visiting this part of Florida but I think it is now our favorite, we can't wait to go back.

Chasin your blues away

It was really beautiful and very nice. The only thing that needed a little more attention, was the floors. When we first got there and was walking around the condo the floors were a little Sandy still from previous tenants. Other than that, absolutely beautiful and very convenient to restaurants and shopping stores.
