Wunderschön renovierte Dachgeschosswohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BÀdern im Herzen von Harbour Town-Sea Pines, oberhalb von Einzelhandel und in der NÀhe von Jachthafen, Spielplatz, Leuchtturm und Restaurants. Gehen Sie zu Restaurants, Gemischtwarenladen und anderen GeschÀften. Sie sind wirklich mitten in allen AktivitÀten von Harbour Town.

Tolle Location um den 4. Juli zu feiern. Der Morgen beginnt mit einer Parade, gefolgt von AktivitĂ€ten. Das Feuerwerk in Harbour Town beginnt um ca. 21:00 Uhr ĂŒber dem Calibogue Sound.

Genießen Sie den kostenlosen Trolley, der vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day direkt neben dem GebĂ€ude hĂ€lt. Im Sommer ist der Trolley die einzige Möglichkeit, den Beach Club zu erreichen. Es gibt keine ParkplĂ€tze oder Abfahrten. Diese Lage macht den Zugang zum Beach Club sehr bequem. Mit dem Trolley-, Einzelhandels- und Gemischtwarenladen können Sie eine Woche bleiben, ohne in Ihr Auto steigen zu mĂŒssen.

Ihr Aufenthalt beinhaltet auch den Zugang zum Harbour Town Pool ohne zusÀtzliche Kosten. Der Harbour Town Pool ist ab dem 16. MÀrz auf 84 Grad geheizt und liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Villa entfernt.

Diese Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber neue Beadboard-SchrĂ€nke, Granit-Arbeitsplatten und EdelstahlgerĂ€te sowie alle neuen Fußböden. Alle BettwĂ€sche sind vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein Queensize-Bett, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten und das Queen-Schlafsofa in der Höhle. Die KĂŒche ist ausgestattet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Kaffee- / Kaffeezubereiter, einen Toaster, einen Mixer und einen Topftopf.

Es gibt wenige ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr Mariners Way, oder es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz neben dem GebĂ€ude oder dem grĂ¶ĂŸeren Harbor Town-Parkplatz. Unter der Treppe stehen GepĂ€ckwagen. Harbour Town ist ein beliebtes Ausflugsziel und kann besonders im Sommer sehr geschĂ€ftig sein. Mit dem kostenlosen Wagen können Sie sich in Sea Pines gut fortbewegen.

Incredible stay

We love HHI! We’ve been coming since our honeymoon and decided to come down for a quick weekend with our 2 kids. We were obsessed with this property. For a 2 bedroom, the large den made it feel very spacious. Well decorated. The ease of just going down stairs to hang out in Harbor Town or hop on the trolley for the beach or Salty Dog was incredible. Also- some hosts ask for a ton these days with clean up- all we were asked to do was dishes. True ease with the rental from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend more highly. My fave VRBO when you combine price with ease and incredible location. We plan to do this once a year going forward! Thank you for such a great stay! Also- we’ve stayed at VRBO where you have to pick up keys or passes once you get here. Back to ease- they send you a voucher in the mail, you pull up to the gate at sea pines to get your pass. And there’s a code to get in the room. They truly could not have made this any easier.

Perfect location for long spring weekend in Sea Pines

My communication with the owner was excellent pre trip and continued all weekend. The unit was well appointed with a lovely view of the Liberty Oak and SHORT strolls to the marina, pool, cafe, stores etc.- right in the heart and soul of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. And let me add that the trolley was just outside the building’s gate to take you to the Sea Pines Beach Club with it’s stunning beach! We do not have a single negative and dozens of positive comments.

Location is great. They need a list of how to’s for the master shower. The tv needs to be Chanel so you could get sports and news. Movie lovers would be happy. Over all good.

Great location in a beautiful area.

Condo was nice size, picturesque location in midst of shops and restaurants yet very quiet.We were there in mid Sept so may be noisier in summer when a band plays nearby.Kitchen on small size but had essentials. Who wants to cook at the beach anyway? Nice to have two bathrooms however, as an older adult, a grab bar in the shower would have been nice. Patio was adequate for 2 people.Unit was spotlessly clean and owner very responsive.We managed to get a parking space nearby most days but in summer may be a challenge.

Happening location!

Adorable, well appointed condo in the middle of everything. Located directly above shops and The Crazy Crab restaurant. Guest bedroom is perfectly furnished with a queen and twin beds to accomodate most families. The included pool and Sea Pines passes were much appreciated. Parking was a bit of a challenge during this crowded week with minimal dedicated spots for Mariner's Way, but the trolley is located just around the corner and it was very convenient.

Perfect place to stay during your trip to Hilton Head

The property is perfect for a visit to Hilton Head. Amazingly convenient location - walking distance to stores, a pool, the harbor and restaurants. Great space, clean and has everything you need in the kitchen to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. The owner provided all the details and follow up we needed to enjoy our stay all the way through the process. Definitely book!

Good Stay

Location is great! The Lighthouse, shops, ice cream parlor and eateries and only a few steps away. Bedding was comfortable and all kitchen utensils were provided. Nice size tv (~50”) in the den/sitting area. Outstanding communication from the host. She responded to text msgs within an hour or less. The couch is a little soiled, however. I simply covered the area with a few towels before sitting. That’s the only reason this unit didn’t get 5 stars from me.

The very BEST!!!

We stayed 4 months in this beautiful condo. Loved the place. Trust the pictures & details of the property. Kim is wonderful to work with. Everything is just great: comfortable beds, nice linens & towels, great TV package in 3 rooms, fully equipped kitchen, quick/timely communication, clean, wonderful location. Only downside is that we are limited to 5 stars!! Definitely recommend.

Ideal Location

We loved our unit and the location to all things in Harbourtown & Sea Pines. Very convenient if you have younger children. We also appreciated it had a washer/dryer, different size beds to accommodate, and the listing info was accurate! Would recommended!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was very tastefully decorated as well as comfortable. Communication with the owner was as easy as it gets, as was the check-in process. The location is excellent as it is in the harbor within easy walking distance to shops, trails and restaurants. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Lovely condo in ideal location

We had a wonderful stay in Mariner’s Way! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the playground, shops, the lighthouse, and the marina. Our kids loved taking the trolley to and from the beach. We enjoyed the marina activities like the pirate cruise and parasailing, which were just steps away! The condo itself had everything we needed for our family of 6, and Kim was a great hostess.

The owner Kim is a very organized and easy to communicate with regarding all details of the stay. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities we required. Her condo is close to all the action of Harbor Town but is situated in a quieter area of the complex. Perfect. So much to do for families or couples!

Wonderful experience

We have stayed all over Sea Pines but never right in Harbourtown. What a great location - so nice to hop on the elevator and be able to walk to everything. Landlord is fantastic and super responsive. Unit had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. Yes, parking can be a challenge but we managed to get lucky by timing our outings earlier in the day. All in all, a wonderful visit.

We love staying in Harbour Town and this location does not disappoint. Clean, well kept unit close to everything including a quick ride to the beach or a walk to the pool. The owner is phenomenal to work with and her communication throughout the process was excellent. Highly recommend!

Over the years we have vacationed in several areas around Hilton Head and were thrilled to find this villa. Located in the heart of Harbour Town makes this location our favorite. It is a great location year round.
