Cute Little Place - Perfect Location

Love staying here. Parking is perfect, room is cute. The location is amazing. This is our go to place when we visit our NAU student!

Great location for a short stay!

This was a great location within walking distance of everything in downtown Flagstaff. Perfect for a short stay as there is not really a kitchen.

I love this place, the design is perfect! It is in downtown flagstaff and within walking distance to everything but also very private.

Stay downtown flagstaff!

This is a amazing location I hate to leave this review because I would like to keep it a secret.lol but if u want to be close to everything downtown flagstaff has to offer this is the place .our 2nd time here and loved it both times we will be back! Photos are places right next to property also love the korean restaurant in front of property not to mention the sushi ramen from Karma down the street.

Weekend getaway

Great location within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and NAU. Some loud noise due to students being back, but nothing unmanageable. Nice spot for a quick weekend getaway.

Easy access to downtown

Good location for getting around. The off street parking was a bonus and once we parked we really didn't need to drive again. Everything was very close. The neighborhood is a little "gritty" but it's a college town and to be expected. The room was a little dark but not much anyone can do abou that. It was clean and the bed was comfortable

Nice time in a convenient spot with safe parking and lots of food & drink options nearby. Easy in & out walk from downtown. No appreciable train noise. Studio was well maintained - perfect for a short stay.

Downtown Flagstaff

We enjoy downtown Flagstaff and were pleased to find a place close. The room was comfortable. The managers were excellent to help with a problem that happened during our stay. We were not happy with excessive noise (lasting until 2 a.m.) coming from the Southside Tavern, a bar across the street from the cottages.

Great location!!

Close to everything in downtown Flagstaff. We truly enjoyed barhopping and shopping around the downtown area. This property is easy to park and walk wherever you want to go. Nice large room, clean and well appointed. We will definitely return to this location Highly recommend their cottage as your accommodations in Flagstaff.

Flagstaff visit

Clean Vrbo rental, however, next to a homeless shelter of some sort. Multiple homeless roaming the neighborhood and harassing us during the visit. One good aspect of the location was the options for restaurants/bars, but that was about it. The homeless shelter and neighborhood was very concerning and stressful.

Hello Stephen, We are so pleased that your cottages were very clean and that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for taking the time to text and tell us more specifically that you felt very safe within the cottages but rather that there are some homeless people in the downtown Flagstaff area itself. Sadly, the same homeless return to the corners of Phoenix downtown during the wintertime and there is literally a homeless problem in every downtown area in the U.S. including beautiful beach areas. Hopefully that will improve soon. Just to clarify, the Sunshine Mission on S. San Francisco St. only houses seven people that are actively in a program and they are working vs. transient. The homeless are not living there. Also, these cottages are set back far off the main street and secured with a big security gate. To date, almost all of our guests tell us that they felt very safe when staying with us and that the location has been great just to park your car and be able to walk to all the coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, parks and shopping. Cozy getaway.

Stayed Wed-Sat to escape the heat of Phoenix. Property was clean and I could bring my small dogs which was a plus. Downside was really no grass or run for dogs so I had to walk them outside the property. Condo proximity was great and could walk to anywhere in downtown within a short walk which was a major plus. I didnt read through a lot of the reviewes prior about the Rescue next door but other than seeing a few folks lounging around I didnt have any issues with anybody.

The fridge is in the bathroom? No coffee maker or microwave. Although they say it is pet friendly, it is not. It looks like a cottage from the outside but is a large room with a separate bathroom

Perfect Spot and Well Kept

This is a perfect place to stay and play in Downtown Flag. Surprisingly clean and updated. Everything you need inside. You do have to go through a manual gate to get your car in and out, so come prepared to stay. Plently of places to walk to nearby.

Perfect location and set up

My husband and I took a trip to flagstaff to explore breweries. This place was the perfect location! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The place was secure, had parking and a great set up. We will definitely book again.

Location, location, location!

My husband and I came to Flagstaff for a long weekend with our dog. We visited the Grand Canyon and our drive was only 1.5 hours away. We wanted to relax, eat, and drink for the rest of our stay and this was the perfect location to take a walk to get to wonderful restaurants and bars. The space was cozy and comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure! Parking was easy, safe, and included with the stay!
