This listing includes ONLY the small casita to the left of the garage for the main home. The garage, main home, and backyard are not included in the rental of the casita. It is possible that guests may be staying in the home while you enjoy the casita. If you would like to book the casita and the home together, please reach out to us and we will be happy to accommodate!

SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests.
Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap.
While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items.

PET POLICY
Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep 4 on the floor, as we say in our house.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding.
We allow one small to medium size dog (max 25 lbs.).
A $50 per pet plus tax, non-refundable.
Please pick up after pets outside.
No vicious breeds are permitted.
No other pets are allowed without Manager approval.

HOUSE RULES
Primary renters must be 25 years or older.
No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm.
No parties or events permitted.
A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation.
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels low, especially in the evenings. Be considerate of the neighbors to maintain a serene atmosphere for everyone.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
