We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Dream. Someone was there to great us and show us around the property even though we were running late due to rental car issues. Although we only cooked breakfast the kitchen is stocked with anything you would need to cook a full meal, There were some early comments on VRBO about the noise from the new house being built next door; that was pretty much done as the house appears to be just about completed. Comfortable LR & BR furniture, plenty of towels. Clothes line on the side for hanging wet items. Dive locker & rinse tank are very adequate. We would defiantly stay here again!!

Hosts were welcoming, leaving a lovely snack upon arrival. Everything you might need for meals, in terms of pots, pans, bbq tools, utensils, 
. Even a salad spinner! We really appreciated the very cool blender with an iced drink setting perfect for our frozen rum drinks :)The bed was super duper comfy and, of course, what we came for
 the ocean view spectacular!We also appreciated the functional fans both in the main room and on the balcony. These were clutch for keeping the mosquito situation down. Do bring Picaridin or Deet with you, as with all Caribbean, lots of biters! We enjoyed this as a great home base for exploring snorkeling spots around the island. Martin and Nicole also lent us a cooler so that we could take a picnic lunch into the National park.On our departure day, Martin shared an important notice from the airline that we were not aware of, so that was very kind as well.All-in-all a lovely first visit to Bonaire. We would return.

Great spot on the Caribbean

10 minutes from the airport by car, 100 miles away in attitude. The residence is all you see in the advertisement and more. The host was gracious and prompt, the accommodations clean and very comfortable. I couldn’t think of a single item that I missed.

Fantastic! Beautiful apartment, gorgeous bathrooms, high ceilings very spacious; but the ocean view was what I wanted and it was the best! Great for R&R. Swimming, snorkeling, diving, were all good.Some construction next door but there was minimal noise.

Everything We Needed

The property was spacious and clean. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. We enjoyed the close proximity to amenities and walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and beach club. The water access from the balcony was great. The only issue was the construction next door, which created noise, dust, and likely more mosquitoes, since the pool had 8 inches of standing rain water in it.

Pleasant condo with dive site

The condo is very comfortable, airy and bright. the porch is very comfortble and peasant place to hange out for breakfast and lunch between dives. There is direct access to the Chez Hines / South Belem dive site. Apartment was quiet even thouhg it is directly on EEG Boulevard.

Dive trip

Property had everything! Well equipped kitchen, bathroom and linens. Even a bag to use for grocery shopping. The ladder off the back makes ocean access a breeze. The resort next door has a guide rope for some awesome night diving! Would recommend this place for up to 4 in luxury, 6 if you don’t mind the warm fold out couch. Even consider renting both units up and down for a larger group!!!

Beautiful Diving from a Beautiful House

We spent a fantastic week in this lovely house. The property is very well setup for divers, with easy ladder access to the awesome "house reef", rinse tanks and lockers located right next to the parking, and even a nice wooden bench to use for gear assembly . The inside of the house is clean, modern, and comfortable, has a great kitchen and a fantastic view. Between dives we enjoyed reading some of the great diving books that they had made available to guests. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great stay

We loved everything about the property. Being able to dive right of our deck was amazing and there is a dive shop next door which made refills a breeze. The furnishings and kitchen ammenities were on point and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.. The location was good but traffic noise was a bit loud at times as the property is on a busy street. Martin was responsive to our request. I gave it 4 out of 5 as there was a bad odor in all 3 bathrooms even though the windows were always open. In all fairness, I did not address this with the owners and just dealt with it.

Gorgeous view, comfortable accommodations!

Enjoyed two weeks on top level of home. Nice wash tanks for cleaning our gear and large lockable scuba gear closet. House had everything we needed including complete kitchen setup with gas stove for making meals in the evening. Nicole ( property manager) was very responsive. Wanna dive, dive friends and buddy dive are just a few blocks away for tanks and rental gear if needed. Van Tweels grocery store is very clean and less than a 10 min drive. Be sure to visit Joe's Restaurant, Boudoir Avocado, Sebastastsins, Oasis Beach and Jibe City for lunch. Our favorite shore dive spots were Oil Slick, The Lake, Pink Beach and 1000 steps.

Divie / Villa Bonaire

Well stocked apartment! Everything we needed and more. We planned to eat out more but with great stores nearby and a great kitchen, we ate in more than expected. We made a few dives right in front (actual listed dive site). Deck and entry ladder were great and we snorkeled with a giant school of fish. We had nice A/C in bedroom for a nice retreat. Martin picked us up at the airport with our rental truck and made sure everything was OK. We had a few questions and Nicole was quick to get us answers. Buddy Dive Shop next door really made our diving convenient for gear and tanks. Very nice & clean operation, with rinse station and little wagons to bring our gear home. If you want a nice place to stay and great diving, this is the place to go!

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment is as advertised. The photos give a good representation of the property, a beautiful, airy, clean and spacious second floor apartment with an amazing view. The sunsets from the balcony are incredible! Water access from the deck is also easy. At times there was some noise from the construction next door but it was not a real issue. The hosts, Nicole and Martin, are really nice people, were great to work with and answered all our questions quickly. They immediately solved some minor issues which we initially had with the WiFi connection and the grill on the balcony. Thank you both. We would definitely stay here again!

We didn't want to leave

Great location in a quiet area (construction next door was actually pretty quiet) with a beautiful view and access to the ocean. We loved waking up to the breezes, birds, and sunshine. Plenty of windows for viewing and cross-breeze, A/C in bedroom was great for sleeping, and fans kept the air moving. Nice kitchen with everything we needed, including a blender and kettle. The grill on the deck was great for those yummy bbq packs at Van den Tweel. Plenty of towels. There is a safe for your valuables, and the property management was very responsive to our requests and accommodating to our check in/out needs. Felt like a safe area. Would definitely stay here again. Actually, I would buy it if I could afford it :)

This apartment is beautiful, and has a ladder down to the ocean which makes it very easy to snorkel or scuba dive right from the property. It also has an outdoor shower for rinsing equipment and storage lockers by the driveway for scuba gear. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Nicole and Martin were very responsive; when the grill had no propane Martin brought a new tank over right away. They also were generous in allowing us a late checkout. There was demolition next door which was noisy at times and dusty, but they let us know that in advance. The only thing that could be improved would be the electricity. We could not use the tv or some of the lights because they overloaded the circuits. Overall a great place to stay with beautiful sunsets!

Nice but expensive

Home was lovely and kitchen was well equipped, but only body soap on the bathroom. No hairdryer, bath mats, etc. Felt it was somewhat overpriced for what was provided. Needs a bit of maintenance as lightbulbs were out on the stove in a fairly dark corner of the kitchen. Other burnt out lightbulbs were eventually replaced. No live TV. Nearly 600 service fee was extremely high for the one cleaning over a two-week period (more than a week after we checked-in). Would have been very helpful to get a slightly later checkout than 10 am as we left the apartment in pristine condition. Expensive for a place with no pool, but we appreciated the sea access.

Loved this beautiful quaint island

We would be back in a heartbeat, beautiful accommodations that were perfect for us. Nicole and Martin were wonderful hosts. The facility has amazing views, very private, and the kitchen has everything you need. Loved the deep water swimming right out in front. Wish we would’ve stayed another week! We did a chill and Grill catamaran sunset sail by epic tours that was fabulous And also a Clear bottom manGrove kayak that was super informative and also enjoyable. Mu Husband, son and girlfriend climbed to the highest peak on Bonaire, it was an aggressive hike as there is some rock climbing towards the end, and be prepared for bugs. Visited the donkey sanctuary and the cactus distillery. Did a lot of snorkeling, we are not divers, plenty of nice areas to snorkel. My sons girlfriend also got an ear infection and had fantastic care at the clinic . Thank you to Bonaire and the lovely Dutch people for making my 60th birthday one of my best vacations yet.

A true gem of Bonaire

We enjoyed a truly relaxing week here at Casa Iguana. The upstairs apartment is breath-taking with its space and views. It has been well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. The ACs in the bedrooms ensure a comfortable night's sleep. With the window shutters open during the day, we had a good cross-breeze, keeping the entire unit comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked. We only ate out couple of times, deciding to enjoy al fresco breakfast, lunch, and dinner “at home” on the patio as much as possible. The access to the property is super easy, being centrally located on the island without being directly in town. This results in a quiet place to relax while being close to all the amenities of Bonaire. Having off-street parking is a very nice touch. With stair cases at the front and rear of the building, you have access to the apartment without disturbing the guests downstairs. You also have easy access to the rear deck and stairs into the water. We found the entry into the water super easy. The reef at this location is the best reef on Bonaire that can be readily accessed. We ended up doing multiple dives here in each direction. The rinse tanks in the parking area came in super handy at the end of our diving days. The construction next door was no issue at all. They typically wrapped up before 5pm. Even while there, I was impressed how quiet they actually were. We would definitely love to stay here again on a future visit to the island.

Beautiful Bonaire accommodations

This apartment is beautiful with everything we needed for our 7 night stay. It is very spacious, the 2 large bedrooms have plenty of storage and the full bathrooms are nicely done, especially the brand new one. The kitchen, dining and living areas are nice and open. You can find all you need in the kitchen for making meals or to go on a picnic. Martin and Nicole are super nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!
