Port Bonaire is a beautiful location giving you close proximity to Kralendijk, Sorobon, Lac Bay, restaurants, grocery and liquor stores, shopping, and of course the airport. Fantastic shore diving and snorkeling are located directly in front of the unit. When not diving or snorkeling, there’s plenty to do. Wine/rum tasting, visiting the donkey and flamingo sanctuary, relaxing on one of the poolside lounge chaises, and enjoying the spacious gardens and amazing views. This first-floor, far-end unit of a quiet complex with less foot traffic. 1 BR Apartment provides beachfront accommodation with a terrace/patio and free WiFi. The air-conditioned apartment has AC in both the bedroom and living/kitchen area. All doors and windows have mosquito screens allowing you to enjoy the tropical breeze. Recently renovated with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, coffee maker, blender.
*First floor for easy access to on-site diving (no carrying your heavy dive equipment upstairs).
*Large swimming pool
* Gated parking with remote access.
*Dock area and ladder, rinse tank for scuba & snorkel gear, and shower along with lounge chairs
*Safe available in the unit
*Laundry room with washer and drying rack. No Dryer but a drying rack.
*2 beach chairs and cooler provided along with beach towels
*TVs in the bedroom and living/family room
*Large patio with additional space for drying dive/snorkel gear
*Plenty of towels and linens

Every visitor to Bonaire, who uses the Bonaire Marine Park (the sea around Bonaire), has to pay a nature fee. All information on rates and payment can be found here.

There is air conditioning in both the Living Room/ Kitchen area as well as the Bedroom, all doors and windows have mosquito screens so you can enjoy the beautiful trade winds if you wish. (SEE IMPORTANT NOTE BELOW).
*ELECTRICITY is included in the rate up to $ 20 US Dollars per night (unless specified otherwise by the owner). Due to the high costs of such usage on the island, we have been forced to set reasonable usage limits. The limit amount was derived from the limit amount by collecting data from guests who showed reasonable usage patterns for the a/c - usage during limited periods of the day/evening in the main living area and in the bedroom at night. If this amount is exceeded, the overage will be charged back to the guest after departure. Guests are able to monitor the electric meter from arrival to departure to control usage and conserve as they desire and will be informed of the current kWh rate so they can calculate their usage.
*** Please note do not rent The Ultimate Dive Truck though it is really nice it is too long for our parking area and is prohibited. ****

Effective July 1, 2022, a tourist tax of $75 per visit to Bonaire will apply to each non-resident 13 years of age and older. Children up to and including 12 years of age who are non-residents will pay $10 per visit to the island. The tourist tax can be paid in advance online at https://tourismtax.bonairegov.com/ or else upon arrival at the airport. Make sure you have a paper copy of your QR Code.
Just added a Nespresso ESSENZA Mini. Most stores in Bonaire carrier capsules.

A married diving couple, tired of the cold Southern California water we found our second home here in Bonaire and specifically, Port Bonaire Apartments.

Having stayed here in 2014 in Oceanscape and with repeated trips to Bonaire and throughout the Caribbean, we knew this was the property we wanted to call our second home. Amazing view directly in front of the unit and you are just a few steps from the warm tropical water for snorkeling and diving. Beautiful large pool and tropical landscaping surrounds the property with great neighbors. This is not a resort where you are just another number. You become part of our family.

A little Oasis, Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, safe, and minutes from shopping and downtown as well as the diving sites. One of the best beaches in Bonaire, TeAmo Beach is next door. From our dock you have access to two diving and snorkeling sites 18 Palm and Windsock are directly in front of the unit.
