Der Check-in erfolgt am besten zwischen 16:00 und 18:00 Uhr im Guest Registration Building, ein später Check-in kann jedoch arrangiert werden. Check-out ist 11 Uhr. Bitte schauen Sie auf dem Weg nach draußen im Büro vorbei oder rufen Sie das Büro von der Wohnung aus an, um mitzuteilen, dass Sie abreisen.

Die Maximalbelegung beträgt sechs Gäste. Dies wird strikt durchgesetzt. Unsere Wohnung ist am besten geeignet für 2 Erwachsene und bis zu 4 Kinder oder 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Sechs Erwachsene mögen es nicht so bequem finden.

We loved our stay in Chelan. The condo was the PERFECT location. The kids could play in the beach while we watched from the patio. The condo was the best equipped rental we have stayed in. The kids loved the spiral staircase also. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We could not have been more impressed with our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our host was very communicative. The accommodations were clean, well stocked and it was most definitely the best condo there. The lake access was fantastic and the property itself is well kept. We will definitely be coming back - hopefully soon!!!

We were there in April, just wanting to get out of town for a few days. We were pleasantly surprised at what a nice little town Chelan is, and think it will be a great place to bring our kids & grandkids in summer.

Fabulous condo unit right on the lake. Very well furnished, all the luxuries of home away from home. Check-in was seamless and communication with the owner was super easy. Highly recommend this unit.

Dated unit

Our unit was dated, outlets in the loft would not hold electrical devices and one outlet box comes partially out of the wall when used. The sofa has a tear in one cushion, the screen door is missing on one side of the patio doors. The carpeting is very dated shag carpeting and much of the wood trim desperately needs refinishing. Having said all of that we had a great time in Chelan and all of the folks at the condo complex were friendly and nice. The owners of this unit I hear are very nice folks also and maybe just need a fresh eye to evaluate their units condition.

Family get away at Lake Chelan

We had such a great time during our little get away. We had our grandsons 10 yr and 12 yrs with us. The condo is wonderful, well stocked and comfortable. The lake views are spectacular. Reservation and check in went smoothly. We would love to visit there again in the future.

beautiful property with amazing views

we stayed at Tim's place for christmas and enjoyed our stay. the property is well kept and the views are to die for. we stayed in winter so were able to enjoy the tranquility ( which at times is missing in summer ) . checkin experience was smooth. lake shores is close ( comparatively) to echo ski resort so there is that too if you are planning for a winter visit.

Perfect location!

This condo is right in the water, with the swim area and dock right out the door. We had so much fun jumping on our paddle boards and sitting on the patio. Would definitely stay here again.

Great rental unit on beautiful property

Lake Chelan Shores has lots of grass and open space on a beautifully maintained property. This rental has outstanding views and access to the lake and surrounding areas. The owner was responsive, provided detailed welcome email, Kitchen well stocked, bed/furnishings comfortable. All great!

Check in and check out was easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is in a great location, right on the beach. Parking was covered and close. The grounds are very well maintained. The unit was very clean when we arrived, and well equipped. The large TV was nice, but the remotes were tricky. The bed was OK and the leather sofa was comfortable. Overall, we had a nice, quiet, relaxing stay. However, there were a few problems and improvements that can be made. Shag carpet in the leaving room and bedroom? Really? The unit could use some updating. The dining table chairs were so uncomfortable we had to use the patio chairs. Only a child or small adult could fit in them. The grill never worked properly and we were not able to grill when we were there. Maintenance and the owner were responsive, and a new one was ordered to arrive after we had departed. As reported in previous reviews, the toilet rocks back and forth. That's probably not good for the wax toilet seal. The kitchen sink faucet is loose at the base and moves easily. These can be fixed easily. The clothes drier drum wouldn't turn when on. Maintenance fixed it. The knob on one of the cooktop burners had been removed and rotated 180 degrees so that it was not off in the off position. That was hazardous if not paying attention. I corrected it. As reported in previous reviews, there is a large tear in the leather sofa. It should be repaired with a leather repair kit to avoid further damage.

Great Location

PROS: Great location, it is waterfront. You can sit on the patio and enjoy the lake. The grounds and amenities were extensive and very well maintained. Since we visited off-season, it was quiet. The local restaurants are excellent. CONS: The condo really needs to be updated. The heat was not working (took 3 calls to get it fixed), one burner on the stove not working, toilet rocks, etc. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great for a family with young children

The townhome and location were fantastic, especially for a family with young children - easy access to the water, bunk beds, etc. We had no complaints. However, just a comment for those looking for elderly accessibility, the bathrooms are VERY small, which created a few issues for us and a fall. I say this not as a complaint, but only for those who need to take accessibility into account. My 80-yr old father loved the place, but this knowledge would have been helpful when planning.

Awesome 4-Night Fall Stay

Fall is our favorite time of the year to visit Chelan. Check-in was smooth and simple. The unit was as advertised, and there was plenty of room for we three adults. It was just a short drive into the town of Chelan, and not much further into Manson. Wineries abound only a short distance away. The property was pristine, and the 180 degree view of the lake from the unit was spectacular. The setting was picturesque with the changing color of the leaves, Morning coffee on the patio was such a visual treat. The boat ramp is adjacent to the unit, but there is hardly any activity this time of year. The proximity of the dock made it easy to walk down and drop a fishing line in to deep clear water at the end of it. The large windows of the unit let in lots of welcome light. There was plenty of nice seating both inside and out to enjoy the surroundings. Cooking in was a breeze. We wanted for nothing when it came to kitchenware and gadgets. Grilling was a breeze with the propane unit right off the dining area. Beds were comfortable and there were TV's in every room. Tim, the owner, was just a phone call away and quick to respond when I had a couple questions as we settled in. I would definitely book this unit again, especially this time of year.
