Willkommen in unserem Ferienhaus "Condeaux am Strand V." Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im neu renovierten Beachview Condominium-Komplex direkt gegenüber dem beliebten Hang Out! Wir sind nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und den wunderschönen weißen Sandstränden von Gulf Shores! Es ist der perfekte romantische Rückzugsort für 2 Personen sowie ein Familienurlaub mit bis zu 2 kleinen Kindern, der mit Futon und Bettwäsche ausgestattet ist. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock (1. Stock ist der überdachte Parkplatz darunter). Wir haben großen Wert darauf gelegt, das Interieur auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen und dafür zu sorgen, dass jeder Wohnkomfort zu Ihnen passt.

Unser gemütliches Studio-Ferienhaus ist frisch gestrichen und verfügt über ein komfortables Queensize-Bett mit einem luxuriösen 4-Zoll-Memory-Foam-Matratzenaufsatz für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Im Zimmer befindet sich auch ein komfortables Memory-Foam-Sofa / Futon, in dem alle Bettlaken und Bettwäsche für bis zu 3 Erwachsene oder eine kleine Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt eine Kommode mit viel Platz für Ihre Kleidung und ein Aufhängebock. Ein 32-Zoll-HDTV mit Kabel-TV steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne / Dusche ausgestattet und mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Unsere Küche ist sehr lebendig und ausgestattet mit einer einzigen Kaffeemaschine, einem Toaster und allem Komfort, den Sie benötigen, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, wenn Sie dies wünschen. Mit so vielen Restaurants, die zu Fuß erreichbar sind, können Sie jedoch einen "kochfreien" wahren Urlaub genießen!

Darüber hinaus bietet unsere Ferienwohnung einen kostenlosen WLAN-Internetzugang und Kabelfernsehen! Alle Bettwäsche werden mit Ausnahme von Strandtüchern bereitgestellt (bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen mit, da unsere Handtücher in der Unterkunft bleiben müssen). Es gibt eine begrenzte Parkgarage mit einem zusätzlichen Parkplatz auf der Rückseite, einem Aufzug sowie 2 Treppenhäusern an der Vorder- und Rückseite des Gebäudes.

Had a nice weekend stay here for a soccer tournament over spring break! The room is small but well furnished and clean, perfect for my family of 3. Location is excellent and within walking distance of the Hangout as well as the beach. Simple and easy parking as well which is included with your stay. Check in process was super easy and we had no issues at all!

Location, location, location! This is a no frills condo that has just the right touch for those looking to maximize their time on the beautiful Gulf Shores Beach. We spent most of our time exploring, but the condo was perfect for a quick shower and a comfy bed after a long day in the sun. There are a few things that pickier travelers might've dwelled on; the biggest being that a few of the wash clothes were full of long hair (probably caught from the dryer, but still...), and the bath towels are really small (we used our own beach towels), but overall it's a nice little place in an excellent location. The host are very friendly and very responsive to any questions or concerns you might have. It's a great value and a perfect base to explore the beauty of South Alabama.

Great little space. Parking might be rough if you drive a big truck. Parking spots are on the smaller size. You’ll fit but you might block a lot of the space to drive through the parking garage port.

This condo is perfect for 2! We loved our little beach getaway for our anniversary. It is located in the perfect area, within just a few minutes walk to The Hangout, the beach and tons of restaurants and shops. Mikee’s Seafood (delicious by the way) is literally right behind the condo and we enjoyed mini golf and cheap drinks at Shrimpy’s Grill & Golf. Thanks Carrie for being such a great host!

Said it was a condo but it was a very old hotel with absolutely no amenities. No channels available on very old tv, no ice, no stove or oven. Horrible experience.

Our place is Absolutely a Condo, with each unit being individually owned, operated, furnished and managed per owner. Our 32" flat screen television is wall mounted with DIRECT TV and hundreds of channels. We advertise and describe that in our kitchen we provide a toaster oven, and a single burner stove, with pots, pans, and many cooking utensils. We have a smaller size refrigerator with separate freezer, and provide ice trays. All amenities are listed on our VRBO page, along with many current photographs. We did not receive any calls, texts, or adverse information from you other than you writing this disrespectful review. We take pride in our unit and are very sad to have a guest write such untrue awful statements.

It was exactly as described. Perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. The location can’t be beat. I would recommend that the host get new sheets. Ours didn’t stay on the bed very well and had a hole about the size of a silver dollar near the headboard.

We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location couldn't have been better-just a short walk to the beach and close to plenty of restaurants and shops. Communication with the host was easy and prompt, and any questions or small issues we had were handled quickly. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location! This property was super cute, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay and was literally across the street from the beach and Hangout! We would definitely stay again!!
