The space
You’ll fall in love with this cute and cozy 1 bedroom condo from the moment you walk in. With comfortable furnishings and seaside-themed décor, it’s the perfect haven for coming back to after a day soaking in the sun at the beach.

Lots of natural light and a calming color palette of blue and white give this apartment a lovely beachy atmosphere! When it’s time to head down to the beach, it’s only 300 feet away!

The comfortable open-plan living space features a sitting area with a pullout sofa (perfect for families with kids), an armchair, ottoman, and a flat-screen Roku TV with cable channels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dinnerware, and cookware. Dining table for 4. The cozy bedroom features a new king bed, closet space and dresser. The modern bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.

On the property, you’ll have a sparkling pool to swim in. You’ll also have 1 covered parking spot, saving you money on the parking costs at the beach.

You are welcome to bring 1 small dog with you (under 25 lbs.) for a non-refundable fee of $40. Pets must be crated when you leave them alone in the property. Dogs ARE NOT allowed on the public beach but keep reading for lots of places nearby where you CAN take your dog on adventures.

** Unit is located on the 2nd level and there are stairs. There are no elevators so if you require it, this unit is not for you.

*** MUST BE a minimum of 25 years of age to book.
Guest access
You will get full access of the condo with the exception of the locked owner's closet which is for the cleaners to access during cleaning.
Other things to note
This is our vacation home that I hope you enjoy with your friends and family. We recently left our property mgmt company who was not providing the 5-star rating to guests. We want to make this a memorable stay for you that you will want to come back! If for any reason that you are less than happy, please give us a chance to make it right.

- No Smoking in the property or right outside the door.
- No parties or large gatherings. Reservations will be canceled and non-refundable if any parties are occurring. Local police will be enforcing this as well. Please leave the party at the beach.
- Quiet time is 10pm - 9am
- No lifeguard on duty at the pool. Please watch your children and each other at the pool.
- No refunds due to weather or after refund period has expired. Please consider travel insurance for proper coverage.
