Magnificent Kiahuna in Poipu

Arrived to an immaculate, modern, and location perfect unit in our favorite property (Kiahuna) in our favorite location (Poipu), within walking distance of restaurants and beach activities. A great stay in Paradise!

We booked this trip very last minute. The owner, Brendan, was very helpful. He responded to communications quickly and was very easy to book with. Any questions we had he answered right away. The unit is amazing. It’s upgraded and beautiful. Having a washer and dryer was a big added bonus. We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation before but never in a unit with AC. It hasn’t ever been a deal breaker but this unit spoiled us with AC! It was nice to come back to the room hot and turn it on to cool us off quickly! Kitchen has everything you need. We did a lot of cooking instead of eating out and it was helpful to have all the utensils we needed. Bed was super comfy and even the pull out couch bed was comfortable. It’s a fairly short walk to the beach and you can even see the ocean from the lanai. We would definitely stay again!

We had an awesome stay at the condo unit. It's a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. It's close to parking and very comfortable. We slept really well here. It's also nice to have easy access to a washer and dryer. Highly recommended staying here!

Great visit @ Poipu

We had a wonderful stay at Poipu. Loved the unit, best we have stayed in thus far at this location. Only bummer was being so close to the parking lot that you hear everything from your bedroom window, but that is just reality, nobody's fault, just the location of the unit. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at Brendan’s place. He was super helpful and communicative, and we appreciated all the tips in the online welcome book. The unit was in fantastic confition - all updated and the nicest Kiahuna unit we’ve ever stayed in! So great to have laundry in the unit, and the unit was in a famtastic location just a short walk from the main lawn and beach. We loved everything about our stay and would love to stay here again! Loved the Kiahuna Plantation. The green gardens are exquisite and create a total “getaway” atmosphere. You can walk the entire Poipu Beach. Handy surfboard lessons and rentals are in the towel shack. Our 1B1B condo was nicely appointed and cozy. A rental is absolutely necessary for grocery shopping, sightseeing, and restaurant choices. We loved it!

Beautiful Location on Kauai

This particular property is part of Kiahuna Plantation. The condo was well-appointed with relatively new appliances. The kitchen and bathroom had been nicely remodeled. We found the condo to be perfect for a week long stay on Kauai. The property is maintained well and garden like with beautiful grass lawns and immediate access to the bleach. For runners the location is also perfect as you can run in either direction for miles as well as hike near shipwreck beach. The location is also perfect for access to the airport and the major sites on Kauai. We would stay here again in an instant.

Property manager Brenden is a very pleasurable and friendly property manager. He was very prompt in responding to our calls and inquiries regarding the property and surrounding areas of interests. Cute slice of paradise

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. Very tastefully decorated, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and pullout couch, washer dryer was so handy and had laundry soap/dryer sheets provided, close to parking for unloading supplies, pool and athletic club was awesome and has 3 pickle ball courts and the close proximity to the beach was fantastic. We have stayed at KP before and this unit was superb. Host is very helpful and accommodating. Two big thumbs up!

We live in Northern California, raising our three daughters in Eureka. We love traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and other tropical locations. I was a Maui guy until we discovered the Koloa area and in particular, Poipu beach. It is such beautiful tropical area, we loved it and bought a condo and then a few more. I enjoy renovating our condos for our future guests to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing space in our slice of paradise while exploring the Kauai and Poipu adventure.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Poipu is now, our favorite Hawaiian location! The lush grounds and tropical vegetation with a little rain yet more sunshine. It is a tropical paradise! Not a concrete jungle like most modern resorts in Hawaii. Kiahuna Plantation is a perfect place for families, fun, watersports and romance without the feeling of being over crowded. The resort is a low density development and surprisingly quiet.
Kiahuna Plantation is a very traditional Hawaiian plantation style resort with large open lawns, gorgeous tropical gardens and plantation style construction. Plenty of room to get comfortable, relax and enjoy Island time in Paradise. We especially like the fact that, Located across the street is the Poipu Beach shopping village with a Keoki's, Starbucks, Whaler’s convenience store, including bakery, Gelato – Ice Cream shop, restaurants and shopping. Poipu beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. The KP Beach Hut provides the beach towels and rents snorkel gear boogie boards and surf lessons and free beach chairs if needed.
Also across the street is the popular , Lil Fish coffee shop and the PBAC . Poipu Beach Athletic Club, with pool - slide, hot tub and a sand entrance for toddlers and concerned Grandparents Gym equipment , yoga, Courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, many sports. Located inside PBAC is the Cabana Grill for good food and drinks while lounging poolside or whatever meal you need. Besides, it's Five O'clock somewhere! Old Koloa town is located 2-3 miles away with more food establishments and shopping. The Shops at Kukui 'Ula - shopping center is 1 mile away with a Longs Drug store and many other shops and food establishments.
We usually walk along the Ocean front road, "Hoonani rd." to the shops at Kukui 'Ula. It's an Ocean frontage road that leads you to the Kukui'Ula shops. 1mile easy walk. About half way, you can Spot the turtles hanging out in the deeper water and rocks of the shoreline. Check it out for yourself.

Morning coffee on the Lanai is special. Any time on the lanai is wonderful.
Sunsets are beautiful.
Kauai is a laid back island community and most folks run on Island time! We Love it!!
