Poipu Kapili is a luxury, boutique oceanfront resort located in one of the most desirable locations on Kaua'i: Poipu. Walking in the door to Poipu Kapili 46, you will be drawn to the lanai overlooking the lush green grass, deep blue pool, and the spectacular Pacific Ocean. You will enjoy fabulous sunset views from the lanai. This villa will feel like your home away from home.

In December, 2024, AC was installed in the entire unit to keep you cool after long days at the beach, pool and sightseeing.

You can lounge on the pristine Kiahuna beach within a 5 minute walk or lay by the inviting community pool soaking up the Hawaii sun. You will be a short walk to popular restaurants and fabulous shopping at Poipu Shopping Village and the Shops at Kukui'ula.

This villa is conveniently located close to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens and Poipu Beach.

If tennis or pickleball is your passion, there are onsite courts to entertain you. Pickleball equipment is provided for you.

The condo is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys, boogie boards, coolers and a wagon to walk this equipment to the beach.

We love Kauai, we've been there 3 times over the last 3 years. Poipu is an excellent home base to explore the island. We love the location of the property, just across the street from the Sunset Wall and a short walk to the shopping area. The unit was clean and well stocked with some everyday essentials. The view from the lanai was perfect for an evening cocktail or morning coffee. Being just steps away from the elevator was a bonus making it easy to carry in luggage golf clubs and groceries. We highly recommend staying here. A1 Experience!!

Unit was well appointed. Unit above and on sides caused noise when others were moving or closing doors. Safe in room locked up, owner arranged a fix and was helpful, but it cost us a half-day of our time and inconvenience. Operating the TVs was not easy needing several remotes, quite frustrating.

Aloha David, We are glad you found our condo well appointed. I am surprised to read your review considering you inadvertantly entered the wrong code into the safe and then blamed the safe for locking you out as confirmed by the error code and the safe manufacturer. We were more than generous spending several hours trying to find someone to mechanically override the safe so you could retrieve your belongings and we didn't even charge you for this expense. The safe has never locked anyone out and was operating without any issues upon your departure. In addition, no one has ever complained about having to use multiple remotes, as is often the case when you have a SMART TV plus a cable box. The TV remote is necessary to access apps like Netflix and Apple TV while the cable box only responds to its own remote. We would strongly recommend you find a single-story vacation rental for your future stays as condominiums and hotels have shared walls and ceilings allowing noise to occasionally be heard. We appreciate your stay and wish you well in the future.

My husband and I had an amazing time during our stay at Poipu Kapili! The condo was prefect for our week long vacation to Kauai. The condo had amazing views from the balcony, a very comfortable mattress, and was stocked full of beach equipment. We hope to return one day!

Beautiful property

The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything you need including beach gear. The view is beautiful. Owners were quick to respond to any and all questions. Check in and out communications were great. The condo is in a very good location. Convenient to beaches, restaurants and shopping. If I ever make it to Kauai again, I hope to get to stay here.

Great Location

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was close to Poipu Beach (walkable) and other beaches as well. It was clean, well stocked and had a great patio for breakfast while watching the ocean.

Quiet, comfortable, and clean condo

We enjoyed our stay at Poipu Kapili and found the condo to be “just as advertised”! Great access to beach, restaurants and shops while still being very quiet and calm. Nice pool and ocean views, we’ll stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Perfect for a couple!

Perfect location on the sunny side of Kauai

Enjoy your coffee overlooking the ocean and pool from the 2nd floor deck each morning, then walk across the street to the beach. Vacation does not get much more relaxing than this - near boat tours originating in Port Allen, oceanfront hiking, Waimea Canyon and wonderful dining experiences.

Week on Poipu Beach

My wife and I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Poipu Kapili 46. Our hosts were easy to work with and provided us with an incredibly beautiful unit for our weeks stay. The view from the balcony at sunset was amazing.

My husband and I purchased this condo hoping to spend some time soaking up the sun and fun in Kaua'i. This condo has an ocean view, lush grounds, and is within walking distance to a beautiful beach. It is centrally located, only 25 minutes drive from Lihue Airport and minutes to Spouting Horn and Waimea Canyon.

You will enjoy the convenience of Poipu Kapili. You can watch the ocean waves from the lanai. You can relax on Kiahuna beach within a 5 minute walk or lounge by the pool soaking up the warm sun and gentle breeze while staring at the beautiful deep blue waters of the Pacific Ocean. You can have your coffee and breakfast on the lanai watching waves crash against the shore and then have your dinner and wine as you watch the sunset. You can scuba dive, kayak, paddle-board, surf, or snorkel steps from the condo. You are within walking distance to great shopping and fine restaurants and within driving distance to golf courses and Waimea Canyon. Poipu is drier and sunnier than any other part of Kaua'i lending it to be a spectacular place to soak up the sun and enjoy outdoor activities. You may catch a glimpse of monk seals on the beach or turtles frolicking in the waves. During the winter months, you will witness whales breaching from the shore.
