Kai Time is a two level townhome with the living area downstairs and two bedroom suites upstairs. The downstairs features a large living area, a home office sunroom, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area for six, full size laundry room, and powder room. The home office is wired with fiber internet providing fast data speeds for multiple streaming devices and work-from-home professionals.

The lower level opens out onto a 2-story screened lanai providing quintessential indoor/outdoor island living with fantastic waterfront views. The lanai will be your early morning and end-of-day go-to spot. A charcoal grill sits just outside the lanai for island cookouts.

The upper level features two bedroom suites, each with a private balcony overlooking the Bioluminescent Bay. This property is licensed to sleep up to 6 guests.
