Lu-Zan Suites - Suite B ist eine Suite mit 1 Schlafzimmer im historischen Geschäftsviertel von New Iberia in der einzigen Ziegelstraße der Stadt. In Gehweite zur Innenstadt und zum Bouligny Plaza, der Heimat der jährlichen Gumbo Cook-Off-Weltmeisterschaft und des Sugarcane Festival.

Es ist auch zu Fuß zum Bauernmarkt, Food Truck Festival, nahe gelegenen Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Nachtclubs. Schatten auf dem Teche ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar (sechs Blocks durch die historische Innenstadt). Die Suite verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Queensize-Bett, ein Schlafsofa, Kabel-TV, kostenfreies WLAN, ein Bügeleisen, einen Haartrockner, eine Kaffeemaschine und vieles mehr. Kleine Hunde sind immer willkommen.

Great location

Great location to everything. Beautiful rental had all of the comforts of home. Quiet and safe as a solo traveler. Communication with Mrs Linda the host was excellent. Check in instructions were provided in a timely manner and were easy. I will be staying here again soon. Highly recommend this rental.

Great place!

This property was perfect for us! Linda was the best host. This place was so clean and such a cute decor. Even though we didn’t need the full kitchen, it was nice to have it. We enjoyed our stay so much! We will definitely return!

Weekend in New Iberia

This place is in a great location for exploring downtown New Iberia. It looks just like the pictures; the king bed is comfortable, and it has all the bathroom toiletries. There are snacks to munch on and plenty of coffee. The area was quiet, and it was perfect for my husband and me. We would definitely recommend staying at Lu-zan suites.

Christmas holiday

The property was very inviting. The suites were clean, well organized and pleasant for all our needs. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking items. Bedroom and bathroom well stocked. The suites are within walking distance of downtown. The backyard was was wonderful for our dogs. We had both suites which allowed our adult girls and us to have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Definitely looking forward to repeating our stay here in the future. We would highly recommend these suites to fellow travelers.

What an awesome place!!!!!!!

What a fantastic vacation rental! Our two night stay at the Lu-Zan was everything we expected and more. This newly remodeled home was just fabulous. First, the photos do not do the home justice. From the high ceilings adorned with crown molding and rustic beams to the brick exterior wall to the beautifully stained concrete floors, this home is comfortably and stylishly appointed. The queen size bed and linens were so comfortable. The owners thoughtfully stocked the bedroom closet with tons of extra pillows, blankets and sheets. The bathroom was also well stocked with bath linens. The open kitchen is furnished with anything you’d need to prepare a meal for four, and the place settings as well. Plenty of brand new kitchen towels and cloths made it easy to clean up. I also really appreciate the back patio area with a bistro table and two chairs overlooking the large back yard. We love New Iberia - the people, art & culture and THE FOOD! Clementine’s is a work of art with their craft cocktails and highly elevated food pairings. You can’t go wrong with breakfast or lunch at Victor’s Cafe. The rental home is within walking distance of both! We highly recommend visiting the Jungle Gardens and Tabasco Factory. And the food at the Jefferson Cafe was decadent! We can’t wait to visit New Iberia again and will definitely book our stay at The Lu-Zan each time we return. Nice place in New Iberia

One block off of the main drag in New Iberia in a business commercial area. 1.5 blocks to Cane River coffee shop and just over 3 blocks to Victor's for breakfast. Bed was comfortable, AC worked fine and place was quiet with the exception of one train passing around 3am one night. Wish I had time to enjoy the back yard and grill something but 4 days and 3 nights kept me busy with things in town. I did miss not having a TV in bedroom. I'm one of those who falls asleep quicker with a TV. Would stay again.

Great Thanksgiving stay

Great Stay! We rented both suites for a Thanksgiving visit with our family in New Iberia. The suites were just perfect for my parents in Suite B and then our family of four in Suite A. Linda was an amazing host and was more than accommodating when our flight schedule changed. The suites had everything we needed including coffee and breakfast goodies. I loved the big closet and having the laundry room was so nice to be able to bring all our clothes home clean. The properties are a short walk into town and we enjoyed several trips to Victor’s for breakfast. There’s a beautiful back yard oasis that the boys enjoyed tossing the football around and my father enjoyed reading time in the mornings. I will most definitely stay again at the Lu-Zan Suites.
