Das Marrakech Mansion befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude im Herzen der historischen Altstadt. Sie sind nur einen Block von der Queen Street, einen Block von der älteste Golfplatz in Nordamerika und ½ Block von Queens Royal Park am Fluss.

Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, drei mit Queensize-Betten, eines mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem ausklappbaren Couch in der Bibliothek. Die Betten sind mit Bettwäsche und Bettdecken, warmen Decken für den Winter und kühleren Sommer ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit zwei Badetüchern ausgestattet, Handtücher sind im Badezimmer vorhanden.
Das Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und Bibliothek sind alle im Erdgeschoss, die viel Wohnraum. Die neuen Flachbild-TV ist mit einem HD-Feed verbunden ist, so ist das Bild perfekt! Mit dem Telefonsystem können Sie kostenlos rund 60 Länder anrufen und das Wi-Fi-Signal ist ausgezeichnet.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle sowie Kochutensilien und Geschirr für zehn Personen.
Das Haus hat drei Badezimmer, zwei im zweiten Stock und ein ½ Bad im Erdgeschoss.
Der Garten im Innenhof neben der Küche ist Ihre Outdoor-Esszimmer mit einem Weber Gasgrill und marokkanischen Fliesen-Tabelle, die zehn Sitze. Die vordere Veranda ist ein großartiger Ort für Ihren Morgenkaffee.
Der Rest der Eigenschaft enthält einen Parkplatz für mindestens 5 Autos, viel Gras und Blumen. Das Anwesen ist 106 Fuß mal 126 Fuß groß, so gibt es viel Platz zum Entspannen und Ausbreiten.

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We love old houses and enjoy having others enjoy them as well. It was built in about 1860 and Abraham Lincoln was president of the USA. This old house has witnessed a lot since then. We try to maintain it as best we can for people in the future to enjoy.

We have owned and rented this historic home for over 20 years. Our cleaners have been with us for most of those 20 years as well. We try to keep it in the condition of our own home. Note smart TV's coming to the Mansion and Casablanca Cottage in early 26. (about time my wife says!)

The location was perfect being just a block from the water and the park. The house was a very comfortable stay for a group of friends stay. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the outside gardens were gorgeous. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful home and gardens

The home was a perfect getaway for 8 adults. Check in was easy, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed, and the gas grill and the gardens were a perfect addition. We were one block from both the main street in town and the lakefront park and enjoyed our stay more than I can write in this small space.

The Mansion as we all it is a great old house. Built in 1860 and protected under the Ontario Heritage act. It once sat on a much larger piece of land but still has a 1/3 of an acre. Lots of space both inside and out. Close to both Queen street and the lake.

Great property and location

We could not have asked for a better location or property for our stay. We parked our car and never used it again all weekend - we walked everywhere! A short walk to the lake, parks, and the town center. We spent a large amount of time enjoying the magnificent gardens at this house and the surrounding area. Don was an amazing host and always responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

relaxing and wonderful!

4 couples shared this beautiful mansion for 3 nights. We all had lots of room to gather, relax, eat and visit. The location was perfect with very little need for a car. Hired bicycle tours, shops and restaurants as well as scenic parks are all in easy walking distance. We all agreed that we will try and make this an annual event at this beautiful home full of character and warmth.

Thank you for your comments. The Mansion has 4 bedrooms, perfect for four couples. The parking area on the property can easily handle four cars so know one has to park on the street. There is however free overnight street parking if you prefer. Queen Street is a block away, Queens Royal park about 1/2 block. Zoom will deliver bikes and a short ride down Prideaux Street gets you to Fort George and the start of the River trail which makes for scenic safe riding. Great riding along the Niagara River.

Property is situated in the heart of the action in Niagara on the Lake. You could not find a property located any better! The historic house is very well maintained and restored. The property owner Don George was very responsive. Overall my family of 7 had a great time and we were not at all cramped in the large house.

The Mansion is one block from Queen street and the same from Queens Royal park. The house has 11 ft ceilings, a large living room and den so lots of room to spread out and enjoy.

We try to make the house as comfortable as possible. The bed linens are sent to a laundry service after each guest change and come back pressed and on hangers. Beds are replaced when needed by the same one that I sleep on. It is our house. We try to make it as comfy as we can.

Grand place for a girls get away

We have just spent 3 glorious days at Marrakech mansion. Beds, dining room and various seating areas were perfect for our group of 8. Very clean and tons of charm. Lovely outdoor areas to relax and enjoy. The gardens are to be envied. Don was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this house. My friends love me for finding it!

This is our house, we own it and maintain it the way we do our own home. According to my wife I do a better job on my two vacation homes than I do our house (I own Casablanca Cottage as well)! We both enjoy decorating, we love colour and love Morocco so the name and the decor. The house is intended to be a fun place for guests and ourselves to stay. enjoyed the property very much. Accommodations were great! We very much appreciated that we could bring our pet but thought that the extra levy for the privilege was excessive> The listing states that the residence sleeps 10 but charges a nightly levy for each guest over and above 9. Beautiful Casablanca Themed Property in the heart of NOTL

Don George really helped with providing clear instructions and was available by email to answer questions. The house has been lovingly renovated, yet keeping an old world charm. The backyard is spacious for a BBQ or alfresco dinner - though it was a little too much wind and a chill to stay out in the evenings. Would definitely recommend Marakech Mansion!

Beautiful, spacious, clean and well located! Great for families with kids.

We loved our stay at Marrakech Mansion! The place is big inside and outside. We were 2 families with young children so it was important to us to have a nice yard and more than one bathroom... Marrakech Mansion has it all! It is very close to the main street (Queen street) where you will find several ice cream shops, liquor store and a small grocery shop. A big park (for pic-nics) is also two blocks away. We can also recommend renting bikes and riding around, NOTL is beautiful!

Niagara on the Lake is a place for bike riding, a trail next to the river and off of the road will take you past numerous wineries and fruit stands. Riding to Queenston is a morning ritual for me when we are staying. The home is one of the originals in town, dating to about 1860. As mentioned in the review it is one block from the shops on Queen street and close to Queens Royal Park for picnics. The house sits on two normal city lots so there is lots of room to hang out and enjoy your rental home.

Fantastic Getaway in the Heart of NOTL

Our stay at Marrakech Mansion was five stars from the booking right up until checkout. The host communicated immediately whenever we had a question, and everything was as advertised. He accommodated our early arrival and made sure everything was ready for us. Clean, comfortable and plenty of great sitting areas to talk while enjoying the beautiful gardens and trees on the property. Minutes from downtown, it is the perfect place to stay for a group looking to tour NOTL for a weekend or the week. Don was a fantastic host, and we look forward to coming back next year!

The house is in a perfect location, is well stocked with most everything you will need, and has decorations to live up to its name. There are spaces to congregate: a library, a living room and a dining room, as well as a nice eat-in kitchen. The outside includes a ring of chairs on a sunny lawn and several chairs on the front porch, as well as a table and chairs under a pergola. The tesla owner in our group appreciated the charger.

It is great to see someone making use of the electric car charger a new feature at a very old house! The house was build about 1860 before cars were invented, the American Civil war was being fought so much history in those walls.

My wife and I love Niagara on the Lake and we love to restore historic homes. We also like to see people enjoying their vacation. We have been able to accomplish both by purchasing two lovely old homes in the heart of old town. We treat them like our own second home and decorate them the way our own home is decorated. When buying or renting it is all about the location: This house is 1 block from Queen Street, the grocery store and the Golf Course. The Royal George Theatre is a block away. You can also enjoy dining at home in the sunny private side garden with Moroccan table and Weber gas BBQ. The 6 Muskoka chairs on the Lake side of the property provide a great spot for afternoon reading or wine tasting while you wave at the horse and buggy crowd. The front porch is my favourite for morning coffee. Marrakech Mansion is in the heart of the Heritage district the perfect spot to stay when visiting our town.

One of the largest flower gardens in Niagara on the Lake. The old roses that were saved when we renovated the garden are spectacular. We have also planted hundreds of Daffodils, tulips and other spring bulbs the early season the Aconites were in the garden when I purchased the house and have prospered, look for them in March as the snow is melting. The many perennials and flowering shrubs keep colour in the garden all summer. You can expect to see me cutting grass and gardening on Friday.
