Located in the heart of Old Town, the home is just a 1.5-minute walk to Queen Street and only 400 meters from the Shaw Festival Theatre. A 6-minute walk north brings you to the lakeside, overlooking the United States, while a short 7–10 minute drive south leads to many renowned wineries.

Situated within a heritage conservation district, the property preserves its historic exterior charm while offering a modern, luxurious, and spacious interior. Guests enjoy 226 square meters of living space, featuring three suites and 4.5 bathrooms. The family suite includes two separate private rooms for enhanced comfort and privacy.
