A beautiful B&B tucked away in a vineyard setting that hosts the towns 2nd largest willow tree as a backdrop.
Situated only a 5 min drive from Niagara-On-The-Lake’s Old Town, guest can spend their day enjoying wineries, shopping, and great cuisine.
In the evenings you can take advantage of our outdoor fire pit and hot tub to unwind after a long day!

- Large living room and dining room that can be used to entertain
- Large backyard with hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and patio set
Lower level is off limits as the owner lives in that section.
Guests have full access to everything except the lower level.
We love creating an atmosphere for you and your guests to unwind and enjoy making memorable memories. If you need anything or have any questions our hostess is available through the air bnb chat.
Having been a Niagara girl most of my life, I’m always happy to give tips on things to do and see.
The neighborhood is quaint, and makes for a perfect place to escape and relax. Surrounded by local wineries and minutes to your Niagara attractions!
Our towns streets are easy to navigate and provide a stress free drive! Taxi services such as taxi or uber are available in this area as well. Local bike rentals also have dropped off bike rentals on the property for guests stays (booked through their company, not us)
HOUSE RULES:
*Cottage booking Contract will be sent via email once booking is confirmed and must be filled in and sent back to confirm booking. Our Team will send a message via air bnb chat as soon as it has been sent to you. Depending on your booking check in date, this can take a few days - week to be issued.
There are strict guidelines and bylaws that the city has made mandatory for hosts and guests alike to follow. Failure to comply will result in the hosts/property owners receiving large fines, loss of demerit points, and ultimately losing their short-term rental licence. We take these bylaws, and additional house rules very seriously. We hope you understand.
1. No parties/events (no exceptions)
2. No more than 6 adults on the property at any time
3. No noise/music after 9pm (this is a local bylaw)
4. No smoking indoors or near entrances/windows
5. No more than 4 cars in the driveway, ever
6. No street parking. The city will have you towed. (Strictly enforced bylaw)
This is NOT a party house, this property is located in a family-oriented neighbourhood, filled with children and permanent residents. We only look to host individuals looking for a quiet retreat who will respect our home and our neighbours.
We are on a NO WARNING POLICY, so if one of the neighbours complains about volume or it goes over the decibel level after 10pm it will void the contract and all guests will be asked to leave.
