Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Wunderschöne Aussicht, ruhiges Stadthaus, perfekt zum Entspannen, Radfahren oder um sich in einem guten Buch zu verirren. Dieses Haus verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, ein Queensize-Bett im Gästezimmer und ein Doppel- und ein Zweibettzimmer im 3. Schlafzimmer sowie ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Die Werft ist eingezäunt und dieses Stadthaus befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Strandparkplatzes auf der Shipyard Plantation. Overall, the townhouse was clean, comfortable and located near many great restaurants, bars and other activities. The back patio has great views and is where we spent most of the time. However, some minor upgrades (electrical, doors off tracks, furniture fixes, etc.) are needed. Looking forward to returning in the future!

The property's was great however the rental agency Seashore vacations were extremely rude and their check in process was not accurate. I've came to HHI twice per year for over 20 years and this was my first experience with Seashore vacations.

Nice stay

Had a great time. Close to Coligny plaza, short bike ride to beach. Nice property. Enjoyed breakfast at Watusi and Plantation Cafe which is short walk or bike ride. Great location in shipyard.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome time on Hilton Head and really enjoyed this unit. It was spacious for 4 people, had great views, a walkable tennis court, and easy access to Pope Street. We look forward to staying here again next winter!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice views, convenient to everything in HH, townhouse is a little dated, leather couches are not comfortable (cold to sit on). We found a blood stain on one of our pillowcases and we called management about it, they apologized and offered to bring us a new pillowcase but we had already put it in the wash. That was not a pleasant find. Beach was nice, pool is convenient. I would stay in Shipyard again, but closer to the beach.

Townhouse needs proper cleaned top to bottom inside and out

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To start with, check in was supposed to be at 4pm, the unit was not clean until 6:12 pm. I was instructed at 3pm staff had 1 hr. to clear a 3-bedroom villa, "by a crew." After texting several times was told the unit was clean. Arrived at 6pm to fine only 2 ladies cleaning, and was told, "This was just released to us 1 hr. ago." It was far from clean: Handrail was so dirty, took several Lysol wipes to clean. All light switches very dirty. Mirrow not cleaned in bedroom, Gum on the side table. All throw rugs were very dirty with stains, as well at the carpet, dirt still on the floor in the kitchen. Tried to sweep the dirt up, but the bottom of the broom fell off. Outside setting area had not been cleaned in a long time, green mold everywhere, and even up the glass of the sliding kitchen door. And large amount leaves upstairs gathered in the corner of porch. Screws falling out of the chairs, and laying in the floor, we had to put back in. And one of the halls folding doors was off its track, we had to re-hang it, housekeeping did not bother to fix. We were extended 2 hours late checkout but only used 1 hr. Shipyard security pulled us over and threatened us with a fine of $100.00 per day, per bike, for having an e-bike on the bike rack of our car. No battery in it, and they would be chained up. Had to pay for storage for a week for them. was not informed of this prior to arrival. Could be a nice place if repairs were made and thoroughly cleaned.

First, our check-in policy—clearly stated on our reservations and all correspondence—notes that check-in is between 4:00 and 6:00 PM on Saturdays during peak season. We do not promise a 4:00 PM sharp check-in time. In this case, the cleaning company originally assigned to this unit unfortunately failed to show up as scheduled. Once we became aware of the issue, we immediately dispatched an alternate team to clean the unit. The company responsible for the delay has since been terminated, and your feedback has been passed along to our new cleaning team to ensure higher quality moving forward. We understand your frustration with the condition you found upon arrival, and while this fell short of our standards, had these issues been reported during your stay—such as the cleanliness concerns, loose screws in chairs, or the closet door—our in-house maintenance and support staff would have been happy to come out and resolve them promptly. We did not receive any communication regarding these matters during your visit after you checked in. Additionally, we were glad to be able to honor your request for a two-hour late checkout. Regarding the situation with your e-bike, please note that Seashore Vacations is not affiliated with the Shipyard Plantation or its security team. We manage the individual unit you stayed in, but we do not control community-wide policies. That said, it's important to know that most communities on Hilton Head Island restrict e-bikes—even without the battery—due to safety concerns on the bike trails. These are local regulations enforced by the individual communities, such as Shipyard and Sea Pines, and the town of Hilton Head, not by our company. We do appreciate your comments and will continue to work with our teams to provide a better experience for all guests. — Seashore Vacations Team

The rental was in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and shops. There was a pool and tennis courts available to use and the area was peaceful. The property was clean, well fitted out, plenty of towels/linens, starter pack of essentials and clear instructions on how to work things. We had an issue with the Internet and contacted Seashore Vacations who responded immediately a d resolved the issue very quickly. Their team are very efficient and helpful and communication is very good. Check in was quick and seamless. Highly recommend them.

In need of many updates

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My mom and I chose Townhouse Tennis 18 for our annual mother/daughter trip to Hilton Head Island, and we were both shocked and disappointed with the unit. From the start, I found the cleaning subpar. There were food crumbs all over the dining table and on the sofa cushions and there was sand on the floor. All of the carpets and area rugs are very stained and in desperate need of replacement. The bedding was shabby in the twin/double room. Initially, upon entering the house on day one, it smelled of cleaning solution but by the end of the week it started smelling musty, and the fridge and freezer smelled musty the whole week. The toilet in bathroom attached to the queen bedroom was leaking onto the floor from the base of the toilet and the AC unit, that is housed over the kitchen, wasn’t draining properly so it overflowed and was leaking thru one of the can lights over the kitchen sink, so we had to have an HVAC serviceman and plumber come into the house over the course of two days. The shower stall in the downstairs main bathroom was not cleaned well as the area inside the shower by the door hinge was pretty gross, and the shower pan had cracks (I didn’t verify if they appeared re-sealed or not), but standing in it had obvious soft spots indicating issues underneath. The vent fan cover in the downstairs main bathroom was not on the vent and the visible unit was disgusting looking, covered with dust, rust and grime. They provide plenty of bath towels but they are very small and thin. The accent chair in the living room was very visibly dingy and stained. The good? The view from the patio (the primary reason we selected this unit) is truly lovely. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were reasonably comfortable and extra pillows and bedding was provided. The unit is large and very convenient to Coligny and other shops and restaurants. We would not stay here again and would not recommend.

Absolutely loved the location of the townhome and the Shipyard community was a great oasis but still close to everything! Nice pool and LOVED the covered parking spot!

We loved how close the unit was to both the pool and tennis courts. We loved that it felt private on the back patio The only suggestion I would have is to have cleaning people bring some of the previous renters’ trash with them as they leave. When we arrived there was trash overflowing onto the front porch and we had to live with it until trash pick up on Tuesday. The washing machine also has trouble midway through the cycle and you have to run the spin cycle a few extra times before putting clothes in the dryer. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend and/or rent this unit again!

Overall very good

The house was very clean and the pictures were accurate. Very well equipped kitchen however the house sleeps 8 and there were not enough forks for 8 people. We had to use plastic all week. Living room and master bedroom were nicely updated, back porch area was quiet and super nice. I few minor updates would make a big impact on this property. The washing machine doesn’t properly drain so we had to manually run spin cycles after every wash. Light bulbs need to be replaced throughout. The location was great and overall it was very nice. A little TLC would just make it better.
