We had a wonderful time at this property. It was well decorated and equipped. The area is very quiet and close to the beach access.

Wonderful Week in Marco!

My husband and I rented this condo for the week and loved the high ceilings, nice furnishings and extra amenities that made this condo feel like home. Pool was a little chilly (74 degrees) but fine when weather was warmer. Other neighbors were very friendly too.

The unit was very nice and very well stocked for in house cooking. The access to the beach was a at least an 8 minute walk and unless you utilize the beach carts provided, it can be a pain.

The round dining table and round outdoor table was perfect for us 4 ladies to play cards and enjoy dining together. So happy the owners supplied us with a drip pot/single serve coffee pod maker! ....Four ladies four different coffees. lol. The pool area was so enjoyable as many pool/beach items were supplied for us. We are considering a longer stay for next year. Thank you so much.

Lovely place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodations were as described. It was a lovely upscale condo with ample room. The HOA was a bit much. We were texted immediately because we scooted a lounge chair across the tile on balcony and it caused reverberations. The walk to the beach is just under a mile, so not quite as close as described. But the beds were comfy, the kitchen was amply equipped and it was a nice place.

The apartment is spacious exceeded our expectations. Clean, lots of towels and sheets and pool and beach supplies. Great view. Pool was nice and warm the way we like it. Short walk to the beach. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great rental property with plenty of space for the 5 adults in our party. Beach is close and walkable if you are in good shape. Having beach chairs for our use was perfect. The pool was great and heated. The unit was beyond well stocked-everything we could possibly need. Only change we would suggest is update the living room furniture and layout. Furniture was a bit 'saggy' and to watch TV had to look sideways. Queen bed could also use replacement. Overall great and would definitely recommend and stay there again.
