Das Marco Walk Plaza ist zwei Blocks entfernt und bietet Restaurants, ein Kino, einen 7/11-Laden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr! Wir befinden uns in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hilton, des Marco Beach Ocean Resort und des JW Marriott, wenn Sie Marco für Veranstaltungen in einem der Hotels besuchen.

Hier finden Sie Handtücher, Liegestühle, einen Sonnenschirm, einen rollenden Kühler, Sportartikel, Spielzeug und Spiele, die Sie am Strand mitnehmen können!

Der Apartmentkomplex bietet viele Vor-Ort-Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, Whirlpool, Sonnenliegen, Shuffleboard, Tennisplatz, Grillplatz und einen offenen Parkplatz. Wir haben auch Tennis- und Pickleball-Ausrüstung für den Tennisplatz vor Ort. Das Gebäude bietet Shuffleboard-Ausrüstung, die Sie im Abstellraum im Clubhaus am Pool finden.

Wi-Fi ist kostenlos. Wir haben auch eine Auswahl an DVDs, Chomecast und Netflix-Setups auf dem HD-Fernseher, die Sie genießen können, während Sie abends entspannen.

Einchecken ist ein Kinderspiel! Wir nutzen eine Vermietungsagentur, die sich einen Block von der Wohnung entfernt befindet und die Sie bei Ihrer Einfahrt übergeben werden. Die Schlüssel werden dort abgeholt und abgesetzt. Ein 24-Stunden-Check-In steht für die Ankunft zur Verfügung. Das Büro ist während der Geschäftszeiten für Fragen geöffnet und bietet auch einen Notfall-Support rund um die Uhr für kritische Fragen.

Beautiful Condo and Location

This condo is true to the listing. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has beautiful views. The unit was equipped with anything we could need during our stay. It is within walking distance to a few shops/restaurants, as well as a short walk to the beach. Greg was friendly, gave great information, and was quick to respond. We absolutely loved our stay here and look forward to staying again in the future.

A perfect spot for 4 adults

Great Condo with an AMAZING host!

Fantastic host! Condo was clean and well stocked with all the extras (special extras that you don’t typically find ~ beach cart, toys, trash bags, fans, etc.) The walk was short to the beach, beds were comfy, pool was perfect, and shopping and restaurants were close by. The perfect place for our small family! We had an amazing visit and hope to be back. Marco Island didn’t disappoint and neither did this condo nor the host. Top notch!

Great stay!

Convenient location within walking distance to the South Beach public access, restaurants, etc. Good amenities at the Grandview, screened balconies, outdoor firepit, patio area, pool and hot tub. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Would stay here again!

Spacious Clean Condo and Great Location

Greg is a great host and communicated well. Condo looks just as it does in the photos if not better! We didn’t spend much time in the condo as we were there for one night for a wedding but we would have loved to stay longer.

Spring Break Trip

Greg was great to communicate with- prompt and attentive. The condo was clean, well stocked with plenty of towels, beach items, kitchen equipment, a cooler and entertainment items. The beds were very comfortable. The walk to the beach was about 10 min either direction and the beach cart was very appreciated. The pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We’d definitely stay here again.

Grandview Condo

This was very easy to locate, move into and enjoyable to stay in. Location was ideal. Building is older, could use some refurbishing but condo was very nice. Mentioned to owner about needed repairs and changes which he seemed interested in taking care of. Enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed here and thought the place was perfect. We enjoyed the upfront communication with the host and was impressed with the location, so close to the beach and short walk to great restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Everything you could want on Marco Island

Greg's condo is very nicely updated and extremely clean. The beach is a short walk with a convenience store on the way in case you need some last minutes items to add to the coolers provided with the condo. We enjoyed the pool but ran out of time to enjoy the pickleball courts.

Couldn’t have been better!

My husband and I rented Grandview 409 for the month of February. This property was perfect from start to finish. We loved the ease of check-in. Greg provided us with our own private code to get into the condo. We loved that we didn’t have to stop and pickup keys at a designated spot before moving in. There were two very nice carts available for us by the elevator to move all our stuff in which was a big help. The place was sparkling clean and furnishings just as expected. The condo was spacious and had plenty of linens and needed items like fans. The kitchen was fully equipped. The best part - the most comfortable beds! And my husband even remarked about the great linens. We have rented many times in Marco Island but only for a week at the Somerset across the street. We thought it was going to be hard not being right on the beach but we enjoyed every minute at the Grandview. The location is great and an easy walk to the beach either north or south. Getting there was a breeze because we were provided a beach cart which held our chairs, cooler and beach bag. Lots of other toys in the hall closet if needed. We enjoyed the pool on occasion and took advantage of the pickleball court. Also, spent many nights cooking on the gas grills that were provided and chatted with the neighbors. Greg was always accessible if we had any questions. We will definitely be back! It was one of the best vacations we ever had.

Beautiful Condo with an easy walk to the beach!

The condo is very nice, clean and comfortable! The entire property was well maintained, pool and hot tub were meticulously cleaned. The island felt so safe and I think you could eat at a different restaurant every night for a year! We will be back!

Marco Island, FL is our home away from home. Elle and Greg were married on the sandy beaches of Marco Island, FL at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Our family loves to vacation in beautiful, sunny south Florida - especially in the cold winter months!
