Great location, right across the road from the beach! Clean and comfortable,.

We would definitely stay here again. Shops, restaurants and beaches are all walking distance. The condo was great! Did not disappoint, it was a perfect place for a couple to stay for a perfect holiday!

Great property near beach. Well equipped with all the tie needed for short or longer term stays..

We had a great time at this property! Everything was ready and check in process was smooth. We felt very welcomed and this place made a very positive impression on us. It is very close to a beach that is not too crowded and has access to a lot of local businesses and restaurants. Feels modern and we loved the ocean vibe and decor. We would rent here again! Beautiful Condo

Beautifully renovated condo. Has everything you need from the kitchen to the beach. We loved our stay here. You make everything so easy from check-in to all the conveniences of home without being home. Thank you! It is always so nice to be able to walk such a short distance to the beach. The sunsets are amazing! Conveniently located to just about anything you could want - restaurants, bars, shopping, shave ice and the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

Wonderful condo! Amazing location!

Our overall stay at this condo was wonderful! It was very clean & well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The photos show exactly what to expect inside. Everything has been remodeled. We are here for business and we've stayed in several places. One thing that I really enjoyed was being able to open the doors at both ends of the condo for a beautiful breeze. Not all places have this. It is a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and most important, the beautiful Kamaole beaches!

we were not happy to see that the grounds were not kept in the same condition as previous years. The leaves that fell from the trees were not picked up for weeks making walking to the pool gate very risky for the elder people

Stay in Maui

We had a great time in Maui. We typically do not spend much time in our condo, so it didn’t bother us having this small space to hangout in. We did feel as though there could be a recliner or living room chair of some sort to allow for more seating, the couch wasn’t too comfortable for us 3 to lounge on together in the evening. We also could hear a lot of noise from the bedroom in the evening as people walked by or closed doors, other than that, we enjoyed the condo and the location near the Kamaole beaches and the space felt clean which was appreciated.

We loved Maui!

Our stay in Kihei was great! The check in process was extremely easy. We arrived at night but it was no problem to check in at the office in the morning. The location of the property was right across the street from a few beaches and it was a very short drive to even more beaches in the south! Shops and restaurants are just around the corner from the property and walking over to them in the evening with the sunset view was glorious. The property worked for us but was quite tight with two older kids sleeping on the hideabed. Spaces were nicely decorated but the place could use a deep clean. The outside spaces however were beautiful and immaculately maintained!

This unit is a one bedroom and one bath...it sounds like if you have older kids/teenagers that you could have used a two bedroom. Kihei Akahi D113 is everything we need to stay comfortably in Maui. People mentioned about the possible loud from outside when someone walk because the bedroom is next to the aisle, but we don't have much trouble sleeping. They have 2 ACs, one on the living room and one on the bedroom. Both works well and made our stay very convenient!It is super close to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen has everything necessary to switch between preparing meals at home and eating out. The balcony has a pool view and a nice place to see sunset/sunrise if we are not going to the beach. There are three Kamaole beaches nearby; the closest one is Kamaole II which is precisely in front of Kihei Akahi -- and also my favorite!!

Great location, loved condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location to beaches and restaurants/services. Great condo, very clean with lots of amenities including some food essentials to get started (ie. spices, sugar, etc). Very clean and well-kept, excellent service and communication with PMI.The downside was this condo complex had very strict rules that impacted families with kids, teenagers. For example, no playing on grass (not even catch) and many pool rules like no splashing, jumping, games or pool toys if any kind, not even a ball. Security guy was ultra serious about his job putting a damper on the fun for our kids. Also, quiet time and pool closed at 9pm. Seemed too early, as 10pm would be more reasonable. Also bedrooms were off all the hallways with windows as sound-proof as paper so early morning noise was quite disruptive to those still sleeping.

Maui stay

The unit we stayed was close to beach and lot of other beautiful places.Had lot of food options as well. unit had provided with snorkel gear, beach chairs, paddle boards, lots of towels to use as well. unit was pretty clean. We really had a wonderful stay here. kids enjoyed the pool area.
