Dieses neu gebaute 3 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Cottage ist ein Hauch von salziger Luft! Sie betreten dieses Haus durch eine helle und geräumige Küche, komplett ausgestattet mit Whirlpool Edelstahlgeräten, Keurig Kaffeemaschine, und alles, was Sie brauchen, um ein hausgemachtes Essen zu reparieren, und ein Bar Top mit Platz für vier Personen. Aus der Küche fließt ein Esstisch für sechs Personen und ein geräumiger Wohnbereich mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem schönen Kamin. Aus dem Wohnbereich ist das Schlafzimmer, mit einem Doppelbett und einem großen Bad ausgestattet. Die erste Etage bietet einfachen Zugang zur Veranda mit viel Platz im Freien und atemberaubender Aussicht. Aus dem Erdgeschoss ist eine halbe Badewanne und stapelbare Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die zweite Etage beherbergt zwei Gästezimmer, jedes mit einem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad und Zugang zum oberen Balkon. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich auch ein Bonus-Zimmer mit einem Tagesbett mit ausziehbarem Ausziehbett. Dieses Cottage umfasst 8 Strandtücher, 2 Fahrräder für Erwachsene und eine Reifenpumpe sowie 4 Strandkörbe.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist der Grundriss "Osprey" und bietet Platz für 8 Personen.
Einzelgarage, 3 Parkplätze inklusive Garage.
Bettwäsche inklusive.

VOR ORT MANAGEMENT


Zugang zum Strand: Die Fortsetzung des Jekyll Island Revetment Rehabilitation Project des Staates Georgia hat dazu geführt, dass der Zugang zum Strand entlang unserer Küste vorübergehend unterbrochen wurde. Es gibt immer noch Zugang zum Flutstrand, an der Landseite des Felsens. Wir empfehlen Driftwood Beach, der sich nördlich von The Cottages oder nur wenige Autominuten südlich des Great Dunes Park befindet.

An excellent choice

Everything about the cottage exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location with an exceptional view. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing which was what we were looking for. It is beautifully decorated. The pictures do not do it justice! Also, Tad with Parker Kaufman went above and beyond in taking good care of us.

We LOVED this property. The views were wonderful. Juliana @Parker Kaufman was great and always available for questions . Place was clean, spacious and minutes away from the beach.. minutes away by bike to Driftwood Beach. Our only complaint was the electric golf cart. The battery lost charge so fast. We didn't really get to enjoy it because of that. But, we will definitely be back!!

Paradise in Jekyll Island!

We were so pleased with our first experience of staying on Jekyll Island, and the Cottages "took our breath away" at the view out the back of the cottage and the quality of the unit. Top notch finishes throughout the cottage and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We are definitely planning to come back!

Cottage by the sea

My family and I had a great stay. Everything was beautiful from the house to the views. The use of the golf cart made the experience even better! Traveling the island on the golf cart was a great experience for our daughter (16) and her best friend (17). The island is safe and everyone is very friendly. I would 100% recommend this property.

Good family stay

This ended up being perfect for our family of 4. We had to rent some infant/toddler stuff but it was easy to get that delivered and picked up. Condo size was perfect. Being beachfront was great, especially on the upstairs balcony. And the pool was really good for young kids. Would recommend.

Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed the location of this cottage! Really liked the laundry on the main floor. The first floor porch being open and covered was amazing. The upstairs porch had nice furniture. Enjoyed having a grill and especially the use of the golf cart. That was really fun to run around the island.

Nice place

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The neighborhood and neighbors were nice. Love the bike/walking path being so close. The house is laid out well with each bedroom having its own bath. The kitchen was well stocked. The porches a delight with exceptional views. The main drawback is there is no direct access to the beach from the house or neighborhood. You have to drive about 1 mile to get to an actual beach where you can set up an umbrella and chairs. However, once on the beach it's just beautiful!

Beautiful, comfortable and best view right on beach

We enjoyed our stay. We brought sanitizer wipes and trash bags, dishwasher pods, and shampoo. What we didn’t have at this stay was liquid dish soap and dish cleaning cloth or a sponge. There was one drying towel in the kitchen. Also, in the master bathroom there was no bar soap and One sink was clogged when we arrived. We told the office of the problem and I’m sure they will work on. They were painting a garage door accent just before we left. We had a good trip.

Our stay

We had a great time with a couple of issues. The front door lock stopped working, so someone had to stay at the house because the door couldn't be locked or unlocked with the keypad. It wasn't resolved while we were there, but a key was given. This still was an inconvenience as, with several adults and 2 children, we couldn't go separate ways because there was only 1 key. Someone had to be at the place, or close by, at all times. Also, the hot water in the master bath did not work properly. In taking a shower it took a while to heat up, and then quickly turned cool again. Had to take cold showers. As grandparents, we made sure our children and grandchildren had a wonderful time, but i feel that we missed out on some of the fun because of the keypad issue. It is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting.

Family Vacation

The property layout was great for multiple families. The day bed room had a sliding barn door, which made that a good extra room for kids. On first view the property was surface cleaned well, but the air vents were very dusty leading to allergies and asthma issues for our guests. The community clubhouse and gym were very dusty- the gym was so dusty you could see a film of dust on the mirror in the room and dust bunnies on the floor. Amazing views and outdoor space. Short walk to pool and the beach access is steps away. Convenient to all Jekyll Island has to offer either by golf cart, bike or car ride. The community is well groomed. Everyone we encountered was kind. Perfect place for a quiet, slow paced vacation.

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

We rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving. We showed up and walked right in to our beautiful, clean condo. We had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. The location is perfect as we were close to Driftwood Beach and The Jekyll Island Club was just a short golf card drive. We were able to get some help when needed from the management company. They were quick to respond and solve our issue. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful property

I carefully chose this property more than six months ago with family traveling at great distances. We arrive to find that we are in a construction zone with tractors and dump trucks beeping and running directly behind the condo on the beach all day long. I feel that I spent a lot of money on this rental. Ripped off and very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for the inconvenience of the construction, which is out of our control. May 2020 UPDATE: Construction is complete! We have new rocks, sand, plantings. Our beach/ocean accesss has been restored and is open for guests enjoyment..
