Ocean Cottage 43 Dieses Reihenhaus im Cottage-Stil am Meer befindet sich in Jekyll Islands neuester Cottage-Gemeinde The Cottages at Jekyll Island und bietet Meerblick. Dieses Ferienhaus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 3, 5 Bäder. Offener Grundriss mit Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich. Aus dem Hauptwohnbereich ist eine große abgeschirmte Veranda, perfekt für jede Jahreszeit. und Terrasse mit Gasgrill und 4 Adirondack Stühlen. Die Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite mit Hauptbad befindet sich im ersten Stock. Ebenfalls im ersten Stock befindet sich eine volle Wäscherei. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad befinden sich im zweiten Stock und beide öffnen sich zu einem großen Balkon mit Schaukelstühlen. Genießen Sie die frische Meeresbrise und die spektakuläre Aussicht. Es gibt auch eine tragbare Königin Luftmatratze. Dieses Cottage umfasst Liegestühle, Schlauchboote, Strandspielzeug, einen zusammenklappbaren Strandcaddy und einen fahrbaren Kühler. Der Zugang zu den Cottages auf Jekyll Island umfasst einen Pool am Meer, ein Clubhaus und einen Fitnessraum.

Zugang zum Strand: Die Fortsetzung des Jekyll Island Revetment Rehabilitation Project im US-Bundesstaat Georgia hat dazu geführt, dass der Zugang zum Strand zum Wasser entlang unserer Küste vorübergehend unterbrochen wurde. Es gibt immer noch Zugang zum Hochwasserstrand, der an der Felsdecke liegt. Wir empfehlen Driftwood Beach, nördlich von The Cottages oder nur wenige Autominuten südlich vom Great Dunes Park gelegen.

Great Location, Beautiful community

We stayed here with another couple for a few days. We loved the location with a fantastic view of the ocean. The condo was immaculate and had everything a family could possibly need. My only suggestion would be to provide some spices in the kitchen.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at Cottage 43. The house was clean, very comfortable beds, and good location. My only complaint would be the pool is not heated. Water was freezing and dirty. We could not swim at all during our visit. Wish there was a hot tub too.

Beautiful setting. Close to everything.

The house was well equipped and had a perfect view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable and the balconies were amazing. Unfortunately it was a very cold week so we enjoyed the view from inside. Parker was very responsive and checkin was extremely smooth. Highly recommend.

Great Stay and View

My family had a great experience overall. The view from the house was amazing and everything was very clean and well maintained. The cottage was located very close to all of the activities that we had planned. The drawbacks to note were a lack of response to an email question I submitted prior to my stay to confirm items that would be available for my young son, and some of the limited amenities. It would have been helpful to have more clean towels, a few more trash bags, and enough dishwasher pods to run the dishwasher each evening. I also left the thermostat on the number requested upon checkout, but would personally keep it much cooler for the cleaners so that they would not need to work in a warm house.

The property was beautiful and just as described. The photos do not give the view justice as it is amazing! The cottage is about 35 yards from the shoreline and the French doors, porches and windows make it possible to enjoy the view from much of the cottage. Highly recommend.

Gem of a place

Great house, well appointed, would definitely stay again. Happen to have alot of rain when we were there but my teenagers loved playing billiards in the community house, great asset to have on a rainy day. Proximity to water was great, loved the screened in porch and open air balcony but ended up going down the beach when we actually wanted to sit in the sand, overall relaxing week.

Perfect location in Jekyll Island

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The pictures are completely accurate. It was actually a lot more roomy than what we expected. Everything was very clean and comfortable. This cottage would definitely be our first choice when traveling back to Jekyll Island.

Pefect location for R and R. Beach was awesome. My sister and I had a very nice time. Beds very comfortable. Super clean and modern. Unit was nicely stocked with dishes and beach chairs. Nicely situated to other places on Jekell Island.

Beautiful Island condo

Overall our stay at this property was fabulous. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry was clean. Condo has a beautiful view and an amazing porch upstairs and down to sit and watch the sunrise/ocean. We even saw dolphins from the porch. The condo has a huge assortment of beach accessories to use including chairs and a beach wagon. There were only two things that I could complain about. First, the pool was very dirty. Cloudy and not safe for swimming. I contacted the property owner and got a response two days later that there was a chemical imbalance and the pool would be closed for a day. When the pool reopened the water was a little bit more clear but not clear enough that a felt was safe enough for my kids to swim. That being said, with the rain that the area gets most evenings I think a properly balanced pool might be hard to come by. We just enjoyed the beach instead. Lastly, there were no beach towels provided at the condo and this was not stated in the description online. No biggie but being that it’s a beach house I assumed there might be beach towels. We had to drive onto the mainland to pick up towels. So bring your own beach towels. Those two things are minor and did not impact our enjoyment of the property. It’s a beautiful place to stay and the island is magical. I hope to be back some time in the future and would definitely stay at this property again.

Clean, Comfortable, and peaceful vacation house!

We loved this house- it’s so much larger than the pictures make it appear. All the furnishings were high-end, the master bed was so comfortable I wanted to find out the brand for future reference. Every member of the family was able to wake up and see the ocean from our beds. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the few meals we enjoyed at the house (we enjoyed several restaurants while we were here) and we used the grill for steaks. All the bathrooms were very nice, but the master bathroom is simply amazing with its walk in shower, rainwater shower head, amd tiled bench. Short walking distance to the pool, which we used every day. The beach is fantastic at low tide (there isn’t much beach at high tide on this end of the island). We loved staying here and found it totally relaxing. We would love to come here again in the future.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at this location for a conference that we attend each year. The place is great. Clean and well laid out for a group of co-workers staying in one unit. I would certainly recommend it to anyone staying on the island.

Loved our stay here. This is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. The view is beautiful. Beds are comfy and the place is nicely decorated.

We had three couples so the accommodations were perfect. Every room/patio could accommodate all of us without a problem. Each couple had their own bed and private bath. Great location with easy access to bike paths
