Ocean Cottage 111 - Künstlerhütte ... Dieses 3 Schlafzimmer, 3. 5 Badezimmer verbindet die Kunst des Besitzers im ganzen Haus mit der Einfachheit des Küstenlebens. Sie betreten dieses neu gebauten Haus durch eine schöne Küche, komplett ausgestattet mit Oberseite der Linie Bosch Geräte, Keurig Maschine, eine Fülle von Zähler Platz und Bar oben mit Sitzgelegenheiten für vier. Die Küche fließt in den Essbereich, wo man einen übergroßen Tisch mit Platz für sechs finden wird. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht zu verpassen, mit einem Kamin, reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten und Barwagen für unterhaltsam. Willst du die beruhigenden Klänge des Ozeans genießen? Keine Sorgen machen. Dieses Cottage bietet Speisen im Freien mit Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen auf der Veranda und einem Gasgrill auf der Terrasse des Straßenfertigers. Eingebettet in die Rückseite des ersten Stockwerks ist das Hauptschlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Dieses Zimmer bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick und süße Träume. Abschliessen im ersten Stock ist eine Garage für ein Auto, ein Powderzimmer und eine stapelbare Waschmaschine und ein Trockner. Sie werden im zweiten Stock von wunderschönen, originalen Kunstwerken und zwei spektakulären Zimmern mit eigenem Bad begrüßt. Abgerundet wird dieses schöne Cottage mit einem Balkon im zweiten Stock, der mit Loungesesseln, einer Schaukel mit Tagesbett und einer ruhigen Aussicht ausgestattet ist.
In diesem Cottage werden Annehmlichkeiten wie ein Begrüßungskaffeeservice, botanische persönliche Annehmlichkeiten wie Shampoo, Conditioner und Seife, Startsets für Papierprodukte in der Küche und alle Badezimmer angeboten.

What a lovely place. Decorated very well and many thoughtful additions like beach chairs toys and a wagon. My mother particularly enjoyed the view from the upstairs porch and we all enjoyed the island activities!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to Jekyll. The property itself was very nicely decorated, and had a terrific view from the top balcony, along with a porch swing that was very enjoyable. However, the beach available at low tide was not great (wet sand), and some of the items in the household could have been a little cleaner (grease next to the stove, mold in the washing machine, and the grill outside was disgusting - we cleaned it). There’s also an odor in the garage, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in there. Other than this, the place is great and appointed much better than other places we stayed. Overall comfortable and a nice location to see the island!

Girls Birthday Get-Away

Four sisters and sister-in-laws weekend getaway to celebrate 2 January birthdays! The cottage was immaculate, beautiful decor, spacious enough for us all to have our own beds and personal space and the view was stunning, especially the sunrise! Having the golf cart was an extra fun bonus too! We explored the entire island and every shop by golf cart! The weather even cooperated for it being January, cool but SUNNY!

Wonderful oceanfront property!

The location, view, furnishings, and amenities were all fantastic. The property manager was exceptionally prompt when I reported a couple small issues via email. If you plan to cook a lot while in the house, be sure the stove has been addressed: 2 of 5 burners would not light. Having 3 that worked was fine for our needs. The beds were quite comfy. If you’re short, you might want to bring a small portable step or step stool to help you in and out of bed, though (my sister had this issue). We wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again and recommend it to others!

Not As Described and Poorly Maintained

Not well maintained. To have hot water in the kitchen required running hot water in the downstairs half bath first. Gas stove burners did not light consistently. Outdoor furniture was dirty and worn. Kitchen lacked enough silverware/glasses for a full house. It is oceanfront, but not beach front. You will need to ride to the closest beach access facility to enjoy a day at the beach. You can access the beach near the home, but only at low tide and with only enough space to walk. However, while we were there, the beach access points were closed and could not be used due to storm damage. We did utilize the golf cart (which also needed a repair) to travel around the island. The bikes were in excellent condition and we thoroughly enjoyed using them. In full transparency, the management did offer a partial refund. It is a nice townhome, but needs to be maintained much better and the online descriptions re: beach access need to accurately reflect the conditions. You can definitely find a better property to accommodate a large group with the same amenities in another area that is both beach and oceanfront. Jekyll is a lovely island, but unfortunately, we will not be returning due to other viable property options in the SC, GA and FL areas.

Great Location for Families!

There is two bedrooms upstairs with their own bathroom which was great. Also a smaller room with a trundle bed. The master bedroom is very big and the shower was good. You could easily fit 2 couples and 2 kids there. We didn't use the golf cart and bikes cause it was raining. I would stay here again for sure.

Little slice of heaven ❤️

Cottage 111 at Jekyll Island exceeded our expectations. The listing photos are lovely but don’t capture the warmth and beach charm! This property is A+. Communication with the property management was excellent. Location was so wonderful! We could ride bikes throughout the island with ease and safety. Bike paths are extensive and well marked. Island residents were friendly and there was so much to do. The property was pristine, clean and provided 4 well tuned bikes and a golf cart that was in excellent working order. Beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms and the layout offered quiet spaces and privacy for downtime. We will be back❤️.
