Repeat renter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Modern Magnolia. There are definitely some aspects that could use some attention (cleanliness in the bathrooms, space that pets can escape from around the fence by front gate, extra blankets for lounging, the television by the pool still didn’t work this year, ice makers run out of ice quickly and take awhile to refill). Overall we enjoy it because it is one of the few places that has a pool and accepts pets.

Modern Magnolia

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Modern Magnolia is a lovely house. The kitchen space with the island and the large dining table make for a good spot for serving a large group. The backyard kitchen/pool area (with a bathroom/shower) is especially nice. We enjoyed both of spaces a lot. The kitchen supplies such as dish cloths & towels (old & only 4) and lack of plastic ware for food storage was a problem. The skillets definitely need to be replaced.
