Die Villa Andaluza befindet sich in der exklusiven Wohnanlage Pedregal. Diese schöne Villa umfasst über 8.000 Quadratmeter Innen- und Außenwohnfläche. Die Villa wurde auf einem Felsvorsprung gebaut und bietet einen herrlichen Panoramablick auf den Pazifischen Ozean, der sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.

Villa Andaluza ist das Schwesterhotel der Villa Veranza vrbo nr. 579780.

Die Küchen-, Speisekammer-, Wohn-, Ess- und Unterhaltungsräume befinden sich auf der Hauptebene und verfügen über einen 70-Zoll-Plasma-Fernseher mit Surround-Sound und einen Innen- / Außenwasserfall.

Vier der sechs Schlafzimmer entsprechen den Standards einer Master Suite und verfügen über ein eigenes Marmorbad. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen privaten Whirlpool und eine Feuerstelle auf der überdachten Terrasse. Die beiden Master-Räume verfügen außerdem über ein Bose Surround Sound-Heimkinosystem. Das gesamte Haus verfügt über Marmorböden im Innen- und Außenbereich. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen HD-Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang, einen CD-Player, eine Klimaanlage und ein individuell gestaltetes Thema. Ein täglicher Reinigungsservice ist inbegriffen. Ebenfalls im Übernachtungspreis enthalten sind ein persönlicher Koch und ein Vollzeit-Concierge. The best place to gather. We felt like it was a mini hotel- lots of privacy with bedrooms. Chef was fab. Cassandra was outstanding. I am dying to go back! It surpassed my expectations!

Wonderful House with a Wonderful Staff

The Perfect Get Away

Perfect for our large group

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property size was perfect for our large group of 11. Two fan favorites of this house were the top floor second hot tub and fire pit and the pool table in the main living area. What sets this home apart is the staff. Our concierge Casandra was very attentive to our every need. We were able to have all meals cooked for us when we were not dining out, and daily cleaning services were wonderful. Two things to be aware of: The community of Pedregal is VERY hilly, so be aware before you book. If you want a fitness facility, you will not find one in the community.

My amazing big fat Cabo birthday extravaganza

I just had the most fabulous four days at Villa Andaluza! I traveled with five friends coming in from all over the world and honestly the photos don't even do this place justice. From the beautiful, tasteful furnishings and decorations to the delicious food to the excellent recommendations for beach, dinner, etc., everything was perfection. A special shout out to Casandra, Memo, Elizabeth and the whole team -- so efficient and delivering consistently with high quality Bravo!

Great location for all of the great restaurants, bars, and shopping by the marina. Casandra is a rockstar! She took great care of us from the time we landed to the time we left the house — transportation, meals, massage therapists, housekeeping — she orchestrated our stay perfectly. We will be back!

Great Vacation!

This place is absolutely gorgeous! We had a blast. Cassandra was top notch and her staff was great as well. The house is built in mountain with a ton of stairs and steps. As you drive up to it, be aware it’s all cobble stone roads and is a alittle bumpy! Some people were walking daily but it was quite the hike from the start of the road to where the house is! . One couple we saw had to call a taxi to come get them to take them back down to the entrance bc it’s very steep and hilly. It’s steep going up but worth the views. In the house, I wouldn’t bring young children as there are openings down the stairs that they could potentially fall. Keeping a close eye on them is a must! The kitchen needs some work and updated pots/pans. But it’s fully functional. It does get a little crowded when the chefs are there cooking and you’re making drinks. We definitely managed! We missed our toast in the morning as there was not a toaster. The daily chef made us breakfast and a few dinners. Amazing job! Plus they did our grocery shopping every day which was great! Overall it was a great spot with amazing views! We will be back!!!

Amazing Views!

Fabulous staff and home. They took care of all ours needs, arranging transportation, shopping, breakfast, lunch and dinner! Casandra, Juan, Memo were great! Incredible views and saw literally hundreds of whales breaching over 5 days.

Fantastic Home

6 couples celebrating 7 60th birthdays. Fantastic home with amazing views. The service, from concierge to chefs to housekeeping were fantastic. We hired the Alex Murillo band….what an absolutely amazing experience!!!! There are a lot of stairs so good to know if you have small kids or are elderly. We all said we can’t wait to come back!!

The Villa Andaluza was the perfect home for our group of 10. Cassandra and her team were super responsive to all of our needs which included cooking incredible meals, bartending (Leo was great), grocery requests and even a visit from a doctor on our last night to give a lucky member of our group stiches!

Family Vacation at Villa Andaluza

Our family had a lot to celebrate this year, and choosing Villa Andaluza for our vacation was the best decision. From the minute we booked, to saying goodbye to Casandra, everything was perfect. The staff went above and beyond for us. The meals they prepared were amazing and Casandra helped us with finding the perfect dinner reservations on the nights we wanted to go out. She also helped with booking massages at the house, booking a fishing trip and all the transportation we needed each day. We appreciated not having to make any grocery runs, and being so pampered. The house is amazing and the views are spectacular. We loved being in the pool and watching all the boats. The waterfall in the family room is a lovely touch.We felt very safe and loved the walk to the beach for our morning exercise. We will definitely be back!

The Most Amazing Weekend Ever!!!!

We had my 50th birthday party here with close friends and family. It was the most amazing weekend for everyone. The place is luxurious. The views are awe inspiring. The staff is on point. Take me back to Cabo!

Where do I begin?? The villa was beautiful…something straight out of a magazine! Photos do not do it justice!! Casandra was a doll to deal with! My husband and I were entertaining guests and she helped me plan every detail! Couldn’t have done it without her! She and her staff are 5 star!!! We opted to have Alex play for us on the night of our guests arrival and it was just the touch we needed. Definitely worth it!!! Chef was on top of our every need! He and his team were there to make sure our dining experiences were top notch. I would definitely give Villa Anda Luza and its staff 10 STARS!!! We can’t wait to go back and bring our adult kids and family!

Amazing!

My husband and I chose Villa Andaluza to host our small wedding. It was very casual out by the pool. Casandra was amazing. She was able to accommodate our every request! Juan and his wife and Mamo made the best meals we could have hoped for. In fact, family and friends staying at another villa said our food was better than theirs! Casandra suggested Alex Murillo to provide music and when (not if) we return, we will hire him again. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting to begin our new life together. All of us staying in the villa have already starting planning to return next year and hope to make it an annual trip.

Wow!

The pictures do not do justice to this incredible paradise. We hardly left the house. The setting and the furnishings are ultra luxury and our every desire was taken care of by the house staff. We will be back!
