We had so much fun! What a great property. It’s very well appointed which was greatly appreciated. The pool was the best thing about it! We didn’t need to go anywhere because the kids didn’t want to leave the pool; and the gift basket of Smores was a nice surprise and wonderful for the campfire. The host was very easy to get in touch with and dealt with our question in a timely manner. Having 2 tables was great- one for gaming and one for puzzles and fit our large group easily for eating. I could go on and on; but instead I’ll just say that I highly recommend this place!!!

We had a wonderful time. This place was made for family fun. The pool was the highlight and the sand volleyball court was a great addition. Our family of 14 had plenty of room. The kitchen and eating areas were so accommodating and communication from staff was prompt. I highly recommend!!!

Everything was great. We enjoyed ourselves greatly. I only thing I wish was the deck from inside could have been handicap accessible for my mom to enjoy watching everyone play outside or have dinner outside with us. She still had a blast and we were grateful to find the indoor handicap accessible as sometimes it’s hard to find for family vacations.

I wanted to let you know that we do have a portable ramp available in the front closet that can be set up at either of the sliding glass doors for easier access. Many guests prefer to set it up near the master bedroom, which provides convenient access to both the deck and the master bath. Normally, if we know in advance that a guest will need it, we’re happy to have it ready before arrival. We do wish you had reached out during your stay, as we would have gladly set it up right away. Excellent for large groups, including ours, which had 1-7 year olds. It really feels like it’s someone’s home, where they have thought out the details of amenities that would really help out large groups. Small things like having a ton of dishes, utensils, glasses so that we can eat dinner even though the lunch dishes are still running. The outdoor space is amazing: we swam and hot tubbed and built a fire every day. Even though we are in a residential neighborhood, it feels so private and quiet. And the manager Fawna is attentive and responsive.

Great spot!

Was here for a great weekend with great people. Despite the pool being closed for the fall and winter the hot tub and deck were great. Highly recommend for large groups.

Great family get away

Property had something for every age group from small children to adults. Close to Grand Rapids where we visited both the Grand Rapids Public Museum and the Frederick Meijer Gardens. Fawna, the property manager was very responsive to our questions.

wonderful family vacation

Property was great for our family of 9 adults and 7 children. Pool, backyard, games, toys and books were wonderful for the kids. Plenty of activities for the family in the area. Robb and John were great as there was a power outage due to a storm when we arrived, and they worked with us to make our stay a success

Mini Family Vacation

Fawna was very good with communication, checking to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of room for our family vacation.

Lots of space and generous supply of linens and kitchen/dining items. Very close to GR airport. Short drive to Meijer Gardens, downtown GR.

Warm, Inviting & Accomodating

Family in area for wedding. Comfortably accommodations on both levels. All the rooms good size, and home well stocked. Great gathering spaces for eating, conversations and game playing inside and out.

Great family vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed a week here with family ranging from 1 to 74! There was something for everyone to do and plenty of room for all. The home was clean and very well cared for and stocked with essentials. The pool was our favorite place to be. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Fawna. It was a great place for our family vacation!

Great Space for Our Group

Overall, great space everywhere for our group. It was kind of tough finding rentals that had more than one bathroom for whatever reason, so I figured I'd note it here. The rooms were large and the deck outside was perfect for our group of ten. Location was easy to get to and easy to get out to places in Grand Rapids.
