This place was GREAT! Very clean, roomy, private, well stocked with essentials in the kitchen, bath, arcade room, T.V's & pool area. Wonderful areas both inside and out to congregate with the group or to find a spot to just chill on your own. Property is lovely, nicely landscaped and surrounded by woods. Enjoyed seeing deer & hummingbirds! Bedrooms/bathrooms were super with plenty of room and choices to accommodate our group of nine people, ages 3 to 71. Plenty of games, videos & books to appeal to all as well. Pool & hot tub were amazing and a big hit for everyone! Hostess Fawna was wonderful, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. A truly fabulous, first-rate getaway!

Wonderful Family Home

There were 10 of us and vacation in this wonderful home and we had a blast. Lots of extras were provided to us to make it extra special. We also loved the pool and all the games and things to play. The host were excellent to work with. Also, definitely want to stay at another one of your homes in the future.

Great Family Time

Had a great family vacation here - we mostly wanted a place to swim and hang out and this was perfect. Everything we wanted was provided and there was excellent communication with Fawna. We went golfing, checked out the nearby animal park and had a picnic at Cascade Park where there was lots to do. Also close to Grand Rapids for lots more things to do. But we mostly enjoyed the deck, pool and very private yard. So many games and baby things were provided. Would recommend this place!

The home, pool and hot tub were great. Very well-stocked kitchen, baths, and laundry. Access to three car garage was a nice bonus. Loads of baby items. Our group of 12-13 had plenty of space. The home was very clean.

Family Wedding

The house was filled with everything you need plus some really nice extras. We baked and cooked and found what we needed. It was clean, roomy and you didn’t feel too crowded.Checking in and out was simple and clear. The hot tub was great. Things were labeled well.I only have a few suggestions:I wasn’t aware the pool was not open until after our rental dates so was disappointed. Some of the pillows were flat and could use a few more in some rooms. We were not able to get the master bedroom TV set up to watch anything so maybe provide some instructions on how to work that TV.I would rent this place again.

Great space for families!

Beautifully kept Home on private lot

This house is close to Grand Rapids, but still in the country. We enjoyed our time by the fire and even a dip or two in the hot tub. The beds and couches were comfortable and the dining table sat 10, perfect for our group! Owner was attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend!

Wonderful house. Spacious, clean and well stocked.

The house was perfect for our family. It was spacious and allowed for privacy when needed. The house had everything we needed and more - the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. There were toys for our kids to play with, extra blankets for the cold nights and more. Everything was clean and tidy and the location was perfect.

We had a wonderful time. The home is completely stocked from coffee to beach towels. Easy communication with Robb. We have stayed at numerous homes like this over the years and this one rates at the top of the list. For those that want to have a fun day at the beach, Millennium Park in Grand Rapids is tremendous.

Amazing weekend away!

I could not be more impressed with the accommodation, communication, cleanliness and vacation essentials that this property came with. Both the owner of the home and the property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had a perfect weekend. I reached out to the property manager with a question and had a response and answer within minutes. Italian Villa Private Escape

Exceptionally well maintained and furnished home. Modern exterior with surprising Italian Villa decor inside. Floor plan and activities available kept three generations of family happy and entertained, with children from one to seventeen. Heated salt-water pool was comfortably used even on cool days. Amazing Home

Took my wife and 5 children to the home. Its simply amazing. The pool was used everyday and we had a blast. The home is huge which gave the kids plenty of room. Activities kept the kids entertained the whole week. We plan on going back again next year.

Wedding weekend

Group of friends stayed here for a wedding we had in town instead of hotel. Place is amazing and exactly how described. Pool and hot tub made the place perfect. Management staff had outstanding communication and even with the rowdy group we had made sure we were still able to have fun without getting neighbors upset. Fun Family Vacation!

This is a great place! When they say they have everything they are not kidding. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need, property management is in contact daily to ensure you are having a great time, pool is amazing! We had a range of people from 50+ to 5 years of. Everyone had an amazing time. I would totally recommend anyone looking for a great property to share with your family choose this one! So much fun!!
