The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Having a washing machine and dryer right in the room was a plus. We appreciated access to the amenities such as the pool and the fitness center. Jake was very responsive to questions. The grounds were kept very clean and all the staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Easy access to Disney and any stores you would need.

Westgate Resorts

Check in process was easy, room was clean. There are alot of activities to do at the resort, Swimming, game room, restaurants. Our host Jake was awesome.

This was a beautiful resort, however a lot of the activities had a surcharge unless you were an owne

Our 1 bedroom efficiency was really a nice size for two guest...the bed was very comfortable and the furnishings looked new, only wished there was a small stove top. There was a Walmart superstore right at the entrance..

Wonderful

Our stay at the property was WONDERFUL! Such a beautiful property. Jake was attentive and helpful for checking in. The staff at the resort was great at checking in with me to make sure we had everything. Check in was seamless. The room was beautiful, clean, and included everything we need. It was only a 5-10 minute ride to Disney parks. I would definitely recommend this property!

Good. Expensive fees increase the cost.

This is a great place. Well located. Clean. But be sure and check the fees. Especially the $ 85 per day pet fee. There's a resort fee and a good sized fee to use the water park.

Rude staff

Very beautiful resort! Truthfully wouldn’t stay there again. Staff are rude. The two salesmen that tried to get me to buy a time share was very rude. I wanted to purchase, because the property was beautiful, but didn’t trust the salesmen. I’ve stayed at other Westgate resorts, and the staff were way more friendlier.

Very loud stay and different room

We had a different room then was in the picture on VRBO. It was smaller than advertised. In the hallway there was a door connecting to the other apartment and you could hear everything like they where sitting in your living room. Every time a drawer was shut or cabinets closed it felt like someone banging on the walls. The walls and ceiling were paper thin. The sofa bed was a joke. The metal bars could be felt across the middle of your back. The check in process took 30-45 mins because there was so many people checking in.

Amazing!

Location is perfect if you’re looking for a place off Disney property! We took an Uber to Disney Springs, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom and all were less than a 15 minute drive! This place has great restaurants and lots of other activities as well to fill your itinerary. 100% would stay here again!

Don't trust the pictures

The room we were assigned wasn't at all what we thought we rented. It was nothing more than a motel room with 2 beds & a bathroom with a shower stall. The listing said private balcony, jetted tub. There was no couch, table & chairs, balcony or tub. This is the 3rd time I rented Westgate thru VRBO & based on this stay I won't ever again. This was a total disappointment.

Some much needed R&R

Enjoyed the convenience of the location and its accessibility to Disney Parks, Disney Springs and the outlets. Loved having Walmart at walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.

Disappointment

From the initial moment at check in, we were disappointed. We had to re-request a water view which was not granted originally. Room had mold on the walls. Annoying, repeated requests to attend “the presentation” to purchase a time share unit. Music blaring all day long. Noisy neighbors. We would not stay here again.

Excellent service and attention.

I only stayed two nights (next time will try to stay more time). The service and attention was the best!!! They contacted me by text messages and made my stay wonderful. I recommend this Resort due mostly for exceptional attention they offer to the guest. Thanks a lot Elyse, Keila, Rony. You guys are the best. Me and my family wanted to return to the Resort due to the attention you gave to us!!! Thanks. La atención que nos dieron es fenomenal. Recomiendo ampliamente este Resort. Todo el personal ofrece un trato maravilloso y hacen la estadía placentera. Cualquier Inquietud o problema la resuelven inmediatamente.
