What a great House and Location!

We had a great stay at About Time. It was everything we could have asked for and more! The house was clean and spacious, and the view was incredible! The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had a bathroom which was a really nice feature. We also loved the decks and the pool. The distance to the beach was even shorter than we anticipated and the boardwalk made it super convenient. Speaking of the beach it was very wide and there were not many people. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Best vacation house by far!

We loved staying at About Time! We had 6 family members plus an infant. There was so much room for everyone. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the house was just like the pictures. We loved having our own pool and being so close to the beach. We practically had the beach to ourselves. Everyone said that this was their favorite house so far. We will definitely stay here again and everything with Cape and Coast was so easy! Thank you for a great vacation!

"About Time" was very clean, a fully stocked kitchen and we were surprised to find extra "striped" towels for the beach! Because of our new little family editions, it was so nice having a swimming pool. A very nice beach house! We highly recommend!

Excellent property

Beautiful and clean home. Loved having 3 master bedrooms. Kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of plates and utensils for our large group. Just steps from a beautiful beach that we had almost to ourselves. Great views from inside and outside the home in a nice quiet area. The pool was great, we paid to have it heated and it worked very well, to spite cool outdoor temperatures (50-60s) at night. Only thing I would change is the late check in time, 5pm is not the norm in our experience.

This home was perfect for my stay and allowed me the space for visitors this year without crowding anyone. Initially there was a problem with the elevator, but the management company (Holly) was quick to get it repaired and back in working order. They even provided someone to come help get my baggage in and up the steps when I initially discovered that it wasn't working. I felt safe and enjoyed the weather which was much better than the foot of snow that I left behind. Thanks for another year and I shall return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent experience at About Time home. We try to come to the area every year but have been unable to come since 2018. My wife and daughter found About Time on line and it was as good as advertised. There was one issue that was beyond the owners control and that was the power company had to replace the meter so the power was out for most of one day but they gave us as much warning as possible and reimbursed us for that day. We felt we were treated very fairly. I would highly recommend this home. It was roomy and the elevator was great for our two senior members. Our clan ranged in age from 18 months to 81 years old with a pregnant young lady in between. We all enjoyed our stay and the home. The only negative would be for the price and the number of folks we had we feel more than one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and one trash bag for the week would be fair but we made do. That would be our only request or advice. Other than that it was great.

The view was wonderful and the walk to the beach on the private boardwalk was quick and easy. Although we normally rent a larger home with 4 kings, our son-in-law was unable to join us, so our daughter shared the bunk room with the kids. We would definitely stay here again except for the missing 4th king bedroom. We highly recommend it!

I'm a little confused as to why you think there is a missing King bedroom. About Time is a 4-bedroom house that has 3 King rooms and 1 bunk room.

Passed Time at Pass Time

The property was great. Loved that there were 3 king bedrooms. The pool was a great asset! The only issue was the golf cart that we rented at the property. The battery did not last long and it bogged down in the heaver sand and had to be pushed out. Other than that we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this property!

Great For a Group at the Beach

We enjoyed our week at Pass Time. The open floor plan (living room/kitchen) makes for a great gathering space when you’re not on the beach and the home, in general, is very kid-friendly. The Cape & Coast property management team (Holly specifically) is helpful and extraordinarily friendly. Highly recommend this home.

I have already booked our October vacation with them.

Well stocked kitchen with a pantry. We probably will not stay in this house again because there was not much privacy as we were behind another house and had not much of a view of the beach. Our trash can was tipped over each night (we were told it was bears or raccoons) and trash strewn all over....that was a pain. Is it possible to have locking trash cans? But overall we were pleased with this house as well as response time from Cape and Coast with our minor issues.

Incredible home & magical views!

Take me back! The house was incredible and so beautifully decorated and designed, perfect for our family in every way. The views and sunsets were magical, enjoyed from both the fabulous deck and gorgeous living room. We cooked some unforgettable meals in the amazing kitchen! Impeccable home in an awesome location, just minutes away from Cape San Blas and Apalachicola. First-class all the way!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent. Everything is first class with cape and coast. If we find we are in need of anything they are always right there. They do everything in their power to make our stay wonderful. Staff is very friendly and professional. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 12.
